In all regards, the hotel was outstanding. Classic Swiss hospitality made for a very snug and welcoming place to stay. Kudos to staff, all of whom were courteous and friendly. I would add that the negronis in La Perla were superb!

This property is a gem. And so is the staff. Anja at the front desk was so accomadating. With kids they gave us a cute room with enough space for 2 adults and and 2 kids. The only thing is they don't have AC which make sense with the weather there but gave us enough fans. The restaraunts here has the best view and the best food - Rosti, fondue and the breakfast were amazing! Cute little town and this was the perfect place to stay. We didn't end up using the swim/spa facilities.

A nice Family friendly alpine retreat
The hotel is very causy- a nice mix between traditional and modern style. My 2 highlights were the outside sole bath and the half-board dinner which were both amazing. The family room was nice and spacious but unfortunately facing the main road so quite noisy with open windows. The bathroom was nice and clean too. However, for 4* I would have expected a more modern shower ie not in bathtub. Breakfast was great too with good selection.

The spa and wellness area is wonderful after a day of skiing with a heated outdoor brine bath with jets for every part of your skiing muscles and 5 steam & sauna rooms. It has 3 restaurants and a bar and the staff are all friendly. I had a ski injury on the first day and the manager really looked after me, finding me a doctor and giving me lifts and setting aside an area I can work in the morning whilst my husband was out skiing.

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht im Hotel. Alles tiptop. Die Kirchenglocke um 6 Uhr morgens bin ich nicht gewohnt, von daher ein etwas unsanftes Aufwachen. Werde das Hotel aber dennoch gerne wieder mal besuchen. Vielen Dank an das zuvorkommende und nette Personal!

Halbpension ist genial, 4 Gänge frei aus der Karte wählbar und das Essen ist sehr gut. Beim Frühstück ( z.Z kein Büffet) könnte man das Personal schon ab 7.30 Uhr aufstocken. Die Zimmer zur „Bergseite“ sind ruhig, haben allerdings Vom Nachmittag bis Abends Sonne und das Zimmer wird sehr warm. Trotz kühler Nächte und offener Balkontür hat es erst in der zweiten Nachthölte abgekühlt. Wegen der z.Z. herrschenden Wespenplage ist ein Essen auf der Terrasse nicht zu empfehlen.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Bereits vor der Anreise wurden wir auf verschiedene Hotelleistungen hingewiesen was sicher sehr nützlich war. Sehr freundliches Personal. Geräumige, saubere Zimmer. Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Wellness Bereich und einen aussergewöhnlich komfortablen Fahrradraum.

Bellissimo albergo, camera familiare molto grande (l’unica cosa il divano letto un po’ piccolo per 2 bambini), piscine belle (perfetta quella per le famiglie ). This is more a city hotel in a ski resort. Rooms are small (at least my room was very small), tight & not enough parking they even charge for, open pool whirlpool totally surrounded by high buildings.
Breakfast was very good and great wellness area with steam bath, sauna, iglo. Reception not overly welcoming.
Note: You need to park behind the hotel, can't even stop in front of the hotel. Take a right turn 200m before reaching the hotel (when coming from Chur).

Séjour très agréable.
Hôtel très bien situé au centre de Lenzerheide. Sympathique terrasse ensoleillée. Personnel courtois et très serviable. Très bons restaurants (penser à réserver assez tôt car souvent pleins). Le SPA et le jacuzzi extérieur sont grands et très agréables (ils sont à partager avec l'hôtel voisin). Le concept du bar dont la partie \"fumeurs\" est la partie principale est un peu spécial et non courant; les non-fumeurs étant obligé de s'isoler dans les parties \"non-fumeurs\" séparées par une porte coulissante. Malgré l'absence de fumeurs dans le bar, l'odeur très forte y est présente. Petit-déjeuner extraordinaire. Les chambres sont vendues avec l'information \"vue sur la montagne\", mais la vue dont nous avons bénéficié donnait sur le bâtiment d'en face, dans les chambres des clients de l'hôtel voisin (à 20 mètres). C'est peut-être le seul point négatif pour le prix que nous avons payé (chambre DELUXE pour env. 450.- CHF la nuit), sinon tout était parfait.
