Reception staff v nice. Easy to check in/out and fine for a stopover for the night, quick (but not particularly pleasant) walk into town. The lobby and rooms had a very musty-smelling rough carpet, and you could see the dirt on the edges - maybe I was paranoid after noticing this but didn’t feel like the air was clean when sleeping. Glad to leave.

Fairly basic but clean and comfortable. 10 minutes walk for main station but not an easy route with either slopes or steps or another route crossing roads and through construction work. Also shortish walk both to the city centre and the Danube.

Photos are deceiving

This hotel looks lovely on the photos, but we didn’t have the best room. Right on the train tracks with trains coming past day and night. The only thing that was good about the room was the view of the cathedral. We also got charged €12 for parking instead of the stated €8. The beds were really noisy whenever you turn around.

Cleanest room we have stayed in during our time in Germany. Cool, comfortable on some hot days.
The air conditioning wasn’t working in the reception area, the staff was doing their best to work through it.
15 minute walk to Ulm Minster, easy to get around.
Walls are a little thin, could hear our neighbors alarm clock.
I leave ratings on the blow dryers: 8/10. Great airflow, 3 settings but had to hold the handle to maintain airflow. Common factor for each blow dryer I’ve used in Germany.

For the most part, this hotel was a great fit for our family. It had bunk beds instead of a second double bed, which worked perfectly for our two children. We caught colds on the airplane trip and had some heavy head congestion, but when we asked for extra pillows to prop up better, they said they didn’t have a single extra pillow for us, which was very surprising and unfortunate. We ended up having to take pillow cases off the one pillow (each) we had, and stuffed our winter jackets inside to make additional pillows. Not very comfortable. Also, the hotel wasn’t located in the greatest part of town. We didn’t have any issues with safety, but walking to Alt Stadt wasn’t the best. The breakfast was nice with a large selection of foods.

A Stay Worth Remembering

Very impressed with the superb check-in. The room is spotlessly clean and the bed is so comfy. I like the set up of the room - very user friendly with a nice window to the outside. The location is excellent as it is less than 10 mins walk to the Ulm Hbf and 10 mins walk to the city centre where the great Ulmer Munster is plus all the other picturesque scenes along the River Blau leading to the Danube river. Thank you once again for such a lovely stay at B&B Ulm.

Betten bequem, sauber, Parkhaus eng,10€ pro Tag- mit Codeeingabe direkt beim Parkhaus, den man sich vorher an der Rezeption holen muss. Tolle Lage. Trotz direkter Lage am Bahnhof, ruhig zum Schlafen. Fenster kippen darf man natürlich nicht über Nacht, dafür gibts ja eine Klimaanlage. Fernseher u Fön sowie Duschgel vorhanden. Ein Kühlschrank wäre toll. Aber für diese tolle Lage, ist das Preis Leistung Verhältnis sehr gut. Frühstück hatten wir keines gebucht, kann ich deshalb nicht beurteilen.

Accommodatie is netjes van binnen. Kamers zijn schoon en goed bijgehouden.

Tijdens ons verblijf waren er veel werkzaamheden aan wegen in de binnenstad wat de bereikbaarheid geen goed doet, gelukkig is dat tijdelijk.

Hotel ligt vlak bij het spoor maar daar hoor je niets van.

Hola, el hotel estaba limpio y la habitación para 4 era un pelín pequeña pero al tener litera estaba bien. Aunque delate del hotel estaban de obras, (colocando unas vias de tren), estaba bien insonorizado.
Esta muy bien situado del centro de la ciudad, a unos 5-10 minutos andando.
Es necesario pagar para dejar el coche en el parking.

Ich war auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht hier, das Hotel ist einfach zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und hat eine gute Lage zum Zentrum. Das Zimmer war sauber und ansprechend.
Das Personal war freundlich.
Besonders gut fand ich das Frühstück, es gab eine sehr gute Auswahl, sowohl vegetarisch als auch vegan.
Ich kann dieses Hotel gut weiter empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Hier ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Im Zimmer habe ich mich persönlich nicht wohlgefühlt. Im Bad roch es nach Urin und auch benötigt das Bad mal eine Überholung (Toilettenbürste, Gummidichtungen etc.). Betten waren bequem und sauber. Fussboden sehr hart.

Klimaanlage ist im Zimmer vorhanden - aber klappert. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an den Gleisen und hier würde bis in die Nacht gebaut.

Trotzdem war die Sicht auf die Gleise auch sehr interessant - unser Sohn war hellaufbegeistert.

Parkplatz in Tiefgarage vorhanden. Muss aber vorher gebucht werden. Haben pro Tag 8 Euro bezahlt.

Als ich ankam war mein erster Blick naja direkt am Bahnhof mal schauen was wird…
Hatte extra eher angerufen ob es eine Möglichkeit gäbe eher einzuchecken mir wurde gesagt wäre kein Problem hab mich drauf verlassen war leider nicht der Fall.Wurde erst freundlich aufgenommen mit einem netten Hallo von den zwei Damen als ich einchecken wollte fehlte leider davon alles und es wurde eher eine Diskussion… eher gesagt kam es mir so vor dass man mir unterstellt dass ich lügen würde dann wurde ich weggeschickt für 2,5 Stunden an einem Sonntag mit einer falschen Wegbeschreibung…Nachdem ich dann die Zeit todgeschlagen hab ich erstmal angerufen und gefragt und meine Freundin auch um zu schauen was uns gesagt wird… ihr wurde 15 Uhr gesagt als ich anrief hieß es vielleicht 15 Uhr oder 17 Uhr könnte man nicht sagen als ich dann bisschen sauer wurde weil dass nicht sein kann und ich nicht aus langweile eher Anreise wurde mir gesagt kommen sie zwischen 14/14:30 Uhr dann können wir mal schauen. Gesagt getan als ich wieder ankam war ein Mann an der Rezeption er war im Gegensatz zu den Frauen netter aber kam mir erst sehr verwirrt vor.Nach 5/6 min warten weil schon welche vor mir da waren und einchecken wollten kam ich ins Zimmer.Über das Zimmer kann ich nicht meckern und die Sauberkeit. Aussicht naja war der Bahnhof aber für eine Nacht war es auszuhalten…Ob ich es weiter empfehlen würde? Ja wenn man bockt hat nicht ernst genommen zu werden und wieder weggeschickt werden will.Nie Wieder
