Not what we expected from photos and the price we paid. Hotel address on expedia not correct and the driver had to circle around for half an hour.
The check in process was not smooth. we had to leave our luggage outside with the bell boy as were told to collect after check in. Reception was not courteous. I suspect they gave us lower quality rooms and when asked to show the premium sea front rooms which we paid for, they couldn’t comply. We were given only one key card for each room as they didn’t have enough cards.
Electric kettle in one room not working. Air conditioner was loud and ineffective in the other room.
Agents of different services roaming around the hotel trying to sell the services and bothering the guests.
staff eager and quick to demand bakhshish even from my children.
We paid for all inclusive stay but were not able to book even one single meal in the restaurants as were told they were all booked.
The indoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance.
Lobby and hallways too loud for people trying to sleep

Misleading photos, ads, overall a DUMP

The advertising and image that this hotel presents online is the opposite of what you'll find once you arrive. It's dirty, chaotic, run-down, not well maintained, and overall just a cheap crap hotel. If they advertised it as such, guests could make their own choice about whether the price is worth it. But the fact that they bait and switch guests makes this property especially egregious. Avoid this hotel!! There are many many more in Sharm that are decent and above. This one is a dump.

We stayed at Pyramisa for a week. We had two children along with our 80 year old grandmother. Upon arrival we were placed in a room at the end of the hotel near the beach. However, there were no lifts and 1000’s of stairs. It took us 15 minutes to get to reception/pool area. We had to change rooms which took hours and hours. Even then, the rooms were not so close to the reception. They also had to downgrade the room to get us closer to reception and would not refund us the difference between the family room we booked and the standard room we ended up staying in.

The pool area is lovely and the beach as well. However the hotel is just very inconvenient with the lift situation. Toilets by the pool are absolutely filthy and the odour is awful.

The food was ok, but was always cold. Salad bar is nice and drinks are too:

Staff were also ok, quick to tend to your needs.

Overall, I wouldn’t visit again. It definitely isn’t a 5 star but was ok.

very old hotel, rooms and building in need of renovation. there are a lot of vacationers with whom the workers do not have time to cope, the food is almost the same all the time. room cleaning is good! The hotel does not have an airport transfer (they offer a taxi that will cost $ 12 per way for one car) but in fact they charge $ 15. hot water comes intermittently. there are a lot of mosquitoes and the air conditioner does not work well. the hotel is positioned as 5 stars, but actually no more than 3 stars. I will not recommend this hotel to friends and will never go there again.

I had an all inclusive stay for 7 days. Food was excellent. Property is extensive. Facilities and entertainment for kids are good, especially the water slides. Room was adequate but dated and not cleaned very well.

Good place for an overnight stay before continuing up the coast. A bit far from main town, they run a shuttle bus, but you'd come here for a self-contained resort not for town amenities.

Food was the same in almost days.

There was no communication with the hotel prior to check-in. They don't answer the phone, so we could not contact them to arrange picking us up from the airport with their shuttle bus. The air condition was not working properly and took a lot of time to fix it. The currency exchange machine was not working properly and we had a lot of problems with it. Food was ok but not the best compared to the price paid for the rooms. Staff was not really helping and I had to reach the hotel manager to solve problems.

This hotel is very outdated, furniture is dirty and old. Our room #522 had a/c unit that didn't work and front desk didn't care and said that it had a sliding door...without a screen door which we ended up ravish by mosquitoes 😞. Bathroom tile was dirty, room was dingy and smelly. Internet was hardly working thoughout our stay. Food buffet was plain with alot of bread and sweets. The only fruit available was cut-up oranges. Notice alot of Russian tourists screaming to the staff at the front desk constantly which turned out to be the highlight of the entertainment. Beach was nice but along walk from hotel. This hotel is definitely not a 5 star but a motel, will never stay here again ever

They didn’t honour the all inclusive reservation we have to buy our own alcohol brevegues, short in beach towels, short in coffee cups, food wasn’t that good this hotel doesn’t supposed to be 5 stars need mayor upgrade during repair and mantinace lunch time they were spraying paint on the sitting area.

This is not a 5 star hotel....avoid it by any mean...it's a scam that's guaranteed to ruin your well deserved vacation...and I reported it to the Egyptian ministry of tourism as well...the hotel charges rates that are quite close to other decent 5 star hotels \"sometimes more\"...but it's just pure \"filth\"...
-A beach that you can't use...and its ridiculously far from all the rooms..
-No heated pools...
-The rooms are literally disgusting with furniture that was bought probably more than 25 years ago...2 rooms...2 fridges not working...1 tv wasn't working...no hot water...and no internet...and they kept saying for 4 days...it will get fixed later today...no it will get fixed tomorrow...and so on for 4 freaking days...and when I lost it and had my reservation relocated...they sent a technician to check the internet whilst we were packing...
-Apparently you can book an all inclusive booking but their all inclusive doesn't include their cheap alcohol..
-Paid an extra $600 to get a sea view room...and they simply move us to garden view rooms..?...then when I mentioned it...they dragged us to what they call \"Seaside\" view rooms...which barely had any view either ways...and they started going like...\"we can get you closer to the sea...if you'd like..and we're happy to keep dragging you around...but the closer you are to the sea...the further your old mother will have to walk to get to the restaurant\"...

The hotel is good but old and not renovated.
The sea spot is wonderful (sharks bay).
Rooms are not good.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Food is not so good.
If coffee is important to you, they have no espresso, only vending machine at the bar in the hotel lobby (reception area).
Not a 5 stars hotel.

The advertising is very misleading. The hotel is NOT \"all inclusive\", alcohol is extra. They advertise 7 restaurants, but there is only one for all 3 meals. The staff was not helpful when there were issues and the facilities need to be updated. We had such a bad experience that we checked out early.

What can I say !

Arrivée à 1h du matin. On a appelé plus de 5 fois pour confirmer confirmer avec eux. Ils ont confirmé. Arrive à l’aéroport personne on a pris lavant dernier taxi car c’était le dernier vol ! Sinon belles photos mais pas confirme au lieu qui est moins classy mais plus tourisme de masse familiale !

Avevamo prenotato una stanza con vista mare e ci hanno dato una stanza con vista piscina. Non ci siamo lamentati per evitare rotture e perché erano le 2 di mattina e c’erano già stati abbastanza problemi e quindi volevamo solo rilassarci. Dal giorno seguente fino all’ultimo giorno, é stato un continuo discutere con altri ed essere infastiditi da chiunque.
Quasi tutti ti chiedono una mancia anche immotivata. Oppure provano a truffarti con l”exchange”. Ti chiedono di scambiargli i soldi da euro in lire egiziane, ma se alla fine ti fai il calcolo di quante lire vogliono, scoprirai che la cifra sarà molto più alta (alcune volte anche il doppio rispetto quanto ti hanno dato).
Se ciò viene fatto da un estraneo della struttura del Pyramisa, allora si può anche accettare il fatto che ci siano dei truffatori in giro per Sharm El Sheikh.. ma se lo fa un membro dello staff del Pyramisa, allora no! Non è assolutamente accettato. È un resort a 5 stelle pagato profumatamente e non mi aspetto di essere truffato dal loro staff.
I negozi all’interno della struttura evitateli prezzi assurdi e maleducazione. Se non comprate sarete anche insultati.
Hanno una SPA a pagamento, contrattate sempre il prezzo perché è carissima e il servizio è veramente pessimo. Verificate sempre che avete ricevuto quanto prestabilito. Fanno i furbi accorciando i tempi del messaggio o dell’esperienza.
Purtroppo sono limitato a fermare qui la recensione per limite di caratteri.

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Вкусно и разнообразно кормят. Алкоголь конечно лучше везти из DUFREE, причем сразу после прилета есть шанс взять в аэропорту, не упускайте его.
Отель чистый и ухоженный, после ремонта многое. Пляж с понтонов преимущественно. Много лестниц для спуска к пляжу, имейте это в виду. Но зато калории сожгете. Очень неплохие ланч боксы давали в дорогу. Большая территория, есть где погулять. Анимация по вечерам семейная, но в 23ч ровно тишина.
