Good ocean view room, clean and orderly rooms; close to the beach and downtown areas with good proximity to restaurants. Very convenient location to walk from to explore areas.

Amazing staff! They went above and beyond, during lunar new year celebrations it was hard to find transport through apps during this busy time and through their reception and doorman they were able to help me procure a driver to take me throughout the city.

So the hotel is old and needed improvements. 1st, the staffs were welcoming but very limited in English. 2nd, the wifi went out about 90%of the day. Which means the tv was out too( wifi based) The tv had glitches and it came and went( tv was all in Vietnamese). I have spoken to the front desk and they couldn’t had fixed these issues. 3rd, the shower was a joke, you’re standing inside of the tub while the partition only covered half of the tub, water ran along the tub onto the floor. Floor’s flooded. Then theres the breakfast , probably the most redundant food every day and lack of taste nor variety. Overall, its not an ideal hotel for me, plenty of other brands on the strip and I probably won’t come back or recommend this place.

It locates beach font.

Very good location! It locates just in front of My Khe beach and very easy to access to the beach. There are a lot of good restaurant around the hotel providing fresh and delicious seafood. Price of the food is generally higher than as I excepted.

Really great stay. Upgraded us free of charge to ocean view suite as it was our anniversary. Enormous bathroom, probably bigger than the whole room we had at our previous hotel.
Had everything we needed. Robes, slippers, room safe, kettle, iron, fridge. Bottled water X4 left every day.

Brilliant location overlooking the beach
Great choices at breakfast. Prices in bar were reasonable. All staff friendly and most spoke English. Only tried the lower pool, and that was great. We had a floating tray that worked out less than £8.
Didn't try the gym, bike hire or spa but all looked good.
Definitely recommend.

Cleaning staff ignored my \"do not disturb\" indicator light & tried to enter my room. Fortunately, I was in the room when it happened. I mentioned it to the information desk person.

Right across the street from My Khe beach, the hotel could not be in a better location. We loved our morning walks on the beach. We enjoyed spending time on the beach (beach chairs cost extra) and at the pool (the 3rd floor pool was closed due to “maintenance”. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Would def stay here again

The lack of cleanliness at DLG Hotel overshadowed many of the positive aspects of the hotel, such as its convenient location and friendly staff. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation for any hotel stay, and unfortunately, DLG Hotel failed to meet this basic standard. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The rooms were very comfortable and good clean facilities. The staff were so attentive and went over and beyond. I would highly recommend this place to stay and great proximity to the beach.
A special mention to Pho who was amazing and very attentive to the needs of the guests. Nothing was too much! Would stay here again!

Last minute booking oceanfront on My Khe beach

I booked this hotel the night we arrived in Da Nang, because my son tried to book through a different website and they used a 'bait and switch' to switch him from a 5 star on the beach to a 4 star on the river. This particular hotel was excellent. The 2 suites I booked here were awesome and both ocean front. Location was great, cleanliness was great - my iron didn't work, but I used the one in my sons room. It was a tiny bit dated, but this did not stop my enjoyment.

I have stayed at many 5 star Hotels & 4 Star Hotels & although the Building was in good condition.
They would not allow me to run a tab on my credit card so I could order food to the room.

The room was noisy and had a veiw of a constuction site.

The beds were uncomfortable & the fact I was charged for a lost key card made the whole experience of my stay there an uncomfortable memory.

2 awful nights without a decent nights sleep and ended up with a bad back.

It was a great stay at the DLG Hotel Da Nang. It is a convenient location by the crystal clear sand beach My Khe, Da Nang. The staff was so friendly especially front reception managed by Mr. Hieu. The food was so delicious well managed by F&B manager Mr Dong. Overall, thanks for great hotel management by the GM Mr Khanh. We recommend to all people who love Da Nang. We look forward to coming back very soon and making frequent visit whenever we can

It was clean and nice hotel. I stayed at 10th floor but you can still hear cars and music outside from the busy beach strip but the room was big, clean and modern. Very nice gym! I just didn’t enjoy feeling of being watch all the time by the men staff while working out there and lying by the pool.

The location of hotel is perfect One can walk to everything. The hotel is clean and the people are very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean.

The breakfast was yummy the only complaint about breakfast is if your staying more than 3 days it can get boring. They serve the same menu over and over. 5 star hotel change up on the menu and they did not. Also, 5 star hotels own their own airport shuttle and they do not. It was a hired service. Overall the people where very nice and helpful.

We had some issues with the shower spraying to the ceiling, the master bath isn't really a shower as it will spray all over the floor if you try to use it as a shower, reception didn't pass along our reservation for afternoon tea, only 1 person received a fork for afternoon tea, ... Issues were all resolved but it took extra time and effort on our part. Gift shop items were not price marked and we were told different prices on the same item by two different employees. Breakfast was a lot of choices however we were not greeted when we walked in and didn't know if we could sit anywhere. We stood at the door for a good 5 minutes and no one approached us. it was really weird for a 5 star. Beach is across the busy street. Hotel does not have a private section - it is all public access.

Buffet breakfast and afternoon tea were plentiful. The master bath is not really a shower option since with water sprays all over the floor if try to stand up to shower. Had to use the kids bathroom to shower. Kid's shower sprayed all over the ceiling and had to call maintenance to fix it. Room service menu is very limited. If you order off the regular menu for room service, there is a 20% additional charge.For example, we wanted Hawaiian pizza instead of margarita pizza which was on the room service menu and had to pay additional 20%. I was given two different prices for an item in the hotel shop by two different employees. I expected prices to be marked and consistent and not to have them increase depending on the employee. I used another service to rent a portable wifi device and was told to leave it at reception when I checked out in a pre-marked envelope. Reception would not take it and I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with the service and have them call the hotel to convince them to take it. All in all, issues were resolved but the extra time it took was frustrating. Staff was friendly though.

3 Nights in Da Nang

It is the best hotel in my 12 nights trip in Vitenam, comfortable bed, big room with seaview, two outdoor swimming pools, buffet breakfast with quality food and walking distance to lots of local restaurants. I also enjoyed to walk along the beach in the morning. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends if they decide to stay in Da Nang for holiday. Thank you.

When a hotel exceeds your expectations....

This is an amazing new hotel on edge of the My Khe beach area of Danang. You cross a street and you are on the beach. The hotel is spotless and elegant, with marble, wood sided hallways, new carpet. It reminded my of an old fashioned elegant hotel, yet it felt perfectly comfortable to be dressed casually. with two great pools, a workout space (good equipment!) and the most spectacular and memorable breakfast buffet that is included in your stay. It is in a spacious dining area and full of asian as well as western options. It was a highlight of the trip lingering over different dishes, drinking good coffee and reading before taking a stroll down the beach. The front desk will book drivers for tours, but you can also use Grab in that area to go to other area restaurants. We were there on the season's cusp and got a suite with an ocean view for an incredible price. I really loved this hotel and would be my first choice in a next visit.

ビーチ際だが建物形状がL字のため片側しか海は見えない
建屋が古いのも否めない
朝食は種類多く頑張っている
プールも低層階にあるため屋上にあるホテルから比べると眺めはよくない
フロントやテナントに特筆するとこなくいたって普通
決して否定してるのではなく5星をうたい相場より高価なのだから評価は厳しくなる

1.die gute Lage des Hotels: direkt am schönsten Strand Mykhe, mit schöner Promenade für Spazierengehen. Rundum das Hotel sind zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermarkt zu Fuss zu erreichen
2. Personal: alle sind sehr freundlich, herzlich, und hilfsbereit, insbesondere im Restaurant und Bar, vorallem bei Frau Xuan Dieu, Thuy Hang, und Sa.. und alle andere im Restaurant.
3.das Hotel in sich: schön, klassische Stil, zwei Pools eine davon mit schöner Blick aufs Meer, alle Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer sogar vom Bad aus...super Sache.
4.Eine gelungene und zufriedene Urlaub in diesem Hotel, würde gerne hier nochmal kommen wenn wir wieder in Danang sind.

去過很多國家, 越南也去過好幾個城市, 有時住頂級國際品牌的酒店, 今次這酒店的服務可算是住過的酒店中最好的5%

夜機到一連住5晚, 客房被免費升級了。到了第三晚有痾嘔的情況, 職員帶了醫護上來幫忙, 到準備離開的一天, 其中一個職員認得還加以慰問。後來到CHECK-OUT時, 要我們等候5分鐘, 原來職員上房查看, 發現我遺留了耳機, 於是我們上房取回! 很多細節都讓我們驚訝酒店的服務。

硬件來說, 過一條馬路就到海灘, 附近也有很好評分的餐廳。推介!

ベトナムでサーフィン目的からの宿泊でした。朝一歩いて目の前が海でサーフィンを楽しめました。ホテルの施設、部屋、部屋から見えるオーシャンビュー、スタッフの気づかいなど、とても素晴らしかったです。自転車も無料で借りれるので海沿いを自転車で走るのも気持ちよかったです。初のベトナム旅行、とても楽しい思い出となりました。
