Great Staff at this hotel. Friendly and helpful. Whatever every we needed they were there to help. The room was very small but clean and the bed was comfortable—EZ underground parking. The location was perfect. Just across the street was the stop for most city buses and trolleys. ICE Trains one block away. The center of the city, and the Christmas Market were short 3 blocks away. Plenty of great restaurants also. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in ULM

This is so conveniently located to the train station and not far at all from old town making it a great spot for a quick trip to Ulm. The staff was wonderful and did everything thing in their power to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are quite small, but the beds were comfortable.

It was a nice night.
We got in around eight, I think. It was a quiet hotel despite being in the city. I don't believe we had air-conditioning(which is not unusual for Germany#. We got 2 of their smallest rooms #which in Germany means a twin bed#. The rooms were simple, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast cost us 10 Euros a piece. It had a coffee machine, two juices, a selection of fruit, vegetables, breads, and cold cuts #typical for Germany#. It was walking distance to the train station and the alstadt#old town).

Es wurde immer alles wieder aufgefüllt. Sehr nettes Personal. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Wer Rückenprobleme hat legt auch Wert auf eine gute Matratze. ..die war auch ok. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür war die Preisleistung OK. Alles in allem war es für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt das Richtige.

Das Ibis City in Ulm ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war klein, für 2 Nächte aber ausreichend. Sehr störend war der Lärm vom Zimmer nebenan. Dort wurde in der ersten Nacht um 3 Uhr über einen längeren Zeitraum laut geredet und in der zweiten Nacht um 2 Uhr.

Nadat de sleutel of het slot van de kamer niet werkte kreeg ik een andere kamer waar ik wel in kon. Bleek wel een rokerskamer te zijn. Ik wist niet dat die nog bestonden.
Bed was prima, douche prettig. Raam kon helemaal open waardoor de kamer iets kon afkoelen. Dat was wel nodig want de ventilatie van de kamer deed niets.

Hotel in Citylage. Durch gute Schallverglasung ist vom Verkehr nichts zu bemerken, offenes Fenster ist deshalb nicht sinnvoll. Auch ist die Aussicht nicht berauschend.
