It was an excellent and comfortable ten-day stay in a well-equipped hotel apartment with a good kitchen and some cooking utensils, and a very high level of security. Transportation was excellent; the taxi stand and metro station were just minutes from the hotel entrance. The hotel reception staff were outstanding and very helpful. They spoke English and were easy to communicate with, readily available to assist with any requests or services we might need. They were friendly and welcoming at any time, 24 hours a day. Room service was excellent, with daily cleaning, changing bed linens and towels every two days, and providing bottled water, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), toilet paper, etc. Overall, this hotel is excellent in every way, and if we return to Istanbul, it will be our first choice, and I highly recommend it.

No staff support. Suppose to get breakfast for the duration of the stay because I’m gold member with Expedia and the hotel has VIP Access but we were denied. No hot water. G Tower Residence On the 16th floor drones were flying and directing ELECTRIC MAGNETIC WAVES at my brain. They are everywhere in Istanbul by the way. It feels like you are sitting under a power station that just gives you headaches, like migraine.Also breakfast was disgusting

The hotel was clean, but staff was pretty rude to us. When we had a serious concern, they just shrugged and didn't do anything. They had a security gate at the entrance to the building and the gate wasn't working properly. My mom got hit several times and she had a bruise on her arm. The food was also pretty mediocre.

The bed was small and so was the shower, you can barely turn around in it. The couch was filthy and many other things were not up to par, in that apartment . If I knew, I would have tried to upgrade to the executive suite, but I’m sure it may not have been an option. We didn’t want to be a pain and complain but The room I had faced the street, even on the 28th floor it was very noisy, I did not sleep well at all. The only saving grace was guest relations (Neda) she went above and beyond to make sure even though there were Mis-steps, my partner and I still felt cared about; as this was our first time in Türkiye, we did not want to complain much on our holiday, but it was not as expected. I would stay there again if I have a better, quieter room.

We enjoyed staying in the G Tower. We had our car with us and there is easy and convenient parking under the tower. The breakfast was very good and staff are friendly - especially Neda in guest relations. She's the person to contact if you need something done. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Not sure what’s going on here... The first room had mold and leaking shower that flooded the entire bathroom. I called, went to reception and complained several times, still nothing was done. Until I got very upset and a lady from housekeeping spoke to reception, before they changed my room.

The only negative point is that this accommodation and hotel is part of a medical package for foreign people who have flown in to have plastic surgery in nearby hospital. So the restaurant area was at times like sitting in a hospital canteen! But overall no complaints.

First off, getting in touch with the hotel is difficult I had to contact Expedia to figure out the real number. Once I arrived, they got my room, completely mixed up and put me a tiny office suite when I got a junior suite. ?? The breakfast is horrible. They also gave me one working room key. I pushed for two, but it was faulty. I had to keep turning in keys that weren’t working. I liked how they had a Restaurant ,convenience store & Starbucks on the property. Even though it is tourist prices .The stay is nice and clean though,(they did leave my curtain hanging on the ground, though which was kind of annoying) and the housekeeping is good around the area is noisy due to construction I would stay here again though for extended-stay purposes only.

I had a great experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that it was a bit far from the city center, which made it slightly inconvenient for sightseeing and exploring. However, the hotel was located in a quiet and peaceful area, which was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite the distance, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

This location, although far form the center of Istanbul, but close to other interesting locations such as Mall of Istanbul. The hotel has a one small grocery store and one small market on the ground floor, which allow you to buy your necessary items. Having two bedrooms, one separate family room, kitchen, washer and dishwasher enabled us to manage our trip well. The temperature control for the heater was easy to adjust. There was big trash bin on every floor to discard the trash. The best way to overcome the distance is car rental, which is a must in Istanbul.

We stayed in the G tower residence as we had to kill some time before going to Hong Kong. The stay started badly as there is a confusion over accommodation description between Hotels.com and the property itself. This was resolved on site and we had a good stay, especially as the pool and gym are great. We ate a couple of times in the restaurant on site and it was very pleasant and the staff were friendly.

The apartment is very clean and the staff are very helpful, at reception the speak English and were very friendly,only couple of issue is the transport if you kmow to drive in eroue country then there is no problem you can hire the car,you can request the reception the will arrang taxi for you,if you are registered with uber you can use and you can pay by card,if you ask reception they will say uber is not available in this county,we have used uber all the time and it easy you can book from your uber app,second issues is the language taxi driver can speak broken English you have to use google translate if you have to communicate apart from that we enjoyed our stay at G Tower, i will differently go to G Tower for my next holiday.
