I had an enjoyable stay at the Xperience Sea Breeze resort. The rooms and communal areas, pools etc. were very clean - the staff worked hard to maintain this. The food was excellent and the waiting / bar staff were attentive and friendly.
I wouldn't say the overall quality of the resort warranted five stars, but the prices are a fair reflection of what you get.

The hotel is spotless, and the grounds are beautiful and again spotless, rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels daily, All the swimming pool are so very clean, and the swim up bar is great. EVERY member of staff are so friendly and happy and very helpful. The food, well massive choice, I would be surprised if you can't find something to eat. All the food we had was really lovely.
İnternet isn't great, ok in lobby and in your room but your on holiday!
The only thing I would say is the \"swim up room \" isn't bang out side you patio, you have to cross a small grass area to it. But still very nice.
Would I go back to xperience sea breeze...... Yes I definitely would.

Being a frequent visitor to Sharm, I was surprised at how small the hotel is compared to others I have stayed at in. However it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Plus points:
Spacious room, hot poweful shower, comfortable bed, friendly attentive staff. Choice of pool areas depending on preference for quiet or lively.
Negatives:
Swim up rooms are not as pictured on website. You cannot actually swim up and the terraces are very shady only getting sun after 3pm which makes them unusable.
Rooms near the beach road (I was 1401) are pretty noisy from the constant rumble of the shuttle bus blaring out the Macarena and other party tunes between 8am to 11pm.
The gym is ill equiped for ladies with no dumbells or selection of light weights.
Limited food choices but the quality of what was available was good.

That said the positives definately outweigh the negatives and I would happily return.

The place is dated and the swim up room are rooms that are just close to a small pool.I had to request a refund because I was not happy with how the hotel was compared to what I had seen online.The first room the bathroom was grimy and the room smelt.Having already paid and Hotel.com not been able to make contact with Hotel I was offered a deluxe room which was bigger and did not smell.The staff are lovely and the hotel itself seems to be on the old strip not really close to anything but a row of shops.The food and alcohol was mediocre and overall I was disappointed.It cost more than most of the hotels but it did not deliver.Its meant to be a five star but I would put it at 3.
Renovation is needed I wish I had stayed in Mamma Bay

Excellent hotel, good layout, well ran with very helpful and friendly staff. Everything very clean with pools and garden areas between the individual blocks, lots of area in direct sunlight, lots of beds both between blocks and also in the slopes down to the beach area.
Excellently ran restaurant (lovely food, brilliant staff and management) and snack areas with easy access to food and drink. Layout appears strange on map but actually works very well with the shuttle bus running up and down the slope every few minutes. Good free bus service every day or evening to different locations. No nearby bars for live sports but the main bar in lobby always showed the English live football !
Rooms cleaned every day by friendly staff, good size rooms and bathrooms with patio areas and loungers.

We booked our stay for our honey moon. Our room was not superclean. Food was Ok. But the all-inclusive program was not working perfectly. The alcohol included in the all inclusive was local and tasteless. Bar snacks for after hours was dry sandwiches with 1-2 pieces of salami or cheese inside. Room service was extra, no alcohol after midnight. The coffee they provided is powdered and not tasty. The hotel staff is always bothering you to sell packages such as spa, barber, water sports etc… also they were expecting tips all the time when they see you.

I'd upgraded my room to a sea view, which was well worth paying the extra for, I was in a fairly quiet part which was a positive.
Magdy on the reception team stood out for me as providing excellent customer service, he has a friendly but very respectable manner which I liked. The reception team overall were good & helped me with any queries.
Magdy, Tan & Ahmed helping me on my arrangements for departure.

I liked Your Bar during the daytime to drink my coffee, when it was quiet, I don't drink alcohol so I avoided at busy times.

I don't eat fish & meat so I found some days it wasn't so easy to find great alternatives in the restaurant. I didn't use the waiter drink service as I prefer water with my meals.

Housekeeping were polite and respectful, I had the room cleaned daily & I was happy with my cleaner.

Overall, this hotel had what we needed, was in a convenient location and a great price for the length of stay and all inclusive. I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star hotel but you get what you pay for.

On arrival, the hotel hadn’t received our booking from hotels.com which was rather worrying and not a great start. They had to call hotels.com to confirm this and it was resolved quickly. However, if the hotel had have been fully booked then we wouldn’t have had anywhere to stay.

The final day of our stay we had left 700 EGP on the bed. When we got back to our room one of the cleaners outside introduced himself and mentioned how he had cleaned our room for us all week, almost as though he was hinting for a tip. When we got inside the room it became apparent he had helped himself to a tip as the money was no longer there. 700 EGP isn’t a lot but it’s the principle and we had also kept this to pay for our taxi to the airport.

We also noticed the cleaners threw things away such as carrier bags in the room which is minor but we had kept these to put our laundry in. I personally don’t think they should be throwing anything away.

The hotel itself is clean in general, however the bathroom in our room could’ve been a lot cleaner. We did also find a cockroach in the bathroom one evening which wasn’t pleasant.

The food in the hotel was nice, particularly the Indian and bbq restaurant. The all inclusive drinks are made from syrup, if you want juice in them you have to pay extra.

I’ve been visiting Xperience Sea Breeze Resort for almost 4 years, at least twice a year, and every time it goes beyond my expectations! The hotel is always spotless, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic.

A big thank you to the animation team, especially Mohamed, Alex, and Valentina from the Villans animation team — they make every vacation unforgettable! Always energetic, friendly, and full of positive vibes. The pool parties, beach games, and evening shows are just amazing.

Amazing stay!!

Room was clean and comfortable regular cleaning service was available. Only negative thing about the room is not sound proof, you can hear people in the next room even if they talk normally and that was quite scary.
Food was good but not so delicious and they had good options but it got monotonous in 2 days.
Staff were really polite and helpful and friendly too. Overall it's good according to the price, I would recommend if you are looking for an average budget resort.

My significant other and I, very much enjoyed our stay. The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful. We thought the food was pretty good, and the pools were excellent. Main gripe, the rooms are not soundproofed even though they said they were at time of booking. So I could hear everyone outside. This did wake me up early every morning, but least I didn’t miss breakfast, so every cloud.

Great Value for Money!

Absolutely wonderful few days at the Xperience Sea Breeze. Staff are so friendly, a special thanks to Mohamed in the restaurant and Romany at the bottom pool. Food variety was good and tasty. No rushing for a sun bed in the morning, there were plenty. Evening entertainment wasn’t great but the hotel offered free shuttles to Soho Square, Old Town and Naama Bay. We also opted to take the shuttle down to the sandy beach one day which was a nice change of scenery. Thank you, we will be back!

We liked the hotel very much! We were there with a family. The territory is very comfortable, the buildings are located in one line, so you won't get lost. There are several pools, you can choose to your taste: with music and entertainment, with a water slide or quieter and more secluded. Excellent food, you can always choose to your taste, there is always a lot of food, the service is fast. Respectful and attentive attitude of the staff, all issues are quickly resolved. Beautiful reef! The child was delighted with so many fish. The stingrays also came to the seashore. Incredible! Excellent animation, the guys always tried to involve, but they didn’t insist if you just want to chill. Contests are fun, and competitions in the pool are exciting. Rooted for the guys to hoarseness in the voice))

We had a lovely stay here. The food was good, the included drinks were good (include a reasonable alcholic selection). There isn't anything really around the hotel. You need to take a taxi / bus. Evening entertainment was 'patchy'. We stayed in the first block 1007, and it was really, really loud as the entertainment was outside, and about 20 feet from our room. Our room was a 'swim up' room which really meant that there was a small pool shared with other people on the row. Nice little Jetty into the sea with great snorkelling. My son got a good haircut. I had a facial which I didn't paritcuarly rate. Jeweler was nice. We come from the UK and i struggle a bit with the constant triangulation via dollar or euros with everything Felt like i was always being ripped off with exchange rate, but, that's egypt in general, rather than the hotel. The room was nice in general. The bathroom was a bit shabby. The wall tiles could do with a clean. The room safes need updating. We had two rooms and both of us had problems with safe misbehaving. I'd go back though - just wouldn't bother paying extra for a 'swim up' room and would as to be a block or two down. The only downside to that would be the wifi is in the main hotel. You only get a reliable (albeit slow) connection in the hotel. We got a patchy connection, being in the first block. Just about good enough for whatsapp. Not wifi further down.

I stayed at this property for 4 days and it was terrible experience unfortunately the 3 days I was there the a/c was not working and they came into my room at least 7-10 times trying to fix it and this was very disturbing
Staff were very unhelpful and rude and the bartender would beg you to buy a drink that is not included in the all inclusive because they only serve Egyptian alcohol in the all inclusive deal which it was very bad
Food was ok but not want you expecting when you go to a 5 star hotel
After 12 they have nothing all inclusive and room service is extra charge even if you have all inclusive mini bar is also extra charge if you have all inclusive over all nothing about this hotel shows that it’s a 5 star hotel
It’s probably less than 3 stars

my Experience at the Xperience!

Lovely resort for a 4 star hotel, WIFI is not avail so you have to purchase it in order to use and it’s not reliable in different areas of the resort. Food is Reasonable, plentiful and repetitive. Very low grade house wine and only one beer brand. I think for breakfast the staff should serve the beverages instead of having long lines on one coffee machine. Pools are lovely, animation team is very fun and lovely people. Staff is very attending and nice and all wants tips cuz you can’t blame them cuz they work About 14-16 hours 7 days a week non stop for two months before they ll get a a 2 weeks holiday for about $150 a month salary. Excursion guides are nice but rather cunning cuz they ll try to take you places to buy things where they ll get commissions. All souvenirs are 50-100% marked up, thus, you can bargain. Also you can bargain the taxi fairs especially from the airport. The rides should not exceed $15 at most for most resorts locations. Diving is beautiful though.

Rooms : nice , good size, clean , and for pool view rooms you should close curtains to have your full privacy.
Pool: many small ones unheated except for the biggest one next to beach
Beach: wonderfull for only skilled swimmers but small one . beach is rocky , rocks instead of sand every where .
Food: good but do not expect different cuisines
Wifi : extra charge
Location : not far from soho square and airport( 10 minutes by car)
Service : good , the only bad thing was that the safe in my room was broken and my repair request was ignored but i only asked once.
Night shows: small place next to the lobby is used for shows
No night club no gym only spa
Kids area available
Animation by the beach is lame , done on a very small area as a portion of the small beach
A good thing is that in front of the hotel you find many shops for everything

Nice hotel with private beach to snorkeling. Everything is good and they want to make sure you have good experience with them.

The negative points are their airport transfers are not free, their position is far from city center so mostly all public transports will charge you so high even for minibus. Their navette service is limited (need to book in the morning and at night they only have 1 or 2 departures). Their food is not bad.

wanna get satisfaction? Choose another hotel

First, when we arrived they asked us to provide an official document that saying that we just got married, which we did to get our honeymoon room but it took more than an hour and when we asked them to get WiFi password they told us it's extra charge while it was included here in my reservation and he was arguing with me till I showed him that in my hotels app. Everything is different than pics . The room wasn't clean and we found some dead bugs, our reservation was a king bed and we had 2 small bed connected which has a gap in the middle and it was annoying as attached pic. In the end the most thing bother us is when we did a couple massage the guy in the reception took a 100 dollar and gave us the changed with a local currency and stole 10 dollars . A lot of bad things happened in two days unfortunately. Not recommend at all. Not deserve 3 stars hotel, I do not now how they got five stars !

Great hotel and experience for the money.

Xperience Sea Breeze is a very nice hotel, with exceptional service. The accommodations are a 4.0, but the staff more than make up the difference in the 5 start rating. For the price and location, it would be very hard to beat the Sea Breeze experience. Will definitely return!

The Sea Breeze is a beautiful resort. Only stayed for one night so I did not get familiar with the area and the overall location of the hotel but it seems as though they have plenty of activities to keep you and your family occupied. My only gripe is having to go to the front desk for everything when our room was a 5 minute walk uphill from the lobby (and we were relatively close!). Want the wifi? Come to the lobby. Need a taxi reservation for the next day? Come to the lobby. Make it more convenient for guests who just want to relax.

Great get-away

The staff can be a bit strange some times but the place is excellent. When we went to check in it seemed as if they didn't really want us there.
Then it felt like we needed to ask for things a few times before they would happen or they would just forget about it. We never did get warm water in our shower to the point where we paid for 2 hours in the Jacuzzi for some warm water.
Despite this though we had an amazing cleaner for our room. He was fantastic and left us different animals from the towels each day.
Also the place was amazing for the price. We had all the pools (they were freezing but) to ourselves. The beach and coral place to swim is the best in that area. The food was a delicious start to each day.
Main thing to improve on is heating up the water and having the staff not just pretend to be nice but actually be nice!
Overall though definitely stay here as opposed to many of the other spots in Sharks bay

Visited this Hotel last week after looking at various reviews....can say that hotel is NOT what expected.

Negative points-

Hotel is very small and overcrowded

Some staff are not particularly friendly

Beach facilities were hard to get to through all the sun beds piled up/cramed together in a small space

Spa was totally not what expected- not professional in any way shape or form, personally had booked a course of 4 massages- 1st one was lovely- 2nd one there was people walking in and out of room whilst I was being massaged which was NOT pleasant, time was cut short, and not particular and enjoyable service so did not go back for the last two massages that were paid for

'Luxury rooms' are above two bars so sleep before 12/1am was impossible

Positive points-

Breakfast buffet was very nice, food was fresh

Bar in Lobby does lovely coffee/cocktails

Having been to Sharm el Sheikh many times and experienced different hotels- Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, Ritz Calton
this is NOT a hotel that I can reccomend or return to as the negatives outweighed positives.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My stay was all inclusive. This does not cover every thing available, but it covers enough items and facilities. Food was great with sufficient varieties. Animation Team members are great and keep you active and entertained. Nightly free shows from around the world with free drinks. Many pools to choose from. Free shuttle bus to Neama Bay twice a day. Do not disturbe sign available to put on your sunbed.

Amazing experience

Travelled to stay here for 8 days during june, and can't find many negative things to say about this place. The staff, hotel and facilities are amazing. Location was perfect- not too close to all the hustle and bustle and a perfect distance to all relevant places. Views were spectacular. Only thing i would recommend improving is the food- gets a bit repetitive but otherwise, an amazing experience and lovely people!

Nice if you want an adult only holiday

The staff were very friendly and accommodating - you couldn't ask for better. The bars and pools were situated around the resort, so no area was too cramped and you could always get a lounger near water. The entertainment staff were a tad unnecessary during the day, but there was generally a fun show put on in the evening. The water sport activity sellers however, are quite pushy and annoyingly persistent. The hotel has 'do not disturb ' signs for you to hang on your loungers - definitely take these! Otherwise prepare yourself for a daily barrage of pestering.
All in all a great resort, but beware that taxis and activities are in British pounds, and generally more expensive than you'd be willing to pay in England.

Beautiful hotel, amazing for snorkelling.

Staff very friendly. Especially the guys that clean your room and the bar man outside, (Hesham) has an amazing work rate. Long walk down to the beach if your staying on the first block, however there is a shuttle service for it.

Excellent holiday

Just returned from this hotel and it was great, food was the best AI we have had and elements food from the snack menu and also the evening menu was outstanding, I had no problem with. The hotel being on a hill bi is very steep but they do run a bus up and down.all staff are great and nothing to much trouble I will definitely go back

Lovely stay

Lovely hotel but better suited to older couples.

We stayed in an ocean view room (free upgrade) which was brilliant for access to the pools, bars and the brilliant pier with the coral reef underneath. The clientele are a bit older so we wouldn't necessarily recommend it for under 35s.

The staff, food and towel art were excellent so overall an enjoyable stay.

Great food, good value but not enough space

The service is good, the food is excellent and everything is clean. Good value for money.

But the hotel is short of outside space. It is built on a slope facing broadly east, so in the afternoon (in January) the sun disappears mid afternoon from most of the sun beds. So you have to move to the front of the hotel to find the sun, where there is an outside bar that's really just at the edge of the road and is not large enough for everyone who wants to, to sit down. Similarly the inside reception and bar seating areas were inadequate for the number of guests.

Extremely welcoming hotel

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing going far and beyond what would be expected. Good range of pools and facilities, only limiting factor is that there is only one place all included for dinner. But dinner there is varied and tasty so not too important. Perfect place to go for a week in the sun and relaxing.

Fabulous service and excellent snorkelling

Couldn't fault the room and service from the staff. They bring you drinks without having to ask. The food was good and romantic meal on the jetty was excellent. The snorkelling was great and good to have a wooden jetty rather than plastic floating jetty that is hard to walk on & what most other hotels have.
It's a shame they charge for some cocktails & mini bar also wifi don't expect this for all inclusive.
Don't use hotel photographer his photos were rubbish & pricey.
Overall very good value for money.

Lovely Hotel and access to great snorkelling

We received a lovely welcome from the front of house staff on our arrival and a very much needed cold drink. Our room was very well appointed and had a beautiful view, throughout our stay we had a variety of towel origami done by the housekeeping chap which we looked forward to coming back to. The food was great for buffet style catering and Alaa, our wine/drinks waiter was brilliant...
There isn't a beach as such but a set of terraces leading down to the jetty, this was a lovely place to find a lounger for the day as the views across the sea are lovely. The snorkelling off the pier is second to no one, such a wide range of beautiful tropical fish. Rezkan the drinks waiter for the terrace area was exceptional and very friendly, always remembering what different drinks we liked at the different times of the day.
The hotel is set out in an unusual way because of the plot of land it is on but this in no way detracts from what a great place it is, there are many different areas to relax and enjoy the sun or shade through the day.
We had a lovely stay and would definitely return, thank you Xperience Seabreeze.

Week in sharm sea breeze

The hotel is spread across multiple buildings with gardens and pools between each. Initially daunting but great to look around and find your ideal spot to relax. The staff are friendly and the reps for the various activities are polite and actually take no for an answer if you decide you don't want to take part. Been places before where reps were a nightmare, see guys are really good and prices seem to be reasonable. Food is nice and changes daily and the restaurant is pleasant and spacious.

Beautiful coral reefs and a perfect place for snorkeling. All inclusive option makes you feel really comfy but a little bit low quality since the alcholic drinks are limitless. 8.5 over 10.

Wonderful stay

I booked for 5 nights I extended my stay for two nights to enjoy to the max. I felt home.
I requested a sea view room, I was not happy about the firt one I was given. The staff did the max to find out. Thanks to Michael for his patience and who spent sometime to find a room for me. Well done.

Nice hotel best part it is adults only !!

A lovely short break ...only a few minor niggles otherwise would have been excellent.
Our air con didn't work for 3 nights but was eventually fixed.
The pool bar should stay open later than 5 pm as its a lovely vibe everyone chilling as the sun goes down.
The carvery gave really small portions and I am not greedy :-(

Nice Hotel, really friendly staff, good facilities

Spent 11great nights at the Xperience Seabreeze in Sharm. Staff really make this place and CANNOT do more for the guests whether you are at the pool bar, servicing your room daily, serving you at the restaurants etc. Choice of numerous immaculate pools with comfy loungers, bars on site, comp towels. Hotel has a good SPA, highly recommended, we had treatments every other day, massages were fantastic, great value for money compared to UK and paid for extra use of the sauna and steam rooms etc. Gym is small and tends to get busy at 0900 or 1700 approx. If you want a break from the midday sun, go at 1300, great aircon so is a break from heat!
All Inclusive stops at midnight which was disappointing, and they seemed to be particularly shy on any spirits within the AI drinks option. Be aware that there is a dress code for evening dinner (trousers or tailored shorts for men....no flip flops or swimwear). Footwear didn't seem too stringent though. Only thing I would change about this hotel is the evening entertainment; as it was pretty hit and miss. Think 'Redcoats', only worse of the in house team (mainly small British team but day/night activities were a little basic and childish, (daily French Boules and water polo/aerobics excluded). External entertainment acts were ok, belly dancing, acrobatics etc. Small stage so cannot take large acts but do their best. Hotel is not even 10 mins from Sharm Airport so no lengthy transfers, we arranged hotel private pick ups - very smooth.

Like a cruise ship

Being on the beach and being able to do a little snorkeling was great. Wonderful choice of swimming pools. Food was plentiful and adequate but not so delicious you would be tempted to overeat. Rooms were good as were the cleaners. Wifi extremely expensive.

While this hotel is by no means the Four Seasons, it offers an incredible value for what you get. The food is decent and the alcohol is mediocre, but the service level is fantastic and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Day trips to go diving and to SoHo/Naama Bay are affordable and easily arranged. The beach (which is really just a pier) offers some great snorkeling and there are plenty of pools and lounge chairs to sprawl out on. Given the price and amenities, I would totally stay here again.

This hotel or should i say this hotels staff deserve all the great reviews.i have never walked into a hotel and been made so at home that i immediately relaxed into holiday mode.Food was wonderful and Mahmood (restaurant),Ali (pool bar),Samwir (towel hut) and of course Sam (room cleaner)were great.
Had a massage -in fact had 2 as if you pay for one you get e second free see karmil he will give you a taster massage for nothing.
one thing that should be in hotel description is that long trousers and shoes (not flip flops ) are required to be worn by men for dinner 18.30-22.30 althougfh hotel does have trousers available if required.
Would go back tomorrow if i could.

Amazing holiday with top class service

This hotel ticks all the boxes for our holiday requirements. We had a sea view room which had amazing views to wake up to each morning. There is a good range of food each night in the main restaurant, some theme nights are better than others, but there is always variety. There is also a pay extra restaurant that is very much value for money serving top quality food. The hotel is kept very clean and the rooms are of a good standard. The best feature though is probably the staff and their professional can do attitude across the board.

This is a lovely hotel. The facilities and staff are great. The location is a little out of the way but as we spent most of the time in the hotel this did not bother us too much. The food was fine and there was plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Management & staff provided a really wonderful experience and the hospitality is so warm and pleasant.I already miss them. I hope to return again in February (inshalla) I felt like I was a member of a warm and loving family.
I was so well looked after,( to be honest I felt like royalty!) I have already recommended the hotel & Sharm to every person that I have already met.The people that had crossed my path during my stay made it so memorable and enjoyable. (I can safely say it is the people that make the hotel what it is!)

Great hotel with 5 star service!

Hotel resort perfect for relaxation with fantastic service!
You can be mithered to buy excursions, massage etc... but if you are polite and say no they will leave you alone.
Overall was impressed and would return.
