Loved our stay at Seehof Arosa! Short walk from the station but slopes involved. There is a shuttle in the morning that can be arranged from the hotel to the train station. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room is older style with physical key, toilet a little dated but nothing bad. We had a comfortable stay and the view from the room balcony was absolutely stunning!! Only hiccup was hotel asking us to pay upon checkout when we made prepayment to hotels.com already so there was delay sorting it out.

Our room shower broke the first evening, they promised to change the room the next day, however, in the morning (after we mentioned at the reception that we finally wanted to take a shower), they opted for a reparation. They even asked us to unscrew the shower cable. Once substituted, the water couldn't be closed anymore. We just had to let the water run (for hours?) until someone repaired it.
No big excuses, nor a gesture for the uncomfortable situation.
At the time of check out, they wanted to charge us twice as much for the room (for no apparent reason). When we carefully checked the bill, the girl at the reception \"noticed the mistake\" and changed the bill.

Very nice location, the room big and very comfortable. The staf very helpful and kind. I loved very much the position, very near to the main road, the train station and cable car station, and also near to the bus stop - this made it easy to reach many places during our stay.

This is a nice hotel, perfectly located in a quiet area, but close to the center of Arosa (near the train station and ski lifts). The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Top notch lodge in the Alps
We were so pleased with this gem of a hotel. Setting was unbelievable, place was warm and cozy. The staff helpful and pleasant. The laundry staff went above and beyond to get our clothing back to us same day. Monika in the restaurant was especially nice to visit with and took great care with recommendations for our ski day.
Jüge recommended a lovely fondue restaurant, arranging a taxi up then the loan of a sledge to get us back home! Although the sledging trail was not open we had a great walk back with a bit of trial on the sledge. This made for a wonderful experience! Hope we can visit again.

In hindsight this hotel didn't seem real, it's so picturesque. There's clearly some history in a building this old. We enjoyed the restaurant, we enjoyed the breakfast, and the manager on duty for the night (his name was JJ I believe) was very friendly. The hotel is walking distance to the lifts. No complaints whatsoever - I hope we get to visit again!

Hotel location was close to city center and they provided quick service by shuttle to ski lifts. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Good breakfast, but missing fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. The room I booked was a bit outdated and did not match what I was expecting from the pictures.

Good choice for a weekend break in Arosa - friendly staff, nice open and light public rooms with a lounge area for relaxing. Would recommend. Do be aware that there is a 5 minute walk uphill to the town centre.

Small but nice room. No WLAN in the room, which was annoying and not as mentioned in the hotel description. WLAN only in the lobby. Breakfast would have been nice but is being served much to late if you're there for business, for a leisure trip it might be ok. Nice personnel though.

Quiet location and beautiful views
We arrived late but the reception staff had left an envelope with the information we needed to settle in. Arosa is expensive but Hotel Seehof was good value for money. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we arrived ( a Monday). A small bistro up the street served up a light, late meal. Excellent breakfast!

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal hier und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Schwumm in der Badi zu machen. ☺️ Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Der wunderbare Aufenthalt wurde primär geprägt durch das freundliche Personal und den unkomplizierten Umgang miteinander. Die Lage des Hotels erlaubt den nahen kleinen See ohne grosse Umstände zu nutzen.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit grossem Balkon und Blick in die Berge. Super Service und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet.
Das Hotel hat auch eine sehr gute Lage, zu Fuss ist man in max. 10 Minuten am Bahnhof oder der Talstation der Weisshornbahn. Alternativ hat es 200m vom Hotel entfernt eine Bushaltestelle (Untersee).
Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel.

Had a fantastic meal in the relaxed but well-styled restaurant (freshly caught fish - choice of the day availability),) where the service was also friendly and excellent. I had a room upgrade from booking last-minute on-line, and believe the the standard rates are reasonable.
Would have liked to have extended my stay to enjoy the Moules & Frites offered in the restaurant that evening, but unfortunately had to return to Zürich!
All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for the good value for money, as well as the relaxed but stylish atmosphere and great food in the restaurant.

Das Restaurant ist gemütlich eingerichtet, der Frühstückssaal ist hell und geräumig. Allerdings waren unsere Zimmer sehr alt, jedoch pickobello sauber. Die Preise im Restaurant sind sehr happig und die Auswahl der Karte ist gering. Eher nicht für Kinder gedacht. Wir haben für ein Nachtessen für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, inkl. 5 dl. Wein 300 Franken bezahlt.
