The adjacent building tenants are a bit noisy. The property is trying very hard to be Brazilian and not blend in with the local culture - all of the staff is Brazilian as well. The staff isn't very friendly.

A beautiful aparthotel with welcoming lobby area with cappuccino coffee machine.
Staff was amazingly friendly and patient!
Our room had a convenient kitchenette and this was wonderful for after busy sightseeing days. Short walk to lovely mall with grocery store.
We loved everything and would stay here again 100%!

Great location, a short walk from the main old town area, alternatively public transport is fairly accessible to and from the main station.
The area surrounding the hotel is fairly absent of much to do asides from a restaurant and bakery.
Rooms were clean, cosy and quiet.

We really enjoyed our quick stay at Rioca! Finding a Brazilian themed hotel in Germany was so cute and fun. We loved all the amenities on the apartment such as the swing, the microwave, fridge, wireless charging stations, and smart TV. Everything was very clean and tidy and parking was a breeze (costs about €20 per night, so be prepared for that). Really friendly reception and awesome overall vibe. We would love to stay again!

Lola, Pedro and all of staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The decor is unique. Everything is provided including a self serve coffee machine. The location is good because it is an easy walk to Neu-Ulm railway station and not too far to walk to the old part of town. The area is very quiet. A great place.

I have traveled to many countries and enjoyed many fine accommodations, but the Rioca Posto 5 stands out among them all as a fine gem. The apartment Rio de Jeneiro was not really a kitchenette, it looked and felt more like a luxury studio apartment. I am still surprised at the incredible value I received at this property. Amenities such as the rooftop terrace, location to the town center and the walking parks along the Danube were exceptional. But none of that is what made the Rioca Posto 5 a rare find…it was the staff. At the front desk, Gustav and Lucas are consummate professionals who are both courteous and mindful. They became in the end not just exemplary staff at the Rioca, but good friends. In fact when you leave your stay at the Rioca Posto 5 you leave with the feeling you have just had a vacation visit with family. Not kidding. Thank you Gustav and Lucas for an amazing experience at your property! Thanks also to all of the staff there who made my stay in Neu-Ulm a very memorable value I will never forget. I will be returning to Neu-Ulm next Spring and will be booking a long term stay with this amazing property and their awesome staff again. I CAN’T WAIT!!!

So good!! Spotlessly clean, friendly/knowledgeable staff (who speak fluent English), great little studio apartment with all the amenities. Lucas was awesome during check in and when I needed anything! Gustavo was helpful at checkout. I love the Brazilian themed decor and there’s all kinds of storage with dishes, tools etc to make your stay that much nicer. Great vibe and all needs met. Rooms lovely and kitchen area with fridge and stove top. Welcome multi seating areas in the lobby…work tables, TV and games, cafe style. Easy walk to grocery or to downtown tourist area. Staff delightful. Breakfast delicious. Construction in neighborhood should be done soon but not too noisy . Oh, and even parking!

The check-in staff were great. It was convenient to walk to the sites in town. The construction by the building made it very challenging to drive to the hotel. The kitchen was a great feature, but there were no cooking pots or pans. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable.

Great hotel in very good location

Very good new hotel. Rooms well equipped with everything you could need. Everything was new and well designed. Free coffee in lounge all day was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking at front of hotel was a bonus but few spaces. Alternative parking in garage a few minutes walk. There is a huge shopping mall at the end of the road. 5 mins walk to bars/restaurants of neu ulm and a further few minutes walk to centre of old town. Lots of building work nearby but once inside hotel there was no issue.

Leider war in dem Zimmer was ich dieses Mal hatte die Matratze durchgelegen und somit das Bett schlecht. Sonst sehr zufrieden, bin regelmäßig hier.

Die kleinen Appartements sind super praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Da fehlt es an nichts. Fußläufig erreichbar ist die Innenstadt von Ulm und im Sommer auch ein super Biergarten an der Festungsmauer. Punktabzug gibt es leider für das Frühstück. Das Rührei war kalt und die lauwarmen Grillwürstchen schrumpelten vor sich hin. Für den Oberklasse Preis gab es leider nur ein durchschnittliches Frühstück. Da lohnen sich die 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Bäcker als Alternative.

Das Design des Hotel ist erfrischend anders. Die kleinen Appartments bieten alles, um einen Kurztrip oder auch einen längeren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten und bieten sinnvolle Features.
Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die doch recht schmalen Betten bei einer Belegung mit 2 Personen.
Das Frühstück war gut, mit ein paar brasilianischen Spezialitäten. In den Stoßzeiten waren Frühstückklassiker wie Rührei, Schinken und Schnittkäse allerdings recht schnell leer und der Nachschub liess etwas auf sich warten.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofes Neu-Ulm und ist gut zu erreichen. Man hat einen Bäcker in der Nähe und sonst kriegt man alles im nahegelegenen Center. Man kann jederzeit sich an der Kaffeemaschine bedienen.

Kurztrip für eine Nacht

Ein schönes Hotel in einem Neubaugebiet, ruhig.
Das Appartment ist schön eingerichtet. Das Bett bequem, die kleine Küchezeile zweckmäßig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Am Empfang ist ein Kaffeeautomat mit kostenlosem Kaffee - ob Espresso,Latte oder Cappuccino für jeden etwas dabei. Chic und stylisch eingerichtet.

Das Hotel hat uns wieder sehr gur gefallen weil wir es von letzten Jahr kennen. Es schein dieses Jahr das alle Abläufe optimiert sind, was letztes Jahr nicht so wirkte. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig auch mit dem Kinderbett der uns bereit gestellt wurde schon bei Ankunft. Was mir noch fehlt wären Lademöglichkeiten für Elektro Autos. Wenn diese in der Tiefgarage auch noch angeboten werden, dann wäre man wunschlos glücklich.

Neues Hotel, modern ausgestattet. Das Familienzimmer war groß mit einer eigenen Küchenzeile. Die Betten bequem. Das Personal war beim Check-In sehr freundlich.
Zimmerreinigung gibt es nicht täglich was auch sehr positiv zu vermerken ist. Der Parkplatz mit € 17 ist auch okay. Das Frühstück ist mit € 19 ein wenig überteuert. Das Zimmer ist aber Preis-Leistungsmäßig extrem gut.

Uns hat es gut gefallen. Das Bett ist zwar nur 1,4 m breit, aber sehr bequem.
Das Personal ist super freundlich, tagsüber gibt's Tee und Kaffeegetränke kostenlos.
Tiefgarage am Haus, kostet aber 17€/Tag. Etwas weiter weg 15€. Die Öfis sind fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Modernes Hotel zu einem guten Preis mit ausreichend und großen Parkplätzen in der Tiefgarage. Gibt sogar e-Lade Optionen. Frühstück war ebenfalls ausreichen, Kaffee und Tee kann man sich immer nehmen. Die Bar war ebenfalls klasse, alle Getränke zu sehr vernünftigen Preisen.

Es war schon alleine von den guten Materialien an Wand und Boden alles sehr sauber. Es war alles genau richtig und auch da, was man in einer kleinen Küche alles gebrauchen kann. Trotz kleiner Einheit alles praktisch zum unterbringen und völlig ausreichend. Das Bett war auch sehr gut, haben wunderbar darin geschlafen und die Klimaanlage optimal eingestellt. Das Personal sehr freundlich, man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt, wirklich eine kleine Familie. Haben unsere Wünsche gleich umgesetzt, Garage und Terrasse. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, war nicht nur Ulm auch ein bisschen Rio, mit dem entspannenden Schaukelstuhl und dem schönen Vogelgezwittscher in den Gängen, eine Ruhe Oase. Nochmals vielen Dank, war sehr schön.

Apart from the unipersonal check-in process via a tablet, my stay was excellent. Good AC, confortable bed, great shower, amazing kitchenette. Breakfast was yummy but a tad too expensive... Also, nice roof terrace!
