İstanbul'a uzun bir aradan sonra Expedia dan rezervasyon yaparak geldim. Açıkçası bazı yorumları okuyunca çekinmedim değil ancak bu kadarda olmaz dedim. Park inn Radisonun kapısından girip check in yaptığım andan taki check out yaptığım zamana kadar sanki kendi evimde gibi rahattım.Resepsiyondaki arkadaşların ilgisi yardım severliği restauranttakiler keza öyle odaların temizliği hiçbir sorunum olmadı. Ulaşım konusunda çok kolay bir alanda çok çeşitli ulaşım imkanlarım vardı. Tek sorun aynı koridordaki odalarda kalan öğrenci gruptu resepsiyona iletince bu durumda çözüldü. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum bir daha İstanbul'a gelirsem gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğim yeri artık biliyorum.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was a bit dark even with lights on but we were not in the room much. Staff were very nice and helpful. Most of the staff spoke english. I fell and twisted my foot and the staff were so helpful. They gave me an ice pack and checked me constantly. Would deffo stay again.

They gave me two smoking room. Very dirty and smell very bad. Then they changed them to another two rooms , one was dirty but the air conditioning was ok the other one air con was not good. Breakfast was the worst ever in Turkey.
I don’t think that they know there are over 800 hotels and hitch means the options are better.
I give it 2 stars.

Since the move of the airport the location of the hotel is now very far from airport. Takes roughly 45 minutes by taxi. Nothing special about the hotel.

However restaurant is very good and cheap. Breakfast also ok but nothing special.

Good Service

I had an amazing stay here. I arrived with my family early in the morning and the checkin staff were very polite. They arranged for luggage storage and gave us seats while they made arrangement for early checkin. As soon as a room was vacated the ushered us in. The service is superb and any room issue is just a dial and you would be attended to. There is acshttle from here to Mall of Istanbul.

Modern and good value of money with free shuttle

Modern rooms and washroom, comfortable and bright. The hotel serice offers free shuttel to the airport and to the Mall of Istanbul. There are local resturants in the vicinity. However, for a family with small baby the milk warming facility costs money. It is not well connected to Metro or tram station but it is easy to finc a taxi.

Stolen handbag in overcrowded lobby

Upon check in, they only had one person checking in the guests, while the other staff members just roamed around. This led to a situation where there were many guests in the small lobby and the perfect opportunity for a thief to steal handbags/luggage. Which is what happened to my handbag. When we realized that the bag was stolen, we requested footage immediately but the staff member said he first had to check everyone in and only then would he review the footage. Much later the evening, and only because we went to ask again, they showed us the footage reluctantly. And refused to call the police so that we could open a case. Almost a week later and only because we insisted with the manager did they arrange for the tourism police to come to the hotel.

Only stay at the hotel if you don't mind hearing airplanes going over all day long.

I would only suggest this hotel for business people that need a place to stay overnight.

The rooms are not cleaned thoroughly, found so much dust behind the bed.

But the cleaning staff are very friendly.

Ordered room service, and they did not bring it. I called a second time and their excuse is that the restaurant was too busy serving non-hotel customers. After a long trip, I had my dinner around 10pm!
On top of that, they gave me wrong information about the shuttle service to the airport. Almost missed my flight.
And of course no apology from anyone!

unfortunately when we were booking, the breakfast included sign was on but after, the reservation confirmation didn't have such a detail as we noticed only while checking in. but you can always pay an extra € to add it later. then the room experience depends of your luck i guess as the first one we got was small with the view to concrete wall and stain on the carpet so we asked for other options and local stuff were nice enough to show smth else to choose from, so we got much better one with additional terrace on the 1st floor, more spacious and comfortable! we liked the pool and turkish baths downstairs, so in the end spent a great couple of days before flight

The beds were very comfortable.and rooms nice. AC didn’t work in first room so were moved to room. AC worked better but not very cool. We took shuttle to airport. We’re all loaded in and then kicked out so one guy could get in. Not sure what was up there. Had to wait 20 mins for next one.

Lovely hotel but noisy

Lovely hotel and very comfortable rooms but lack of sleep. Directly on flight path so planes all night, plus construction work, traffic and the call to prayers. Staff nice.

Clean and convenient

Close to airport, fairly modern and clean. Free airport shuttle during certain times. The shuttle was 20 minutes late, so don't cut it close. We saved a ton of money by booking online. The prices listed were 150 Euro at the hotel if you don't book ahead. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor a lot, but it wasn't a big deal; and the shower tile could use some bleach; was a little moldy. I loved the pillows on the bed. Overall, it was great for the price.

Close to airport, taxi took 10 min.

Room was clean but found prior persons hair all over bathroom floor. Ordered room service but food wasn't that accurate as described on menu. Pizza was missing ingredients.

100% misrepresented. Shown as 4 star, max 2....

it was nothing like they showed in the pictures. smelly rooms, a/c doesnt work properly and very small rooms..I left immediately and went to another hotel. they did not refund my payment that I paid at arrival. I was in the room only for 5 minutes.

Great hotel for one night stay!

I only stayed for a night to take a flight the next day. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly/accommodating! Room service was pretty swift too!

Frigid room in snow storm

My room had no heating. Complained twice, a guy came, climbed on a chair, felt some warm air coming out of the vent, and declared it was ok. Incredible. It was -2 centigrade outside and I had to wear heavy clothes inside the room because there was no heat.

Worned out hotel close to the airport

The first room we checked in had a terrible sewage smell. We went down to the lobby and receptionist changed our room. We asked for a room with a window which can be opened. He changed our room ,which had a heavy air, this time air conditioner did not work, windows cannot open completely, which is understandable because of the safety reasons.
Carpet looked worned out, bathroom was clean but they just put liquid soap in a dispenser, which is not ok for four star! hotel. Breakfast is decent, hotel employees are very nice.

Great hotel for short business trips

Rooms are small but high quality. Breakfast and separate Bar/Restaurant are all you need for short business trip. However, be careful as access to hotel during peak rush hour is an absolute nightmare by car (traffic jams).

Clean and modern

We stayed there for one night before catching our flight. Check-in and check-out for smooth. The hotel was modern and clean and the room was comfortable and spacious. I could only occasionally hear airplanes and even then it was not loud so it did not disturb me.
