This place used to feel like a homebase with services like water and coffee available in reception. Not anymore. Must be trying to save $$.
Room didn’t have sheets when we arrived and no staff on duty to sort out. Luckily restauant manager let us into housekeeping so we could find sheets make up our bed.

Great hotel in heart of Arosa
Great hotel next to obersee in Arosa. We stayed on an apartment which is spacious and has a long balcony facing the lake or the open ice rink, Mountain View’s either way. Nice bar/dining area and very easy check in/out with very friendly staff. Room wax clean and quiet and ski room accessible by lift to all floors. You can walk to lift to slopes in 5 minutes or so or a bus right outside takes you to other access points to the ski area. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

Perfect for a 4 night stay in Arosa. Restaurant food is very good, rooms are basic but have everything you need & are very comfortable. A nice modern vibe with good access to all the snow related activities & other restaurants in the area.

Arosa is a quaint town and beautiful. Nestled in the mountains. The views are stunning and the weather and temperature very comfortable however higher elevation = greater UV and greater chances of sunburn. The Aves Arosa home base is ver clean and walkable from the train station and bus station. Note that the bus is actually a van and therefore limited in passenger and luggage capacity. The staff are phenomenal and are very friendly and kind. The restaurant in the hotel is very welcoming. The entire property is very quiet and relaxing however it is probably bustling and the exact opp in the skiing months.

Tolles, \"hippes\" Hotel an zentraler Lage direkt am See und in Gehdistanz zu diversen Geschäften. 5Min zu Fuss von der Talstation entfernt. Saubere, gemütliche Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und am Abend eine coole Bar. Pluspunkt ist der direkte Zugang vom Parkhaus ins Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

O hotel é novíssimo e muito bem localizado. O quarto é muito confortável, com belas vistas para Arosa. Tem boa estrutura para pessoas que vão esquiar e um lobby integrado ao restaurante que é gostoso de ficar. O staff é simpático e prestativo. Serviço de quarto é cobrado à parte, caso solicitado, mas a diária com preço competitivo compensa. O app é prático, mas só funciona bem em alemão..

Aves liegt direkt am See, welcher zur Umrundung einlädt und ist auch für ältere Semester gut zu erreichen da alles ebenerdig (ist in Arosa nicht überall so 😀) die Bushaltestelle in alle Richtungen (Hörnli/prätschli) befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Parkhaus unter dem Hotel, was extrem praktisch ist.
Das Hotel bietet den nötigen Komfort und wirkt sympathisch. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
Die Zimmer sind eher klein, kein Schrank, kein Stuhl und Tisch zusätzlich… das Bett mega bequem! Alles sehr sauber. Ein gelungenes neues Hotel. Wir schätzten auch den Balkon Richtung Eisfeld ( Mountainview) mit Sonnenschein den ganzen Tag!

Es wäre schön, vorab zu wissen, was in der Küche vorhanden ist, damit man entsprechende Lebensmittel vorab einkaufen kann (z. B. Mikrowelle aber kein Backofen, welche Kaffeemaschine wegen der Kapseln). Das Ausziehsofa war leider uneben, und wir konnten nicht gut darauf schlafen.

Hotel fungerer fantastisk og personalet er utrolig opmærksomme og service mindede. Vi boede 2 voksne og 2 børn i en lille lejlighed med den smukkeste udsigt over søen. Lejligheden var super indrettet - med kaffemaskine, opvaskemaskine osv-alt inkl. taps. Hotelt ligger et par minutter fra lift, skiudlejning , bager og supermarked-for de meget dovne går skibussen lige ud foran hotelet. Det er perfekt-vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen!

Schöne moderne Unterkunft in der Nachhaltigkeit gross geschrieben wird. Grosszügige Einrichtung, ausser etwas sehr wenig Ablageflächen. Superzentral gelegen und einmalig herrliche Aussicht. Toller Ski- und Bikeraum. Was uns gestört hat, ist die etwas sehr „kühle“ Atmosphäre. Wir verbinden die Berge mit Gemütlichkeit und erwarten etwas mehr „Persönlichkeit“. Das Hotelambiente erinnert mehr an „Grossstadtfeeling“ mit viel Anonymität, als an Berg- und Hüttenzauber. Aber sonst ok. Die digitalen Ein- bzw. Outchecking Tools, lassen defiitiv zu wünschen übrig, es klappte nichts.
