Live Hotel Boutique is an exclusive, modern and elegant hotel in Punta del Este. In a quiet atmosphere surrounded by nature it stands out for having few rooms with sense of esthetics and comfort as priorities.
It is an adults-only hotel, so it is the perfect place for those couples who want to relax. The quality of service and personalized attention are a priority for us.
The Hotel is located in San Rafael, one of the most exclusive residential neighborhoods of the city, where you can enjoy the peace of its environment close to downtown and shopping center. The famous Brava Beach on the Atlantic Ocean is located 1000 meters away.
In addition, the Hotel is located only 100 meters away from Pedragosa Sierra Avenue which gathers the renowned Design District and Boulevard Gourmet. The Convention and Exhibition Center is only 1500 meters away, one of the closest hotels to the Center.
The Hotel has 10 exclusive suites designed to relax, decorated in soft colors and modern furnishings. All suites have hydromassage tub and cotton linens.
They are equipped with air conditioning, smart LED TV 42 'and free internet wifi (throughout the hotel). The garden with its swimming pool of over 40m2 has been carefully designed to preserve the privacy of our guests, sunbath and rest in a peaceful environment.
A breakfast buffet is offered daily until noon. Our guests can enjoy a variety of high quality products such as cheeses and cold meats, organic fruits, grains, seeds and nuts.

Bad service!! Unclean rooms!! And unreliable staff!! I booked a room with a balcony and when we arrived at the hotel I was told that someone else had taken my room and only a regular room was left. I asked for the price difference and was told that all rooms were the same price. When I insisted on a balcony, I was suddenly given a room on a second floor without an elevator. The room had a broken door and was very dirty and smelly. The service was dismissive and insulting, loud noise from the road and the area. There is no spa at all even though it says there is one. A small, cold, dirty pool. A disappointing and expensive hotel!

It was a lovely experience, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, hotel was clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. The only suggestion I would have is that they remove those large Jacuzzis that sit right in the middle of the living space that no one uses and replace them with a sitting area such as a sofa and chair. The lack of sofa and chair, forced you to sit on the bed all the time while spending time in your room. They were really quite unattractive and a very bad design idea since people seldom sit in a hotel bathtub, I think a conversation area with a small sofa, chair, and table would be much more practical.

This is a nice little hotel in a residential neighborhood with lots of cute bars and restaurants tucked in between houses. The pool was in need of some sprucing up and cleaning but everything else was good.

Tem uma questão importante que o hotel não tem recepção 24h, somente até às 23h, eu fiquei sabendo dessa informação após a reserva e não achei que seria um problema, mas infelizmente foi, se tiver algum hóspede bem mal educado e barulhento, como aconteceu será um problema, não tem quem resolva o problema e você vai passar a noite em claro por conta do barulho. O quarto tinha alguns mofos, como perto do deck da banheira e na \"saia\" da cama, as toalhas não são muito boas. O hotel fica em um bairro muito calmo e bonito, bom café da manhã.

Ficamos duas noites. A única coisa q incomodou foram as escadas. Nos colocaram no segundo andar, tivemos q subir e descer com as malas. As escadas não tem iluminação e a noite é bem perigoso acessá-las. Deveriam colocar um elevador.

Esperava muito mais. A banheira fica em um estrado de madeira que acaba ficando com cheiro por causa da umidade. O café da manhã se repetiu e o gosto dos biscoitos doces era de velho, além de não ser muito bom. Na limpeza do quarto diária, não limpam a banheira e nem lavam as taças de vinho. No mais, a vista do quarto é linda; cama confortável, banheira boa, piscina ótima com sol e área de descanso. Atendimento muito bom também. Ficamos em outro hotel depois e gostamos mais.
