The room was clean, breakfast nice (though could have had more options), the balcony was gorgeous and the spa was amazing. It was lacking a few basic amenities like conditioner, a mini fridge, espresso capsules for each day. The room was also quite tight for two people to stay in. But overall this was made up for by the atmosphere of the hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing, family-friendly, dog-friendly gem a five-minute walk into town, 8 minutes to the ski slopes. Can also take the bus to a number of the ski lifts or outdoor activities. The hotel has a range of activities, including a movie room and game room, to keep everyone entertained. The food was delicious and good variety.

I understand this isn't the hotels fault but the children in the hotel are absolutely unbearable. I slept incredibly poorly the entire time. At least the staff was friendly and helpful at the reception, although fairly inattentive with dining (the one time I was able to enjoy a meal)

New owners totally renovated the interior a year ago. Breakfast was amazing, even bacon! Loved seeing the Arosa Bear Sanctuary and high mountains with free cable car due to local tourist card.

The Faern is a work in progress. It’s nicely designed and has a good location with rooms offering stunning views. It only opened recently so there is still some construction happening and the staff could use some more training. But in the long run this will be a very nice option to stay in Arosa.

Zimmer, Zimmerservice, Personal und SPA sind top. Sind Langjährige Gäste im Altein Arosa. Unserer Empfindung nach nehmen die Leistungen unteranderem beim Service Nachtessen - lange Wartezeiten, unnötige Zusatzverkäufe \"Salate, Omeletten etc.\" ab. Wir finden die Nachhaltigkeit bei Nachtessen gut, jedoch sollte eine Supplement nicht noch extra verrechnet werden! Kindermenu gab es anfangs Woche ein Buffet (Top). Mitte Woche gab es erst nach Anfrage wieder ein Kindermenu. Die extreme Volatilität bei den Aufenthaltspreisen (+/- 2000 CHF für 7 Nächte in der gleichen Kalenderwoche) sind für uns nicht Nachvollziehbar. Gesamt nimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ab.

Wir waren mit unserer fast 3-jährigen Tochter eine Nacht dort. Wir konnten bereits bei unserer Ankunft, kurz vor 13:00 ins Zimmer. Die Anfahrt mit Baustelle war doof. Aber sonst hat das Hotel alles zu bieten. Pool ist super cool, sauberes Spielezimmer und super Essen. Unsere Tochter wollte noch länger blieben, wir such, konnten aber nicht.

Wir hatten eine Woche einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Essen war gut und reichlich, der Service sehr freundlich, auch wenn die Deutsch-Kenntnisse nicht bei allen so gut waren, alle haben viel gelacht, was man aus anderen Hotels so leider nicht kennt. Alle waren auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Der Spa-Bereich war auch sehr schön, leider relativ wenig Liegen im Ruheraum.
Was ein wenig nervig war ist der Lift. Ein Lift pro Flügel im Hotel ist etwas wenig.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes, neu renoviertes Hotel an guter Lage. Helle, schöne Zimmer. Leider sprechen nicht alle Servicemitarbeiter Deutsch.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und genügend gross. Die Halbpension Option haben wir nicht bereut. Die a la Carte Auswahl und das Essen waren sehr gut. Das Ambiente schön. Das zweite Restaurant im 5. Stock hat einen tollen Ausblick. Im Spielzimmer hatten unsere Kinder viel Spass und das Hallenbad war gross genug, so dass unsere Kinder niemanden gestört haben. Es gab kein Kinderbecken, aber das ist ok. Ea gibt genügend PP im Parkhaus, was sehr wichtig war aufgrund des Wettera. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.
