Hotel Fasano is located outside Punta Del Este in a somewhat remote location. It is pricey, but absolutely out-of-this-world beautiful! Staff, service and accommodations were impeccable. David, the manager, is hands-on, very responsive, and on top of everything. We will be back!

Service is excellent and friendly. Housekeeping could be better (rooms a bit dusty). Overall condition of the hotel is good but starting to need some refreshing. Breakfast is wonderful. Dinner entrees are JUST okay and extremely expensive for what you get (quality and taste). However, we still enjoyed the Fasano, and we certainly enjoyed Punta del Este and Uruguay overall!

O quarto foi a maior decepção. É grande, com uma boa varanda. Sem manutenção! A porta de entrada e a da varanda estavam empenadas, não fechavam (foi advertido ao hotel). A tomada do secador estava quebrada, mas eles consertaram rapidamente!

Pedi para trocar de quarto, pois como minha porta estava empenada, podia entrar insetos, cobra etc, mas o hotel estava lotado. Eles n teriam obrigação (talvez) de me mudar de quarto, mas de me dar um quarto em perfeita condição.

Para a fama que o lugar possui e ter a grife fasano, você espera se sentir especial. Escolhi para comemorar meu aniversário com minha família e em 3 dias não houve nada de especial.
O quarto foi a maior decepção. É grande, com uma boa varanda. Sem manutenção! A porta de entrada e a da varanda estavam empenadas, não fechavam (foi advertido ao hotel). A tomada do secador estava quebrada, mas eles consertaram rapidamente!

O Fasano Las Piedras é lindo! Ótimas instalações. O bangalô em que ficamos tem uma vista espetacular. À chegada eles fornecem, para cada bangalô, um carrinho elétrico para circularmos pelo hotel. A única parte que deixa a desejar são os restaurantes. O cardápio do Locanda é fraquíssimo, quase um menu infantil. Os outros restaurantes não estavam funcionando mas também não chamam a atenção. O nome Fasano ficou conhecido pelo seu restaurante sofisticado em São Paulo e merecia, neste seu hotel, restaurantes de alta gama com cartas de vinho à altura. Uma pena.

Eines der schönsten Hotels in Uruguay. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Architektur ist sehr modern und aussergewöhnlich schön. Die Lage der Zimmer mit der tollen Aussicht überwältigend. Das Restaurant super und die Angestellten geben sich sehr viel Mühe, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Die Preise sind dementsprechend zwar sehr hoch entsprechen jedoch der Einzigartigkeit dieses Hotels.
