My third stay
It is my third stay at this year. The Hotel is situated far away from most shopping centers, sometimes getting a taxi looks a bit complicated but if you ask reception, they might arrange it quickly. Always instruct the Taxi drivers from Airport to uses the express highway. the highway tolls shall not exceed 30-40 TL. Otherwise, they make a big round-around Istanbul! With the amount of money is being paid for this Hotel, it looks ok and comfortable.

Our room was clean and nice, we stayed for just few hours between the two flights. The service was not really friendly. Their system was down and they didn’t communicate anything to us. We had to wait for about an hour for checking in without understanding what’s going on. It would help to give more details to the guests.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was neat and modern, could be cleaner. Area is definitely not great. Staff should know that the airport is nearby thus should help direct taxi drivers to take the highway instead of allowing taxi drivers to con tourist by taking the longer route which resulted in 15mins longer time to reach the airport.

It is very near to the airport.. in quiet neighborhood and not very busy. There is a mosque nearby within walking distance and the people there are very friendly. At night the restaurant nearby the hotel serve Turkish delicacies which I like very much.

The hotel is good overall however, the breakfast which costed 30 lira was not worth it. All cheese types provided very salty . The loby had this perfumed spray that is very penetrating. The room was not vacumed properly you can see dust under the bed. Otherways in comparson to same range hotel its good.

We have arrived to Ibis Hotel @ 02:00 am and we were astonished by the receptionist saying that our confirmed and reserved room is not available. We contacted hotels.com main office to resolve the issue and we had to wait more than 40 minutes to enter our room after a very exhausting and long flight.

Odalar o kadar da temiz değil. Yataklar ve havlular saç ve kıl dolu. Örtünün altına giremedim bile. Sigara içilmeyen odada kaldım, tuvalet ağır sigara kokuyordu. Özellikle yalnız seyahat eden insanlar için önemli bir faktör olan kapı kilidi düzgün çalışıyordu. Fakat ikinci bir kilit veya kapının altına sıkıştırılabilecek bir kapı stoperi yoktu. Olsa insan daha rahat uyuyabilir( ikinci kilit çıkarılmıştı). Giriş de check-in ve check-out yapan çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı idi.
