Great staff, good food, beautiful views. The private Tschuggen Express cable car is extremely convenient and takes you right to all the hiking trails. Pass for all the Arosa cable cars is included. Only small drawback for the summer, is there is no AC, but it's perfectly safe to just keep the balcony door open at night to cool the room down.

A mountain retreat for wellness and relaxing

Amazing stay with my family, the hotel is incredible. Ideally located for some mountain hikes, walks and biking. The spa pool is one of the best we’ve had in a hotel and the service was world class.

Every contact with the staff was friendly and professional, including the doorman, bellhop, reception and restaurant team. Service was top notch from all staff menbers who pay attention to details that differentiate this property from the competition (programmed cards for access the the propritary lift and ecards for access to municipal services, gourmet treats and champagne in our room, extensive vegan choices at meals). The suite itself was tastefully finished, functional, comfortable and well stocked with an outstanding view. We plan on returning for a longer stay.

The best Resort Hotel we have ever been to.

The service is the best we have experience. We are speaking as those who travel around the world for our work up to 3 to 4 months a year. Everyone was attentive to our needs from food, transport to ski rental & lessons. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable.

Very good hotel where you find that everything is perfect. From breakfast to dinner, from cleanliness to room, from gym to spa... But if you want to be picky, I would say that breakfast lacks some vegetables, the mattress in the room is ok, the pillows are too soft... One thing that may be noticed is that they had only coffee-making facilities in the room, so I had to ask for some tea bags and a kettle... Besides those little things, all was perfect.

Fantastic hotel in Arosa!

One of the best hotels in Switzerland! The interior design may not be up to everyone's taste but it remains harmonious. The staff is SUPER friendly, and there is no shortage of employees to look after you. The food is delicious, breakfast is fantastic (despite the Covid measures). They have a beautiful spa with all the water jets, jacuzzi etc, all very clean and spacious. Many restaurants, great bar area. You have to try their own private Tschuggen Express cable car, fun to ride. Hotel highly recommended!

A superb hotel with a fantastic Spa. Location is great for the slips if you wish to ski, snowboard or Sledge.
They even have a private express train to the mountain which is very handy.
Food offerings are great and service to match, would recommend to anyone that wished to visit Arosa.

Incredible service and friendliness. Breakfast was treat and the spa and facilities are really special. Slightly out of central arosa but the hotel are happy to drop off and pickup as needed making a visit effortless. The front desk team even dug my car out of a snowstorm, ready for the journey home. The private lift to the slopes is also amazing. The whole stay was generally effortless and genuinely relaxing. Will visit again.

We stayed at the hotel during March for a 5 day ski break. The service was impeccable, especially in the ski hire shop. Great restaurants. Immaculate room. The bed could have been a little softer but that's a personal preference.

Amazing hotel with even better staff

Nothing can match up to the warmth of the staff. It made our stay ever so comfortable and relaxing. It's a lovely property 20 mins walk to the lake. They have someone to drive you to the lake all the time. If you plan on visiting Arosa, don't look elsewhere and book this hotel. It's a real gem in the mountains. Coming back for sure.

Just for a weekend, but never again.

The hotel has an excellent rating and very good publicity. Me and my family wanted to check out the hotel.
Staff are excellent! Although mostly German staff - in Switzerland.
We booked a junior suite for 1000 USD/CHF. At the moment of the arrival we got charged another 100 USD, since we brought along our 6 year old son.
The junior suite was very disappointing. Small, unbalanced interior/furniture.
Never again.

Super-freundliches Team, unkomplizierter Check-In.
Zimmer super sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll und charmant eingerichtet.
Der schöne Stil findet sich auch in der Bar wieder - von den Lampen, die schöne Farb-Gestaltung und die Möbel. Wir haben wahnsinnig gut gefrühstückt vor allem im beiden Restaurants sehr gut gegessen und waren restlos begeistert.
Ein wunderbares Hotel mit allerbestem Service, an der Rezeption, beim Concierge, sehr schöner Weltklasse-Spa.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, und mein Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und köstlich, ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Der Spa-Bereich bot eine wunderbare Möglichkeit zur Entspannung.

Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt einfach großartig. Ich fühlte mich bestens aufgehoben und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir reisen viel und geniessen immer mal wieder die Vorzüge der Hotels. Das Tschuggen Grand Hotel hat uns auf der ganzen Linie überzeugt. Ja, mit 500.- gehört es eher der teuren Kategorie an, jedoch war uns dieser Aufenthalt jeder Franken wert. Magnifique hôtel où le luxe est présent partout où vous allez : spa, chambres, restaurants, accueil. Très bonne nourriture avec prix raisonnables pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Les chambres par contre sont chères mais bon... le luxe a un coût. Sinon personnel très aimable, et tout était parfait.

Unique spa and private gondola train to the slopes

Let's start by the unique aspects of this hotel. There is a private (modern and design) gondola train that drives you directly from the hotel to the ski slopes, you won't find more comfortable way to go skiing. And what a ride it is. The spa is probably the best you will find in the Swiss Alps, especially if you consider the size of the pool. It's like to have your own private thermal bath, and designed by the famous Swiss architect Mario Botta. The fitness room is huge and has the latest machines. The hotel also offers courses (yoga flow, boxing, calisthenics, etc), which is a great free add-on to your stay. The service is absolutely impeccable. The staff is always attentive to your needs. The only downside of this hotel is that the decor is a bit outdated. If you like minimalistic new design, you might be a bit disappointed. However, the rooms were comfortable, and all the positive aspects of this hotel still makes it a unique and great stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, top!. Das Hotel hat mehrere Restaurants im Haus, eine Bar/Lounge mit Live-Musik und einen schönen Wellnessbereich. Die Zimmerausstattung entspricht jedoch weit nicht einem 6 Sterne Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und schlicht eingerichtet, dass Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt in diesem Fall nicht. Das Auto konnten wir draussen gratis Parkieren für die Einstellhallte wurde ein Preis von CHF 30.00 pro Nacht gefordert, was sehr teuer ist.

Unglaublich nette herzliche Mitarbeiter die sich sehr um jeden Gast bemühen
Hunde sind nicht nur auf dem Papier willkommen sondern auch in der Realität! Für unseren 5 Monate alten Neufundländer stand alles bereit, vom Hundebett bis zum Leckerbissen! Er wurde ohne Scheu ins Auto gehoben und wieder heraus!
