First they assigned a room but after lugging my bags up, it was the wrong room and so we went back down to get the correct room. They had not emptied the bathroom trash from the previous person. The air conditioner periodically made a screeching noise all night long. However the staff made great efforts to provide good service.

My room was spacious. Check in and out went smoothly. Breakfast is great and there is a huge range to choose from. There is cereal, eggs, bread, salads, cheeses etc and hot drinks. It’s buffet style. There are no free toiletries given and only one small toilet roll is given, there is no housekeeping service. There were laundry in the corridor which did not look good. The bed mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. Staff are very accommodating. No telephone in room and WiFi is not good. I could not use the WiFi because connection was terrible. It’s a very basic hotel. There is a tv in the room with dressing table. Lighting in bathroom is very poor and there is no vanity lighting. I will not go back to this hotel because I need good WiFi and a comfortable mattress. They did not give shampoo, conditioner or body lotion but they gave cotton buds and shower caps just once. There are a lot of shops close by.

Great stop for quick overnight.

Great price, ok location, short walk to shopping. The room was fine, and the breakfast great. Both front desk clerks were nice and friendly. Only surprise was listing said airport transfers. Yes, but not included in price. When I called for transfer the said it would be 20 Euro, more than 1/2 the price of the room. Then said 20TL, which is very low and nominal. I took 100 TL from cash machine, and was on my way less than 10 minutes from the (old) IST airport. Would come back gladly.

Feeling the real Istanbul with limited budget

It is an excellent non expensive hotel located in a typical Istanbul environment, very close to two major shopping centers. Staff is helpful, breakfast - good enough for modest travelers. The most important - there is a very family casual atmosphere which made me to feel like at home.

That was almost a good hotel, locating near the airport, two shopping centres and also meter station. The reception people were fluent in English, but other people were not good in English. The price of the hotel was almost good by considering the facilities, services and breakfast. I do recommend this hotel to couples who wants to spend a week or more in Istanbul.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked it online where it said I don't have to pay in advance, it clearly said that I can pay when I arrive at the hotel. I also booked a shuttle to pick me up from the airport which also clearly said I can pay when I arrive. When I arrived to the airport my name was not on the list for the shuttle, so I had to take a taxi on my own. When I arrived to the hotel my room was not booked because I hadn't paid for it. They just left me hanging in the air even though that's not the information that I got online.

Perfectly good for a near-airport stay

Just needed a cheap & cheerful place after flying into Ataturk Airport in the evening and flying out early morning, and this did the trick. Easy to get to (from airport, we took the Metro 3 stops, then walked 15 mins, as it was easy to find; to airport early in the morning, a taxi sot 15 Lira). The staff at the reception desk both when we checked in and checked out were extremely helpful and friendly. The man working the evening shift was lovely, excellent English, making jokes, and provided directions when I needed a camera memory card. When we checked out at 5.30am, the hotel provided breakfast just for us, even though it was a silly hour, and called a taxi. Would use again if I needed a place near the airport.

Reservation cancelled erroneously but okay result.

Our res was canceled because we arrived late even though I had left e ail to tell them of our plane's delay. So 4 ladies had to share a large room instead of our original 2 twins. After much discussion, we Tom the room since it was after midnight. Breakfast was okay. Neighborhood was very local. Management was supportive . Rooms clean.

The front and back of the hotel are all car repair garages and the area is considered a car repair area
The receptionist named Ali I asked him names of restaurants I can go to so he told me a restaurant. I went there then I found out that He agreed with them to get 20% to him self .of course the restaurant will take the 20% from me
We came for breakfast an hour before the closure , we found a few things and I spoke to the man of the restaurant, said finish then I told the reception .and he talks to them after that they brought few things only

Everything made from cheap material, shower door hard to close, poor area around. The air conditioner noisy, and turning on by itself at 5 am and its just over the bed blowing to your head!
On plus side - proximity to airport, staff friendly, welcoming and accommodating to your wishes. We just needed a night to stay between our flights, so all was fit.

good restaurants nearby and nice park on the main road for morning walk.

Had 15 hour wait between flights so this was a handy place to rest 7 refreshh. Keen price with breakfast included, our 3 bedded room was great. Plenty of hot water and a clean bedroom, bathroom, restaurant and common areas.

Возможно нам не повезло, и в других номерах было все лучше. Или мы не заплатили сверху чтобы нам предложили номер лучше))). Ламинат перед ванной после потопа - весь рассохся и огромные щели. Да и не удивительно - сток воды в душе очень плохой, белье дырявое и прожженное сигаретами, нас было двое - полотенец всегда клали только один комплект, не смотря на то что просили каждый день принести дополнительно. И чаевые не помогали))) Первые 2 дня полотенца были приличные, потом в руки брать не хотелось - серые и заношенные, с рваными краями. Единожды вообще брошены на чемодан... Купили свое))).Завтрак значится с 7 до 10. Но перед выездом в 7-15 ни о каком завтраке речи и не было. Горячая вода и хлеб, возможно стоявший с вечера. На завтрак всегда тарелка с 3 видами сыра, маслины, оливки на пересчет, 2 куска колбасы, огурцы, помидоры под пленкой на тарелке. Яйца, масло, джем, хлеб. Только чай. Кофе нет никакого. В целом персонал дружелюбный. Под окном - квартал с мастерскими по ремонту машин - старые развалины с поющим петухом. Если вы ограничены в бюджете и неприхотливы - выбирайте отель.

Öncelikle arabayı park edecek bir yer yok kesinlikle çok sıkıntılı bi sokakta ve park yeri sıkıntısı var. Personel çok ilgili çok iyilerdi gerçekten ama otelin imkanları hiç iyi değildi oda pisti, başka odaya geçtik o oda da kokuyodu tekrar eski odamıza geçmek zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltıda mısır gevreği bayattı, peynirler falan da iyi değildi yiyemedik.

Kalitesi, konforu ve ekonomik fiyatıyla harika bir otel.. Özellikle otel personeli güler yüzlü ve misafirlerine yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar.. Sertaç bey, Tayfun bey ve temizlik personeline teşekkürler..
otelin artıları eksilerinden fazla.. Otelin olumsuz tek yani cevresinde bulunan otomotivle ilgili yerlerinden gelen olumsuz sesler. ancak pencereler kapatıldığında ses kesiliyor.. klima sorunsuz.. kesintisiz sıcak su, kahvaltı harika..
özet olarak kalite, konfor, ekonomik fiyatıyla 3'ü birarada gibi..

Bulunduğu bölge iş ve aile için çok müsait bir bölge değil. Otel çalışanları müşterini memnun etmek için çabalılar ama daha önce verilen puanlar biraz yüksek olmuş. Otel kalitesine göre fiyatı yüksek.

想像以上にアクセスが便利

新しい空港から距離があり、当初移動が大変かと思いましたが、空港から一本で近くに行けるバスがあり、大変便利でした。必要なものはほぼあり、周辺にはスーパーやレストランがあったのでとても助かりました。部屋からの景観など考慮に入れず、ただ飛行機の乗り継ぎ等の目的での滞在であれば良いホテルだと思いました。
