This is a solid classic 3 star hotel. The cleaning of the rooms were in my view impeccable. The bed was firm and just perfect. The decor of the room dated in a nostalgic way reminding me of hotels a long time ago. The breakfast options were of the basic variety, but it was still to an acceptable standard if not some tiring for a longer stay due to lack of variation. The room had a safe and we felt safe throughout the stay. Walls were thin, which was fine until a lady moved in next year who would yap yap until 02:30 in the morning on the phone. I would defintely stay again if I visited again.

THe hotel is on Calle 20, a main street of the area. The hotel is close to beaches on both sides. The room is very clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly. They speak good English. The breakfast is decent with milk, tea/coffee, peach juice, egg, bread, cookie, etc.

The rooms are small, tired and dated but you don't come to Punta del Este to sit in your room! The hotel looks nicer from the outside and foyer than the rooms are but it was good value for money and the staff were lovely and helpful. A localização é excelente! A limpeza é ótima e os funcionários muito cordiais. Referente ao quarto, necessita de revitalização e revisão de alguns equipamentos, por exemplo, o secador de cabelo funcionava por alguns segundos e parava.

Enfrentamos 2 problemas no hotel: não informaram que não há vaga de garagens para todos os hóspedes, logo, na alta temporada todas as vagas de garagem já tinham sido reservadas pelos outros hóspedes. Isso tornou a viagem um inferno, pois a cidade estava lotada e não tinha onde parar na rua. Parávamos a vários quarteirões do hotel, experiência horrível.
Além disso, todos os hotéis do planeta servem um ovo mexido. Lá eles servem um ovo cozido e gelado. Minha esposa, que não come queijo por ser intolerante a lactose e nem presunto por ter alergia a embutidos, todos os dias tomava um café da manhã com pão seco e ovo cozido gelado. Eles não fazem os ovos mexidos nem que o hóspede peça. Precisam melhorar o café, muito fraco nesse ponto.
