Very nice hotel, excellent location to train, ski rental, ski hill and bus to ski hill. Only disappointment, the ‘deluxe’ rooms are very small… especially for the $$. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel right next to the train station. Super friendly staff. Had one of the best European breakfasts I've had. Also they have a spa but we didn't have time to enjoy it. I highly recommend this place!

Postresidenz am See. It was great to see the new hotel having stayed in there in the late 80’s.
The interiors are beautiful, our family suite was gorgeous with the most stunning lake views. Location is excellent you can practically ski/board to the door of the hotel.
We can’t put into words the standard of the food it was a taste explosion ever single evening and the most beautifully presented food we’ve ever eaten with great children’s options too. Breakfast again was fantastic with lots of choice.
The spa is wonderful to relax after a long day on the slopes

Ett mycket fräscht och modernt hotell beläget väldigt nära skidliften och nära tågstationen. Mycket trevlig personal och service på hela hotellet.
En extra eloge till kvinnan som var chef på frukosten, hon är helt fantastisk! Hon har koll på minsta detalj, arbetar med glädje och effektivt med otrolig energi! Så inspirerande att se någon som verkligen älskar sitt jobb! Frukosten var väldigt bra och erbjöd ett fint utbud.
Även den unge killen (som kunde lite svenska) och som jobbade i restaurangen och baren, var otroligt trevlig och gav mycket bra service.
Gällande rummet, blev vi uppgraderade till ett större rum, vilket var extra trevlig. Väldigt fin, modern och rymlig svit, med kök. Det enda som jag och familjen skulle önska, är skönare sängar. Bäddsoffan var mycket skönare än sängarna som är för hårda.
Spa och pool är fina och fräscha. Så trevligt att ni har olika typer av bastu. Bra att erbjuder speciell barn-tid för familjer.
Skidförvaringen i källaren är förstaklassig! Otrolig genomtänkt, fräscht och bästa jag har sett (och då har jag varit på många hotell i Alperna i flera år).

Schönes Hotel in top Lage. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider wurden die Hotelzimmer erst um ca.15.30uhr gereinigt, da waren wir schon retour von unserem Skitag und wollten uns im Zimmer erholen und frisch machen.

Wir verbrachten kürzlich einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und waren grösstenteils beeindruckt. Die Ausstattung, das Design, der Spa-Bereich, das Frühstück und die Lage waren allesamt erstklassig und definitiv empfehlenswert.

An einem Tag wurde der Spa-Bereich von Kindern regelrecht \"überfallen\", obwohl nach 14 Uhr keine Kinder erlaubt waren und eine Nacktpflicht galt. Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung, die Regelverstösse anzusprechen, stiessen wir auf wenig Bereitschaft seitens des Personals. Die Antwort, dass das Management informiert sei und nichts mehr unternommen werden könne, enttäuschte uns besonders, da uns bei der Ankunft ausdrücklich auf die Regeln hingewiesen wurde.

Verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden
Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und an top Lage. Da es erst vor kurzem eröffnet hat, sind auch die Zimmer und ganze Hotelanlage in top Zustand und alles neu. Die Mitarbeiter waren grundsätzlich nett und hilfsbereit. Man merkte jedoch schnell, dass das Team noch nicht eingespielt ist. Wenn man irgendetwas fragte, musste es immer zuerst an drei weiteren Stellen abgeklärt werden und am Ende bekam man nicht immer eine Antwort. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren zum Teil wohl so in ihre Arbeit vertieft, dass keine Begrüssung erfolgte, wenn man guten Morgen/Abend gesagt hat. Das fand ich schade!

Neues, schickes Hotel mit viel Charme und passendem Design zu der Umgebung mit viel Holz und Glas und das auch noch direkt am See mit Parkmöglichkeiten und Wellnessbereich. Auch Servicepersonal ist super sympatisch und sehr zuvorkommend. Alles top, absolut zu empfehlen!
