Very old hotel. Far from any coffee shop or restaurant. We arrived at 10pm and the entire lobby and reception were in complete darkness with no attendant to be found. We wondered around the public areas of the hotel until we found an employee who agreed to look for the reception desk staff for us. Hotel was old, with old dusty carpets everywhere. Tiny room and tiny shower. Room was stuffy and with no air conditioning. Bed sheets were very clean though. I would never stay there again.

Basically good, however, no Aircon in the rooms in high heat meant it felt like trying to sleep in a sauna. The fans provided were nowhere near up to the job.

Hallo, ich war zwar nur für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Aber ich kann sagen, es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. 👍👍

Im Prinzip sehr ordentlicher Standard. Zwei grosse Minuspunkte: Lage an lauter Bundesstrasse und da keine Klimaanlage bei notwendig geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut. Ausserdem ist das Zimmer komplett mit flokatiartigem Teppich ausgelegt, was ein hygenischer Albtraum ist.

L’hôtel est sympa dans l’ensemble avec du bon personnel et un petit déjeuner bien garnis.
Par contre l’établissement a l’air d’être un peu ancien du coup certains éléments sont à revoir:
- Porte de chambre qui ferme mal
- clim qui ne fonctionne pas du coup j’ai dormis dans la chaleur
- Porte de douche qui ne ferme pas très bien non plus
- fenêtres qui s’ouvrent complètement et quand on se situe au rez de chaussée, on est pas très en sécurité
C’est bien dommage car le nom Best Western est un gage de qualité irréprochable mais la bon nombre de choses sont à revoir

Parkgebühren lagen bei 8€ pro Tag, sollte eigentlich für Hotelgäste inbegriffen sein. Ansonsten hatten wir ursprünglich ein Familienzimmer, jedoch wollten wir lieber ein Zimmer auf der Balkonseite. Es war ein durchgehender Balkon also ohne Trennung dazwischen, aber unser Wunsch wurde ohne Probleme erfüllt. Sonst im ganzen gerne wieder, war alles gut.

We got there at 9pm. There was no one at reception...everyone went home. The guy at the restaurant helped us get our key, but he knew nothing about the hotel. It was 30 degrees and there was no A/C. There was a little fridge in the room that didn't work. The only good thing was a lady who helped us at breakfast time. She was super nice and helpful!

The hotel is clean, modern, and lacking in personality or special features. It is a bit out of town if you don't have a car, but the city is accessible by a bus ride. Service is competent, overall a decent standard hotel, no complaints.

This hotel is an OK place to spend the night while on business. The rooms are small and spartan, but very clean. There is a well stocked bar and a nice restaurant in the hotel.

I got 99 problems and this hotel ain't one
It was a very nice hotel, 10-15 minute drive into the city, good to stop off if you have a car. I had one problem, I asked to have a late check-out 12, they said thats totally fine, since I checked in so late, i even checked with 2 receptionists. Then at 11:15 the maid barges in and says the room is reserved and i have to leave! And there is a woman waiting for the room, giving me dirty looks! I promptly left, but was not happy. Other than that, breakfast was super, coffee good, its a very nice hotel attached are 2 great restaurants and also a sauna, but you must turn it on 40 min prior.

Only drawback was the summary said \"laundry facilities\" which I thought meant a washer dryer on site but actually means you can give them your laundry for several euro an item to wash and return in 2 days.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Overall the hotel is good but I won't find it worth of a 4 star hotel. Don't get excited about Spa. It's just a single roomed spa and fitness centre with just 3 machines(all cardio). Was disappointed with arrangements to deal with hot summer times. It was around 38 degrees and couldn't open my windows as insects came inside at the same time there was no ac or fan. Breakfast was okay and staff was friendly. Overall:

We were in town for a wedding and the other hotels were booked so we found the closest one, best western. The greatest thing about this hotel was that breakfast was included. Amazing. The wifi was free but the code only lasts a day so you have to get a new code everyday. Which is okay. The room was clean and welcoming.

Staff got me a room even before hotels.com confirmed, as I booked it in there parking lot, lol. Some english spoke by staff, super clean nice room. The whole place is clean, I'd bring the wife and kids any time, super quiet. It's about 8 min. to fast food and downtown though by car. nothing really in neighborhood, gas a few blocks away. no complaints really

Great hotel. Staff is very helpful. There is a good gym nearby (5 min walk). Only $10.50/day if you're an Atrium guest. The only downside is that there is no AC in the rooms. Got a little warm in the afternoon, but each room has several windows that can be opened. Great jogging and walking trails all around. The breakfast buffet is very good and the restaurant is phenomenal.

Alt i alt en okay oplevelse. Dog ankom vi d. 23.9 i regn og kun 11 grader. Dette betød desværre at værelset var halv koldt. Personalet var søde at forklare, at varmen endnu ikke var tændt pga. årstiden. Men vi kunne da få et ekstra tæppe.
Så oplevelsen med at sidde på værelset var på ingen måder hyggeligt.

Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer im 5. Stock. Eigentlich alles bestens. Aber die Temperaturen in der heissen Sommernacht (gefühlt weit über 30 Grad - und dies ohne Klimaanlage!) waren so extrem, dass wir die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen konnten. Absolut unzumutbar, wie wir finden. Schade, denn ansonsten fanden wir das Hotel voll okay.

Unsere Reise haben wir am selben Tag noch abgebrochen und sind am Abend gegangen . Die Unterkunft entsprach keineswegs unseren Vorstellungen und auch die provisorische Klimaanlage ein „Scherz“ . Bei 35 Grad im Zimmer war es eine Zumutung und das Bett war noch obendrein an der Seite verschmutzt . Keine klare Empfehlung

Empfang und Check in / out waren schnell und unkompliziert, Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich. Die Lage des Hotels am Stadtrand garantiert Ruhe, mit dem Bus ist der Weg ins Zenrum aber schnell (ca 10 min) zurückgelegt.
