A shuttle service is needed for winter guests
Room was quiet, has a nice view of pine trees a false sense of serene since it is facing the street not the slopes. Stayed in RM # 813, which is the first floor with peekaboo views of the mountains. Towels were old and room service did not leave enough coffee cartridges daily, had to call for additional. The free minibar was stocked only with two bottles of water, two apple juices and two cola, it was the exact same thing daily, we stayed for 4 nights and the front desk said that is their standard :(. Could have been more enjoyable if the hotel was more customer friendly.

Views, food, drinks, hiking and mountain biking is all stunning. I’m sure in the winter the snow sports are great as well. Absolutely would pick this over any of the other resorts in the area. The sauna is fabulous as well!

Very friendly and attentively staff. I loved the furnishing of the rooms, kind of alpine style. Unfortunately there was no Conditioner, no cotton wool and no cotton swabs offered in the bath room. I think this is a pain for a four star plus hotel......

Excellent family hotel with very friendly staff. Very quick service, as well as good food at restaurant. Good full day childcare. Main building where we stayed not as new as appears on their spiffing webpage, but still high quality and clean.

Last minute booking on route, chosen for its high guest rating. Thomas the owner waited up for our arrival at 01:30am,an instantly likeable fella! He directed me to drive into the secure underground carpark, took all our bags to the room ahead of us and then fetched me a draught beer. Super room, free mini bar and being on top floor with balcony, the vista we woke to was outstanding. Great breakfast buffet then picked up the free cable car passes from reception and checked out. Our stay was short and sweet but left a lasting memory. Thank you for your hospitality, the O'Neill family.

Gehe schon seit vielen Jahren ins Valbella Inn. Perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Ein Doppelzimmer mit Bettsofa ist für drei Personen zu klein (Platz, Stühle, somit kein Sofa da ja Bett, und zu kleiner Kleiderschrank).

Schoenes Familienhotel. Die Suite hat im Schlafzimmer leider kein TV (nur im Wohnzimmer) und es fehlten Slippers und Beauty set im Badezimmer. Altes Schluesselsystem (keine Karten). Kinderbetreuung top. Die Qualitaet der Beautybehandlungen koennte gesteigert werden.

Schönes Hotel, kleiner aber schoener Badebereich. Gutes Fruehstuecksbuffet, Essen war lecker. Schoenes Spielzimmer, schoener Aussenbereich. Was ich nicht gut fand war, dass man fuer die Sauna das Gebaeude verlassen musste. Im Zimmer war es etwas eng ( Standard Dz) 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kind.

Tolles Hotel mit einem Frühstücksbüffet vom Feinsten. Schade, dass der Wellnessbereich nicht im Gebäude mit den Hotelzimmern ist, sondern nur über Aussenwege erreichbar ist.

Wir haben als junges Paar nur eine Nacht im Hotel Valbella Inn verbracht.
Es ist grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Hotel, etwas ringhörig aber ansonsten war an den Zimmern nichts auszusetzen.
Was uns etwas gestört hat ist der Wellness Bereich, welcher in einem separierten Gebäude liegt und man daher vom Hauptgebäude aus immer im Bademantel über die Strasse laufen muss. Auch dass es im Wellness Turm kein Bad gibt, dieses ist wiederum im Hauptgebäude untergebracht.
Der Service war etwas durchzogen. An der Rezeption wunderbar beim Frühstück oder im Wellnessbereich hatten wir nicht die Freundlichsten Leute angetroffen. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel aber dennoch etwas gar teuer für das geleistete.

Mit meinem Mann zum Skiurlaub dort. Bisschen umständlich dass nicht alles unter einem Dach--mit Bademantel und Stiefel zur Sauna laufen. Familien/Kinder-Paradis. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück. Service Personal sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Bisschen umständlich mit dem Skibus. Bad war eng obwohl die Dusche sehr geräumig ist. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, aber kein Wasserkocher für Tee. Es könnten mehr Hacken auf der Wand geben um Skikleidung auf zu hängen können.
