For one night it's ok. Price advantage hotel.

Staff were lovely and hotel looked okay. But not the cleanest! Towels and bedding were stained, the pillows had massive yellow stains on them too and the shower was leaking.

Made the reservation and booked the stay and amount was deducted while at check inn they stated no room available in the hotel and they send us to another two hotels who provided rooms below standard, one with only 3 beds and other in basement whereas my booking was for suit with 4 beds, I spent 1 hour to resolve and moving between hotels to hotels and at the end canceled the reservation and went to find another hotel physically.

They said it was a non refundable booking and did not even offer to adjust/amend my booking. When the change that happened was due to covid and the airline cancelling certain flights.
I even offered to book in two more friends who had suffered same flight cancellations.
The hotel only took my money. That’s all they were interested in!

Hotel looks nice and is well priced. 2 problems though: We booked 2 rooms for family of 4. When we arrived they insisted that we have booked just one room and refused to give us the second.. 2 hours later when all of my family were sleeping they found that we have booked 2 rooms, but it was too late (hotel com asks for 2 names when booking 2 rooms). Nor did they offer compensation for second room. Second problem is far worse: their air conditioning is NOT working. Room was extremely hot, they tried to repair aircon 3 times but failed. That night was a nightmare. Not recommended.

Çok uygun bir fiyata konaklamama rağmen oda çok büyük ve ferahtı. Tek kişilik tuttum ancak bir çift kişilik yatak ve 1tek kişilik yatak vardı. Yataklar temiz, sıcak su hızlıydı. Kliması sorunsuz çalışıyordu, buzdolabı kasa elbise askısı kettle düşünülmüştü. Resepsiyondakiler çok kibardı.

Deux araignées retrouvées dans la chambre au rez de chaussée dès mon arrivée. Un seul drap qui couvre le lit est taché. La couverture qui est posé sur le meuble portant les cintres a beaucouo de taches jaunâtres et à l'utilisation je me gratte. Alors le lendemain je demande à ce qu'on me change de chambre car la salle de bain n'est pas au goût du jour l'eau qui coule après la douche. Après changement de chambre au troisième étage, problème encore, après la grosse commission ,tirer la chasse d'eau n'évacue pas les selles, l'eau coule par terre aussi après la douche. J'ai demandé encore un changement de chambre car je ne suis vraiment pas contente. Nouvelles chambre au cinquième étage, un drap sur le lit et seulement un autre drap pour se couvrir. Il y a la climatisation, l'eau ne coule pas après la douche mais le ménage n'a jamais été faite pendant tout mon séjour alors que je demande à la femme de ménage si elle va nettoyer la chambre : elle me répond que non. J'allais lui demander des serviettes pour les changer si non elles ne seront pas changées. Le personnel de l'accueil était bien simpa mais posait des questions personnelles. Il y avait beaucoup de bruits jusqu'à tard et même des bruits vraiment intimes sans discrétion. Je ne suis pas satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet hotel. Toutes mes nuits étaient perturbées.

Tamamen hayal kırıklığı oldu bizim için. Klima arızalı bir kaç saate servis gelip halledecek diye söylendi lakin sabaha kadar yapılmadı ve soğuk bir oda da geceyi geçirmek zorunda kaldık ertesi gün ciddi bir şekilde hastalandık. Malesef hiç otel seçmem yatacak yerdir sabah gidersin derim ama burada yatmak bile çok zor. Tek kişilik odalar ışıklığa bakıyor ve sürekli kamyon motoru gibi çalışan bir havalandırma motorunun sesini duyuyorsunuz. Odalar aşırı ufak temizlik vasat bakım 0. Kaldığım odanın rezervuar kapağı yoktu elinizi içine sokup sifonu cekiyorsunuz. Daha ne diyebilirim ki. Hayatımda ilk defa bir otelde bu kadsr rahatsız hissettim. Keşke arabada yatsaydım daha iyiydi.

En büyük problem kesinlikle ses yalıtımı, temizlik ve teknik personel işini iyi ve zamanında yapıyor ama klimam her gün sorun çıkartmasaydı işini iyi yapmaya çalışan hotel çalışanını bu kadar yakından tanımama gerek kalmazdı. Resepsiyonda duran kişinin tutumları ilk başta tuhaf gelmişti ama sonradan çok sorun olmadı, yine de biraz daha misafirlere güler yüzlü davranmasını beklerdim.

Yataklar tek kişilik ve birleştirilmiş. Otele giriş yapıp odamıza çıktığımızda kapı ağzına kadar açık. Bir otelde konaklamak istiyorsanız tercih etmemelisiniz.

Görseller çok yanıltıcı odalar küçük ve yemek yiyecek bir masa bile bulunmuyor. Nevresimler hiç temiz gelmedi neyseki yanımda yedeğini getirmiştim. Bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum ve özellikle pandemi döneminde hijyene dikkat eden hiç kimseye önermiyorum.

Şehir manzaralı oda seçip ona göre ücret ödememe rağmen arkada kalan sadece havalandırma boşluğunu gören bir oda verdiler oda değişikliği istediğimde ise musait oda bulunmadığı söylendi oysaki ben giriş yapacağım saati bile belirtmiştim ona göre ayarlama yapmaları gerekiyordu.
