Overall it's a recommend

The room was very clean, updated, and the breakfast was really good. The shower was nice as well. However, there's a tablet in the room where you can opt out of room service but that was ineffective and my room was cleaned even though I opted out. Further, the hair dryer was the worst I've seen and there was only body wash, not a separate shampoo or conditioner (something I was hoping for as I was trying to pack super light). The location was ok and the outside construction can make it a bit difficult to get around except it's really close to the train station. The air-conditioning worked really well and the bed was fairly comfortable. Overall, I recommend, just pack all the equipment and toiletries you need if you have hair you care about.

The air conditioning was broken and they knew weeks before we came. They didn’t let us know, they couldn’t fix it and had no solution. They said they would give us a discount when we checked out and didn’t.

The hotel rooms were very comfortable and appealing. My friend and I were traveling for three weeks and this was nicer than the name brand hotels. I liked it more than I liked the Sheraton and Hilton hotels we stayed in. The decor was appealing. The kindness of the staff was what stood out the most.

Unexpected comfort in Ulm, near the train station. My daughter was a bit dubious during the 10-minute nighttime walk there behind the station along Schillerstrasse, which she dubbed \"Sketchystrasse\". But we were rewarded with spacious, comfortable rooms, a very good breakfast, and friendly, efficient service by the staff, including a \"special situation.\" Would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean well maintained hotel.

Hotel is very new and in great condition. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is also very good for a german hotel.
Parking beneath the hotel is good and not too expensive.
The only slight downside it that the standard rooms are slightly too small for the furniture in them, making getting past the bed to the desk a bit of a squeeze.If the rooms were just a little wider (about a foot) then it would be perfect.

The hotel itself is good. The high charge for the parking garage is a con. 15 euro. I just park on the street parking nearby. The area feel a bit dark. And unsafe. If u travel alone. I wouldn’t suggest.

It's a business hotel, much like any other business hotel. The shower is wet, the breakfast tastes good. The walls are quite thin. The lady next door, I couldn't hear all of the conversation, but she was agreeing with a friend with great enthusiasm. At midnight. And 3am. And 5am. At 7am I'm pretty sure she was praying. So yes, seems like the pharma convention went well.

Nice new place but let’s itself down

Really nice brand new hotel. A little out of town but not too far. The rooms are great albeit a little small. The coffee machine is a nice touch but don’t get excited, their policy is to only replenish the coffee and water every 3 days! Quite simply the stupidest policy I’ve ever heard. It cost virtually nothing but makes a massive difference.
Breakfast was really good and there’s parking directly beneath the hotel

The room was very comfortable and clean. Not much in easy walking distance due to a busy main road, but the hotel had a phenomenal restaurant and bar. The paid breakfast buffet was worth the cost and one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. My family and I will definitely be staying at a Leonardo Royal location again.

Upmarket style hotel close to station

This is a lovely hotel quite close to the railway station and the city. It is very well presented. The rooms are comfy, clean and in good condition and the breakfast is fantastic.
The only thing that lets it down is the restaurant for evening meals. Food is nouveau cuisine which basically means you don’t get much for your money. That said the food was very tasty. I felt that being a lone person in the restaurant once my order had been taken it took some effort to get the waiting staff to come back to me for anything else. More interest was taken in the bigger tables of people. The restaurant wasn’t busy though. That said this wouldn’t stop me returning to the hotel in the future.

Good hotel for a stopover in this lovely town

I booked this hotel for a stopover on my ay to Italy .This hotel had parking and WiFi so I booked for this reason,Staff friendly, rooms and Lobby pretty and erything new with designer toutch..The rooms nice with good wifi ,comfortable beds and quite.We had an excellent dinner in the evening in the restaurant,Lovely food and wine reasonable priced and service was very good,. great breakfast. nothing negative to say except the location was a bit off the center with an industrial feel .A walk into town took 12-15 minutes . Recomend for comfortable overnight stay. ,

Hotel only recently opened and everything was in excellent condition with nice designer style touches but without being design for design’s sale. Room was very comfortable but there was some noise from adjoining room so soundproofing not brilliant. Staff on reception and in restaurant for breakfast were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The breakfast was both abundant and high quality making overall stay excellent value for money. Better than some hotels with more stars I have used.

Super Super hotel in every way, from decor and design, welcoming entrance, attention from staff good, manager Peter and head waiter, so attentive. How about breakfast! it takes on a new name in the Leonardo, a feast, it sets you up for the day. There is also parking. Just watch the blind spot on the entrance there us a bit that sticks out you cannot see. Will stay here again.

Der Mitarbeiter beim einchecken war genervt das ich um 21 Uhr erst einchecke ( war telefonisch so ausgemacht ) dann hat er mir die Zimmer Karte auf den Tresen geworfen und hat nur gesagt viel Spaß ohne zu wissen wer ich eig war.

Das Zimmer war Zimmer war top nur die Dusche leider voller Schimmel

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt wirklich super. Alles war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, und auch das Essen war hervorragend. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Einziger Minuspunkt: In der Umgebung wird aktuell gebaut, was zeitweise für Lärm und Stau sorgt. Die Bauarbeiten sollen wohl noch bis 2028 andauern. Das ist schade, aber die Unterkunft selbst kann dafür nichts.
Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert!

Hotel und Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand. Die Badezimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Ebenfalls sind die Möbel und Matratze wirklich in Ordnung. Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend.
Leider sind am Geschirr, Besteck und Tassen Kalkrückstände.
Kaffee bzw. Tee, sowie Süßigkeiten werden ganztägig kostenlos angeboten.
Schreibutensilien gab es nicht.

Abbiamo scelto questo albergo perché c’era nella descrizione dei servizi la sauna, ma arrivati alla struttura ci hanno detto senza spiegazioni ne almeno nessun tipo di gentilezza che non era disponibile. Non capisco perché viene offerto un servizio che non avete a disposizione, questo lo chiamo essere disonesti poi si può sempre accontentare il cliente in un’altra maniera, siete un albergo 4 stelle e mi aspetto di essere trattato come tale. Mi dispiace perché soggiorno spesso per lavoro e mi ero sempre trovato bene.

An Service und Personal ist als solches nicht auszusetzen.
Im Zimmer lagen leider Haar auf dem Kopfkissen, die Wände hatten Einschlagspuren bzw. Löcher und an Vorhang als auch Wand waren eindeutige Flecken zu erkennen.
Ich bin seit Jahren immer mal wieder gerne im Leonardo Hotel, das war bisher die nicht so glücklich Erfahrung, was Zustand und Sauberkeit anbelangt.
Die Sauna war leider nicht intakt, dies wurde uns bei der Ankunft auch nicht mitgeteilt, sondern erst als wir dann nachgefragt habe. Schade. Was ich toll fand, Willkommensgetränk und Möglichkeit für einen Kaffee.

Im Kleiderschrank war 1 Kleiderbügel, laut Aufhangvorrichtungen haben mindesten 6 gefehlt. Trotz dreimaliger Nachfrage mit der Zusicherung welche nachgeliefert zu bekommen, haben wir keine bekommen. Nachts vor dem Zähneputzen und duschen gab es kein Wasser, weder aus dem Wasserhahn im Waschbecken, nicht in der Dusche, auch nicht in der Toilettenspülung. Auf Nachfrage habe es zunächst keine Lösung. Das Personal an der Rezeption war aber sehr freundlich. Nach einer Stunde lief das Wasser plötzlich wieder. Zimmer wurde noch zwischen zwei Übernachtungen aufgeräumt.

Hotel sehr schön, nur etwa 10 Minuten bis in die Stadt aber keinerlei Restaurants oder Kneipen in der Nähe. Die Umgebung nicht sehr einladend.

Schöne Bar aber leider zu wenig Personal auch beim Frühstück oder an der Rezeption. Überall lange Wartezeit.

Gute Lage, aber sehr laut. Klimaanlage war kaputt und bei offenem Fenster kann man bei der Lautstärke nicht schlafen. Das Hotel ist gut eingerichtet, aber scheint Personalmangel zu haben. Es werden junge Mitarbeitende allein gelassen, um Schlange stehende Gäste einzuchecken.
