I recently had the pleasure of staying at Delta Hotels Istanbul West, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere that set the tone for an exceptional stay.

Accommodation:
The suite I stayed in was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. a cozy sitting area, and a stunning view of the city skyline. The attention to detail was evident, from the stylish furnishings to the luxurious toiletries provided in the bathroom.

Amenities:
Delta Hotels Istanbul West boasts a range of fantastic amenities. The pool area was a personal favorite. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals; I especially enjoyed their breakfast buffet, which had a selection of both hot and cold items.

The staff truly made my stay unforgettable. Everyone, from the front desk clerks to the housekeeping team, was incredibly friendly and eager to assist.

I do not recommend this hotel if you’re going to be visiting all the main attractions of Istanbul. The hotel is about a 30-40 min drive from where everything is so we found ourselves going back and forth wasting a lot of time commuting. The staff was nice but the water pressure for our shower and sink was terrible. We asked for it to be fixed and after they came it was still not good. Breakfast was good but I would recommend hotels closer, overall not worth it.

المكان مناسب للعوائل انا رحت مع العائلة وعددنا كان ٨ المكان امن وجميل والسعر رخيص بدون افطار. المشكله الوحيدة ان المكان بعيد عن الاماكن السياحيه وتحتاج سيارة او سواق لزيارة الاماكن السياحية. الغرف مناسبه حجمها ولا توجد ملاحظات. يوم رحت كان فيه صيانه علي المسبح لذلك ما اقدر اقيمه لان ما استعملته والافطار كنت افطر براء وكان سعر الافطار ٤٥٠ ريال سعودي تقريبا لشخص. لذلك فضلت افطر براء وكل يوم مطعم. الفندق مريح ولا فيه ازعاج.

While the people were nice during greeting. We informed hotel 3 x about what being stuck on full blast despite the temp setting at low 31degrees Celsius was the temp reading in the room. We returned from
Dinner and it was still sooooo hot ! We only stayed in there 4 hours and had to leave. We had to keep our door propped open to get air from the hall (unsafe ) so we left and sat at the airport exhausted. They didn’t note our file with how many attempts to cool it down so Marriott wouldn’t refund

Number one. At check in we were given only one room key. The staff did not mention without your room key the elevator will not work. Please, I am exhausted, traveling for 15 days. I don't need this aggravation to start with. Second, I was insulted that in our room a bowel of uncovered mix nuts were waiting as a refreshment. Not wrapped, exposed to who knows what. No idea how long it was in the room or what hands were touching them. And next, Dixie cups for the in room coffee maker. No ceramic mugs? We had glassware in the bathroom and by the uneaten nuts. A bowel with 3 pieces of whole fruit were in the room. If I wanted the fruit, I did not, at least they could be washed. Finely, the staff told us no problem with taxi ride to airport and only need a 5 minute notice. Well that 5 minutes turned into 20. We made it to the airport as the flight was boarding. I was traveling for 15 days is Asia and the Marriott was a disappointment We wont forget.

Overall good value: hotel has 5 star amenities :
There is a nice restaurant and cozy bar area where you can unwind after a long day of sightseeing
Nice indoor pool and fitness center with up to date equipment :bicycles and weight lifting (i liked the chinese music there at the entrance to the gym)
Rooms are soundproofed so no noise from the nearby highway
Rooms very clean and immaculate with piping hot showers and very comfortable beds and fluffy pillows
Coffee and tea maker in the rooms very convenient
Nice views from the upper floor rooms
Friendly staff very welcoming
I felt like home away from home
Only 2 drawbacks :breakfast (although delicious and bountiful) is chaos
But there is a nice garden outside adjacent where you can eat in warmer weather (and friendly cat to greet you)
Also the surrounding area near the hotel is unexciting and uninviting
In spite of this i highly recommend this hotel for short or long term stays

Staff was excellent, better than the marriot’s I’ve stayed in the United States, However the HVAC systems appear to be a problem in almost every hotel in Turkey, also no warm water in the facilities public bathrooms another common problem in Turkey, unacceptable during the winter time!
