Lovely hotel in a good location
We really enjoyed this hotel. The area is safe and has lots of amenities nearby, especially if you have a car. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a lovely pool and outdoor area.

La ubicacion es excelente , a media cuadra de la playa, la atencion muy buena , muy agradables todos. Just the facts...
Difficult to rate. It is extremely dated/quaint depending on your opinion. You get what you pay for - I was attending a conference at the resort next door and didn't want to pay their very high rates. Given that our conferences don't require much \"hotel time\" - i.e. very late night networking opportunities, it was perfect for me. Likewise didn't make it to any of the breakfasts (see above:)) s I can't rate that.

O hotel é super bem localizado. Esse é um ponto bem positivo! Perto da rodoviária, das praias, do centro comercial.. dá pra fazer quase tudo a pé. E o preço também foi bem acessível. A instalação externa e o as áreas sociais são bem bonitas e limpinhas. O quarto por sua vez tem móveis muito antigos e precisa de uma reforma, bem como o banheiro que é bem antiquado. O café da manhã é simples, sem muita variedade, porém bem gostoso. No geral, vale o custo benefício.

Hotel é muito bom, estrutura ótima, aconchegante, bonito, o paisagismo é impecável, a piscina é aquecida o dia inteiro e perfeita! O único defeito são os móveis dos quartos e os banheiros. Os móveis são antigos e os banheiros são muito apertados, sem contar o box do chuveiro é extremamente pequeno e é de tecido, não gostamos disso. Mas de resto é tudo ótimo! Localização, café da manhã, estacionamento e os funcionários são ótimos também.

O hotel é bem localizado. É um hotel antigo, mas está bem conservado. Quarto pequeno e apertado para três camas de solteiro. Não gostei do banheiro (não tinha Box, ainda era cortina). O café da manhã é fraco (só pão e bolo). Como brasileiro, estou acostumado a outros tipos de café da manhã, ainda mais para uma estadia de valor médio da diária de R$ 900,00. Durante a estadia, a privada estava com problemas, pedi para consertarem e o fizeram no mesmo dia (ponto para a recepção).

Quedé muy conforme con la experiencia en el hotel. Excelente ubicación como para ir caminando a todos lados (playas mansa y brava, Gorlero, otras zonas comercial y gastronómicas, puerto, terminal). Este hotel tiene varios puntos a destacar: excelente limpieza de habitaciones y espacios comunes, ubicación privilegiada cerca de restaurantes y otros servicios y a 1 cuadra de la playa, la cordialidad de su personal, muy buen desayuno, linda piscina con agua climatizada al aire libre.
Las habitaciones, aunque no muy amplias, son muy cómodas: buenos colchones, almohadas, mobiliario, aire acondicionado, TV por cable.
La señal de Wi-Fi es inestable pero eso no impide disfrutar de unas placenteras vacaciones.

Hotel super bem localizado, com o casino há um quarteirão e várias opções de restaurantes e mercado. O quarto era pequeno, mas super limpo e com tudo que precisava. O unico ruim é o banheiro, o espaco do chuveiro é muito (muito!) pequeno e ainda por cima com cortina, ou seja, quando entra no banho ela \"gruda\" em você e o box parece ser ainda menor. Também não tem lugar algum para apoiar o shampoo, tendo que deixar no chão e sendo uma complicação a parte para agachar la dentro. Mesmo assim, voltaria outras vezes.
O café da manhã é bom, mas com pouca variedade, e é o mesmo todos os dias.
A piscina é climatizada, uma delícia! Super quentinha, todos se impressionavam ao entrar.

Hotel ruidoso. Pasan la aspiradora a las 8 am cuando uno intenta descansar. El desayuno te lo dan en una cajita, básico. La cisterna del baño hace tanto ruido que te deja sin poder hablar con nadie. El colchón de la cama vencido, de resortes, te queda la espalda a la miseria. Sistema de llaves en la habitación con boton que salta, de antaño.

Punto a mejorar la limpieza de la habitación (heladera, espejo y mesas sucios al ingresar a la habitación).
Sugerencia, estaría bueno poder agendar para utilizar la piscina en situación de pandemia, ya que no había control sobre la cantidad de personas que se encontraban en ella. En el desayuno si cumple con el protocolo

La estadía en Hotel Ajax fue muy placentera. La habitación era cómoda y estaba equipada con TV Cable, frigobar, aire acondicionado. La limpieza de la misma, así como de los espacios comunes era impecable. Todos los días reponían las amenities del baño y las toallas. El hotel cuenta con piscina al aire libre. El desayuno es correcto aunque ya no es buffet como antes, debido a las medidas adoptadas por la pandemia. Ojalá pueda volver pronto el clásico desayuno del Hotel Ajax con su gran variedad de productos dulces y salados.
Finalmente, la atención de todos sus funcionarios era muy amable.

Apesar estar acostumado ficar em hoteis 4 ou 5 estrelas este 3 estrelas me foi recomendado pois tinha pressa e os outros não tinham disponibilidade de datas, e realmente para mim foi uma surpresa agradavel pois apesar do hotel ser antigo, sem grandes luxos e estar necessitando de melhorias e atualizações principalmente nos quartos, e do box para banho ser extremamente mínusculo/apertado principalmente para mim que tenho 1.90 m; adorei o atendimento com muita atenção e cortesia de toda a equipe, com muito esmero e com sorriso nos lábios, me senti como sendo importante para eles me terem como hospéde e isso é primordial para uma estadia e sempre prontos a atender, necessitei de um acessorio para adaptar a tomada do meu laptop e fui muito bem atendido até que em pouco tempo me conseguiram a peça e isso foi muito bom, parabéns a toda equipe; dependencias sempre limpas. O café da manhã também é bastante agradável , além da localização excelente do hotel. Com certeza me hospedarei novamente por lá em breve.

Fui com minha mae e irma e agradeci qdo o quarto reservado estava no terreo nao precisando subir escadas com malas. O cafe da manha simples mas tudo saboroso queijos e frios, e varios bolos. O atendimento foi bom e o hotel tem entrada por duas ruas facilitando o acesso a praia e restaurantes. O quarto é pequeno mas as camas boas. Só o banheiro que deixou a desejar, o chuveiro não tem box de vidro mas sim cortinas de plástico vazando muita água pra fora do box molhando o banheiro inteiro. Fora isto tudo estava otimo , opção custo x beneficio excelente. Volto tranquilamente na proxima vez. Wifi ruim no quarto principalmente no horário de pico dos hóspedes.

O Hotel é excelente, a recepção foi muito agradável e receptiva, os atendentes são excelentes. O hall do Hotel é muito bonito, aliás o Hotel é muito bonito, inclusive a área da piscina com jardim é um espetáculo, detalhe a piscina é água aquecida que dá um charme a mais. Tudo é muito Limpo. O quarto é de um tamanho normal, mas me decepcionei um pouco, o Hotel lindo e o quarto com móveis antigos e o banheiro um desastre, super pequeno, e ainda tem aquelas cortinhas de plástico para um tamanho que chega ser ridículo para tomar banho. Ficaria novamente no Hotel, mas pegaria aqueles quartos mais caros pra ver se o Banheiro tbm é maior. Tirando a questão do banheiro o Hotel é muito bom mesmo, principalmente que fica próximo a tudo, na esquina do Hotel Conrad Cassino, de frente a praia praticamente, ao lado da rodoviária pra quem está de ônibus e ainda tem estacionamento para carros gratuito, vale muito a pena!
