This hotel and staff are so amazing! I forget the name of the guy with the darker hair but he is so amazing and so softspoken.

I booked the “cheaper” option but this hotel is such a treasure: the location, the staff and the amenities. They have a great laundry room and also a gym which got the job done. They also have a meeting/ reading room and each floor has a parlour like room with couches and a fridge(such a lifesaver if you don’t want to spend money on eating out everyday).

The location is central(as far as I’m concerned). There’s a mall a mile up the road. There are shops and eateries on the other side and there is a metro next to the mall(starcity)

All thanks to the cleaning crew because I am a messy human. They held me down and I’m grateful for them.

Downside though: if you’re just looking for the tourist-y experience, this location might not be for you. It’s more residential with pockets of industrial and commercial spaces. But if you want quiet and being away from the hustle and bustle of Fatih, this is great. It’s still close enough by train, tram or bus.

If you want fancy or varied breakfast, meh. But I enjoyed what was on offer and then went grocery shopping for stuff I actually wanted.

This is about a hour from IST airport. Also, about an hour from the touristy areas, Hagia Sophia etc. the area has bed afternoon traffic and I actually had to get out of a cab and run for a mile before traffic cleared to get into a diff cab to catch a train to Bulgaria.

There isn’t much to do in the area around the hotel. It’s in a commercial/industrial area. There are places to eat up the hill about 2-3 blocks away.

Hotel was very clean. The breakfast was alright. Staff was very helpful and spoke English. Most of the washing machines were broken which wasn’t helpful.

There’s cheaper places in better locations.

This hotel is offering you something other than their ad in social media.
Building is located in a commercial area, between lots of noisy factories. If you need to go to a supermarket, you will need a cap!!!!
Staff are very aggressive and rude!
For this money you can find better options in other areas like Bakırköy.
Do not recommend this hotel at all.

The staff and hostesses are very responsive and wonderful, especially Osman, the rooms are clean and tidy, a good and varied breakfast is served, there is a study space and good facilities, the hotel is very good for the price, only in cold weather, the rooms without air conditioner because It is not recommended to leave the radiators off for a long time, and in some rooms on the lower floors, sometimes you can smell a bad smell in the bathroom and toilet.

They were fast to respond to messages. We had a very late flight in and arrived around midnight to be welcomed and checked in no problem. They location is about 10 minutes from the airport. This facility also has a fitness area and laundry plus many rooms to lounge in. Breakfast included was good. I wish the pillows were a little less clumpy but other than that, overall good experience.

I needed hotel overnight between my flights and found this place . Very very nice hotel, clean and stylish , with amazing gemstone reception desk . Rooms are small but serve the purpose, have everything you need , even desk so I could work. Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, closed at 8pm. Location is great fir travelers - Atatürk airport just 7-8 min away. I would recommend

A very affordable option if you need to stay in Istanbul for a few hours or maybe a day, as it's very close to Ataturk international airport. The staff is very helpful and polite, the deco at reception is nice and there is a big shopping centre with cinema nearby (walking distance). My room was a little noisy, and I had no outside view (windows were too small and too high up on the wall). Apart from that, I recommend them.

Very beautiful place

I was there only one night, and saw almost no one else there. This place should be full, because of the care they have put into the building and its thoughtful design and decor. Also, I arrived as the kitchen was closing, but they accommodated me and prepared me dinner. Very hospitable!

Only problem was with confusion over on-line price and actual delivery of what was promised for that price. The ad seemed deceptive; it needs to state clearly what the price includes, not \"Oh, that was the economy room price; what you want is 10 Euros more\" when one is standing at the reception desk at 10 pm.

We had a one night stay at Han Hostel before an early flight from Ataruk airport. The hotel is approximately 4km from the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but contain all you need and are clean. The gym is really spacious and the equipment is pretty good. The area around the hotel is industrial however there is a large shopping centre a short walk away if you are looking to kill some time. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would definitely recommend others to stay here.

It's was nice hotel, but we did not get pick up from the airport as they offer in their web site. When I called the hotel for the pick up they told me to take taxi it's only 2.3 Kilmeter. The taxi driver charged me 95 TL.

Nice hostel close to Ataturk airport

This hostel is 5 minutes by taxi from the airport. I stayed here because I arrived in Turkey at 1am and then needed to meet a friend who arrived at 1pm.
I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hostel around 1.30am. Staff were friendly, quick to book me in and show me to my room. The room was exceptionally clean and had a nice comfortable bed and good bathroom.
Breakfast, although different to what i eat, was a pleasant selection of food and I was able to get a feed before I headed off for the day.
When leaving again staff were friendly, efficient, and organised a taxi for me promptly.
Overall a great place to stay that met my needs!

only ten minutes from airport and $10 cab fare. includes a free breakfast.
we had to leave at 530 am so they gave us sandwiches to go with juice. they care.
a nice cozy kebab and meat pizza close by and a mini mart. nice clean room with little space but well furnished. for the price and service and location. that will be my always the preferred hotel in Istanbul.

Inexpensive hotel for short stay in Istanbul

We stayed in the hotel fr 1 night between flights to and from Istanbul. The hotel is only short inexpensive taxi drive from the Ataturk airport . The room is not big, but sufficint for 2 people with not lot of luggage. It was clean, with good Wifi, The stay includes breakfast buffet. Overall its very convenient hotel for the short stay in proximity of the airport (with price much lower, than airport hotel)

This hotel is within a reasonable distance to the airport and is good for one night stay. The rooms are very small, very basic , no fridge or extras.
I did not like the act of dishonesty from the hotel. I had made two reservations separately for two consecutive nights. I did not notice that the first night is an economy room and the second night was a larger room. So I asked the front desk to change my room to a better one and they mentioned that my booking was for an economy room, so I accepted. Unless I had not asked explicitly about my second night, they would not change my room as I had booked a standard room so I would get a free downgrade!!

Restaurant downstairs was a disappointment both in terms of service, and cleanliness. I was looking for some ice and they did not give me. The plates during the breakfast was not clean. The breakfast quality was about average.

The service, staff friendliness, and convenience were excellent. They went out of their way to help out. I got laundry done, ate a fresh and delicious meal, and worked out in the gym. I needed to leave at 4 a.m. to catch a flight, and they called me on time. The price was great. The only problem was that the fan in the room didn't work very well and it was too hot to sleep. (The rest of the hotel had air conditioning, so it was quite comfortable.) I would suggest a fan that blows out directly rather than a ceiling fan. That probably would have sufficed. Still, I would probably stay there again when I have to be near the airport in Istsnbul. Extremely clean place and excellent staff.

I wanted to have a cheap room close to the airport, so I didn't expect anything nice. Indeed the room was very simple, but clean. However the entrance hall, and in particular the breakfast-garden are very pleasant and also the staff was friendly. I would go there again!

Very Nice Night of Sleep

Everything was very nice. Room was small but bed was very comfortable and shower was good. Cannot complain at all. The food at the hostel's restaurant was good but a bit cold, and the waitstaff spoke hardly any English so the process of ordering and paying was a bit confusing, but everyone was in good spirits and we all just laughed through it so no harm no foul. I recommend this place and would stay there again. And it is literally a 10 minute drive from the airport.

Convenient stopover hotel for Ataturk Airport

We stayed here for one night on the way to eastern Turkey and again on the way back. I would highly recommend staying here. It is only 5 minutes by taxi which cost 12-13 TL. One taxi driver didn't know where it was so I would recommend having a print-out of the address and telephone number. There is a restaurant downstairs or eating places within a minutes walk. The staff were excellent and friendly. There is a porter to help with baggage and if you need a taxi they will phone for you. The place is bright and clean and nicely decorated.
We had a budget room which was quite small, but it was perfectly adequate for a stopover. Bathroom was good - plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, hair drier. There is a ceiling fan for those hot nights.

Hotel lacked basic facilities e.g., unusually small rooms & even smaller beds, small computer monitors in place of proper television & TV channels (due to which could not watch the ongoing FIFA world cup), improper A/C. Had these been better, I would have enjoyed my one day stopover. However, it will be unfair not to mention the very nice and cooperative staff at the hotel. They were very cordial and provided all possible support and assistance. They made the hotel stay palatable.

This is the third time I stayed at this hostel. The reasons I have been coming back is the proximity of the Hostle to the airport, the delicious food at nearby restaurants, and value. Most Taxi drivers have no clue of the hotel location. Print a map and find the phone number to the Hotel. It is off of the first exit after you get off the airport. Be careful with the Taxi drivers especially late at night, they will charge you double and triple the meter rate. Insist they activate the meter.. Use the international language by raising your voice in whatever language you speak and point to the meter. The cost should not exceed 15.00 T. Lira.

The room can be described in one word.. Tiny. Don't eat too much before you get to the hotel, chances are you will get stuck between the walls. The bed is firm and the sheet is clean. The blanket has no fuzz.. You can only use it to scratch your back when you itch. The shore is the highlight of the room. Very clean and the towels are adequate. They said they serve breakfast, but it starts at 7:00 am. By that time I am the gate waiting for my flight. Thes have windows that open on a busy road. You will hear a lot of noise, so don't forget to get good earplugs. There is no AC, but there is a fan that moves the airt. Fans don't cool so if it is you only option is to take a shower and go to sleep in the same cloths you were borne. You have to use your imagination for anything else. Enjoy Turkey, it is a great country.

If you are looking for a 4-star hotel it won't work. This is not fancy but the staff was friendly and helpful. They serve a delicious full breakfast and the rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy. There is a lovely table made from a single amethyst geode and other lovely gems on display. We will stay again. It is also close to the airport and very reasonable to take a taxi there.

We has no issues with the hotel itself because all we needed was a place to sleep and the it served its purpose. All basic accessories were given. The only issue we had was transport, the taxis were not that cheap and the hotel is far from all main sight seeing attractions, we spent 2 hours travelling a day and has to take a taxi, a tram and a train to our destination. The last train was at midnight so we always had to make sure we were ready to go home before then. The hotel and staff were nice. I would stay happily stay there again if it was closer to sultanahmet which is where you should aim to be. If you don't mind the journey (cost, including taxi based on 4 people sharing per day is 22 tl return) then I'd sat go for it!

Pleasant and functional hotel

It's not as near to the airport as I'd thought or hoped, but that's perhaps because my taxi driver couldn't find it! My room was pleasant and clean. The breakfast buffet is mostly bread, cheese and ham - standard Turkish fare. There is a gym open 24 hours, but when I was there two of the few machines didn't work (bike and stepper). The staff all seemed very nice.

However, it is somewhat difficult to get to the hotel by public transit. The easiest way is to take bus 31 or 98T from the Yenibosna metro station. But it's not easy to find the bus stops from yenibosna metro station. You must cross the busy street, and the bus stop is located in the middle of an on-ramp. Please be sure to arrive during the day and leave plenty of time for finding the hotel by public transit, or alternatively take a taxi from the airport for about 20 liras.

Not good place to stay - NO AIRCON!! Beware

Everything is terrible: hard to find, customer service, internet, rooms, smells, food, you name it. Don't use it, unless you have to.

The room we had rented was rather like a cabin in a ship. 2 beds above each other, but the rest of the room was absolutely OK, as well as the meals. The reason why I would go again to this hotel is the decoration. It is rather an art museum with unbelievingly great pictures, rare stones, petrified trees and so on. Staying in this hotel is really an experience.
