Very nicely, newly decorated, perfectly clean small hotel on the main street in Arosa, Graubunden, Switzerland. Various shops and restaurants around.
Room small, but cosy, very good quality bed, but not the pillows ; bathroom also small but very good quality, functional, with top grade towels, high pressure shower.

We booked last minute but couldn't have been happier! Attentive staff that could not do enough to help. It's billed as a 3-star but could definitely be a 4-star. Great bar and really comfortable room. We will be back!

Nur für eine Nacht in der Nebensaison brauchte ich eine zahlbare Unterkunft, dafür war das Hotel ideal.

Das Bett hat 2 Matratzen, dh man schläft alleine entweder in der Ritze oder ganz am Rand. Für eine Nacht aber ok.

Schönes Hotel für den Besuch in Arosa. Herzlicher Empfang und tolles Zimmer mit Balkon. Lediglich der Frückstücksraum ist nicht leicht zu finden, da keine Beschriftung vorhanden ist. Parkplätze für 5 Franken / 24 Stunden in 150 Meter Entfernung (Schule). Günstiger geht nicht.

Es war ein sehr schön gestaltetes Zimmer. Auf dem Bett lag ein Menueblatt des Hauses. Ich freute mich sehr über das Angebot, bei der Nachfrage an der Rezeption hiess es, dass der Koch länger ausgefallen ist und es deshalb keine der angebotenen Speisen gibt. Bei diesen hohen Temperaturen vermisste ich einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Ein Queenbett ist für mich ein Bett ohne Spalt in der Mitte; bei meiner Schlafweise in der Mitte des Bettes gingen die zwei Matratzen ihre Wege nach aussen.

Wir hatten eine Suite. Die Einrichtung ist sehr speziell. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Bad jedoch sehr klein. Was uns jedoch nicht sonderlich störte.
Das Frühstück war gut. Aber es war schon recht leergeräumt als wir kurz vor neun da waren. Ich muss jedoch hinzufügen, das wir alles bekommen haben was wir noch wünschten. Meiner Meinung nach würde es das Personal entlasten wenn eine Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügungstehenwürde, wo man sich den Kaffee selbst holen könnte.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Vom Bahnhof benötigt man zu Fuss ca. 15 Min bis zum Hotel. Es fährt aber auch ein Bus da hoch.
Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
Das Frühstück war gut. Aber es war schon recht leergeräumt als wir kurz vor neun da waren. Ich muss jedoch hinzufügen, das wir alles bekommen haben was wir noch wünschten. Meiner Meinung nach würde es das Personal entlasten wenn eine Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügungstehenwürde, wo man sich den Kaffee selbst holen könnte.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Vom Bahnhof benötigt man zu Fuss ca. 15 Min bis zum Hotel. Es fährt aber auch ein Bus da hoch.
Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolles Hotel an zentraler Lage in Arosa. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber und das Personal superfreundlich und sehr bemüht für einen tollen Aufenthalt zu sorgen. Wegen Corona konnte zum Frühstück kein Buffet angeboten werden und es wurde alles serviert. Dabei wurde einem aber jeder Wunsch erfüllt.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage in Zentrumsnähe ca. 10 Minuten Gehdistanz vom Bahnhof. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte ein sehr bequemes Bett. Kleiner Minuspunkt: das Zimmer hatte wenig Ausstattung wie Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank etc., wäre für uns Wanderer praktisch gewesen. Das Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich gut, auch mit top Service!
