I liked the location of this hotel. I liked the accessibility to parking. We could see the cathedral from our room. The room gave us everything we need.

Staff was nice. Room was large with a big bathroom. Very quiet. Best bed, pillows, bathroom and overall room on our Christmas Market travels thus far. The staff was also very helpful in ordering a cab to the train station and making sure we didn’t miss it.

This hotel is in a great location if you want to see the old town sites. It is near plenty of restaurants and bakeries. Barfurber Haus is attached. That was our favorite restaurant while in Ulm. The hotel breakfast was low on some of the selection such as bacon an cressants. That was disappointing. The room was great. Good technology. Plenty of USB ports to keep everything charged. The TV accommodated our YouTube premium account so we had a great selection of things to watch. We stayed there 5 nights. We then moved to the RiKu in Neu Ulm for our second week in Ulm. The Neu Ulm location was not nearly as updated.

This hotel is 2 min to the Cathedral and 10 min to the train station. Very well located. The room is comfortable and large. My only quibble was the reception closure time - I booked through Expedia and both set my arrival time online and emailed them to say I was coming at 11am and hoping to drop off my luggage, and no one replied (when I arrived they gave me a little hassle because they were closed). But that’s not fatal. They should make this clearer on the website, and on communications, as I stay on Riku hotels often and I have never seen this before.

Great location within a block of the United Cathedral. No dedicated parking, but nearby underground lot was only 10 Euros. Only problem was trying to find the hotel building— the sign is small and a couple floors above ground level, not where you would look, especially in the rain! However, once we found it, the rest of our stay was great, and the food in the associated restaurant was also great.

Nice location and view to the church. Short walk distance to the Danube river and many nice restaurants. The variety of breakfast is also nice. The room is very quiet at night. Highly recommended!

The hotel location is exceptional, it is in the heart of Old Ulm and everything is within walking distance. the hotel has a connecting door to the restaurant next door, this is one of the restaurants serving schweinshaxe year around. I will definitely stay here again.

Modern City Hotel with New Concept
Excellent hotel in the center of the city of Ulm, close to the station, the Muenster and convenient distance to restaurants and a very nice bar. Everything was almost perfect, I only missed an electric water kettle and a separate mirror for makeup or shaving purposes. or a better lighting concept for available mirrors.

Heart of the city ultra modern and chic hotel
Fabulous modern, spacious and clean hotel in the heart of the city. Our window faced the Ulmer Church so the view was incredible. We walked all over from the hotel - so centrally located. We arrived on bicycles and they accommodated us by putting them in the basement via the elevator. The only possible problem is that there is a brewery/restaurant which has outdoor seating under the windows. Luckily it rained and the crowd left but that might have been a problem because the window needed to be open because the air conditioning wasn't on. The brewery was fantastic for dinner - highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again -

Great little Ulm city centre hotel.
The Hotel Riku is in a great location, very close to Munster Platz and the Rathaus, with the River Danube just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable, smart and modern and the staff friendly. The choice at breakfast was a little limited but perfectly adequate and the restaurant/bar on the ground floor was excellent and busy. A good find!

Angenehmes, geräumiges Zimmer, sauber, gemütlich, stabiles WLAN, gute Betten. Zimmerbezug war etwas vorzeitig möglich. Rezeption nur Nachmittags und Abends besetzt, Gepäckaufbewahrung bei Check-Out folglich nur unbeaufsichtigt bzw. gar nicht möglich. Zimmer heizen nur bei eingesteckter Zimmerkarte, Zimmer kann daher beim Check-In etwas kühl sein. Frühstück in unseren Augen überteuert, am Sonntagmorgen Wartezeit für freie Plätze, Service im Frühstücksraum schleppend, diverse Utensilien (Tassen, Kaffeelöffel, Gabel) fehlten und wurden nicht aufgefüllt!

The only little thing is disliked is: when i entered the room, it was smelling smoke, obviously somebody was smoking in this room before. This is very inconvient for non-smokers and should be made sure by the hotel. Obviously only signs with 200EUR fees are not sufficient.

Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt in einer kleinen Gasse im Zentrum von Ulm. Das Parkhaus \"Am Rathaus\" ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war großzügig und komfortabel, die Betten bequem.

Unser Gepäck sollte aufbewahrt werden, weil wir nach dem Check out noch Zeit in Ulm verbringen wollten. Als wir das Gepäck im Hotel holen wollten, war die Rezeption leider unbesetzt. Nach längerem warten haben wir uns unseren Koffer dann selbst genommen. Der Koffer war aber leider nicht sicher abgestellt, und für alle Gäste zugänglich. in diesem Punkt könnte sich das Hotel noch verbessern. Aber sonst kann ich das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen, Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und absolut in Ordnung. Frühstück hatten wir keines.

Flott beliggenhet i sentrum. Egnet parkering i en sentrumsgarage nært ved. Rent og pent, fint rom og hyggelig betjening. Noe begrenset tilstedeværelse i lobbyen, men lagt opp slik at det var ingen hindring. I fravær av minibar og salg i lobbyen, kunne jeg ønsket meg et bedre snacks/drikke tilbud i automaten.
