The room was small with no table.
The hotel has a complicated outlay in particular when moving bags. Breakfast starts late at 8.am so for businesses staring early it is impossible to get breakfast. Far from public transport . The beach requires payment and has average facilities.

Pretty property very hilly area hard to get places on foot - uncomfortable room very small bedding very heavy and uncomfortable - had to go downstairs then upstairs in adjacent building no elevator - when coffee tray was pulled out it broke all over floor - staff very nice and helpful and breakfast was beautiful and delicious

Nice hotel near the beach

Very nice breakfast and clean room. It was convenient to several beach clubs, and the reception was helpful with suggestions for local restaurants and directions. The pool was chilly because it is always in the shade.

This was a nice little hotel. The do advertise it as being really close to the beach and while it is there isn’t great access and you’re better to drive. The bar at the hotel unfortunately couldn’t make a cocktail to save their life and really need some help there. The dinner was mediocre for what you pay but the breakfast buffet was so insanely good. The first night we were in our room the wifi didn’t work, the tv wouldn’t let you screen mirror and the system doesn’t have any apps reinstalled besides YouTube. You also can’t even download additional apps through the tv. The remote didn’t work even after we requested new batteries it was just held together by tape on the back. The lobby, entry and pool were all very nice. The shower design is really bad and sprays water everywhere and as others have mentioned it is very slippery. Overall I would give it an 8/10

Book beach clubs in advance

Nice enough hotel with good breakfast however was incredibly disappointed they didn’t advise in advance of our stay that the beaches nearby are all beach club only and need to be booked in advance - therefore we arrived on a Sunday to have literally nowhere to go other than the hotel pool - completely spoiled our trip bearing in mind only there for one night.

Amazing stay

It was an amazing hotel on the Athenian riveria. It was nice and quite perfect for my husband and baby. The staff went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable especially making banana avocado smoothies for my picky toddler. The breakfast selection was amazing! The beach is very close by and the room was very conveniently located. Also most rooms have pools. We were tempted to get but assumed it would be cold. But weather was perfect! I will get that next time!

The room is clean , comfortable and i had a room with its own plunge pool. Hotel is in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. They were very accommodating, arranged taxi when needed, a massage in the room. I enjoyed an amazing dinner in there restaurant.

Came to Greece for a wedding in Vouliagmeni. We stayed 3 nights at Azur. Perfect boutique hotel in a residential area; staff was extremely helpful, striving to serve & please guests. Close to beach but property has small “dipping pool” as well. Rooms are adequately spacious with simple updated furnishings; If there was a “con” it would be: although our room had a very nice sized rainfall shower, there is no lip or transition btwn shower area & main area of bathroom; there is a glass wall but it only provides protection half of opening, & when one showers water seep all over the main area (the drain can only handle so much). We adjusted our technique & placed several bath mats at edge / transition area & all was well.Overall wonderful property - would definitely recommend & return in future.

The good - Check-in started off curt but warmed up, the breakfast offered a decent enough spread. A small but comfy pool area provided offered a nice place to pass time after checkout.

The bad - the room we had was absolutely tiny, and an impractical layout made it impossible to keep luggage bags open. Had to use the space in front of the door entering the room to open and close luggage, and had to alternate with my partner whenever we had to get things out. Trying to get past the luggage to the bathroom was tricky, and the bedside tables were so small they were practically unusable. Also, in the wing of the building we stayed in… the carpets and walls were tired and fairly dirty. Crying for a refurb.

The ugly - items stolen! after departing the hotel, Apple FindMy alerted me that I left my Apple AirPods behind. I immediately called the hotel and they claimed that room service would have dropped them off if they were found. Given we departed the hotel a solid 6 hours AFTER checking-out of our room, room service definitely found them! When I explained to the hotel that I could literally see the AirPods live location on a map via the FindMy app, they said they’d check and call me back. Shortly after, the FindMy app showed the AirPods moving to another location, (can only assume an employees or cleaners house). The hotel said they’d urgently check and call me back - never heard from them again. I can still see the AirPods today via FindMy, being used on the local beach. Sad.

It was okay for one person, I would have been uncomfortable if there were two of us in the room. But for one person, it works for the price it fine. The room smelled horrid, I opened all of the windows and it still smelled as bad as a Smokey bar. I could not enjoy the property because of this smell. Also you cannot mail anything from the front desk, this was my fourth hotel I stayed at on the trip and the only one that would not mail my post and could not tell me where a post office was located.

Beautiful Vouliagmeni

The hotel was first class. We were made to feel welcome even before our arrival. The staff were accomodating and nothing was too much trouble. As we had a very late flight back home, they allowed us to keep our room till 2pm. The area around the hotel was lush and green. The sea was 3 minutes walk away. There were nice areas to walk to along the sea front. Plenty of restaurants. A small but adequate supermarket down the road. Bus and Tram routes towards Sounion, Temple of Poseidon, and Gyfalda, Piraeus where you can catch train toCity of Athens, where it is best to do gifts shopping.

We had a wonderful stay at Azur Hotel in Vouliagmeni. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious and importantly the air conditioning worked brilliantly!
The staff were super friendly and attentive.
Breakfast was delicious and had everything you needed from a boutique hotel. I especially like the fact you could order any hot food from the menu.. I thoroughly enjoyed my daily omelette. The food was very well presented and cooked perfectly. I absolutely loved the Bougatsa (custard pastry) and Doukissa (chocolate biscuit cake) - both a must try!
The location was great - easy walking distance to various beaches (Vouliagmeni beach and Astir) and a few local eateries (Zaxos Grill for the best Gyros!).
I really recommend staying here and would love to return.

Super friendly boutique hotel

Azur Hotel is a boutique hotel in what appears to be a very new property. The hotel has very modern architecture, with lots of glass, trendy furniture and artwork, and plants to hide fences with neighboring properties.

I stayed with my family in two separate rooms for two nights.

I found the rooms to be small, and the full size bed made things cozy. Bathrooms were also on the small side. Both were very clean and continued the modern theme of the hotel architecture.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, though some coffee drinks were an extra charge.

Hotel pool is nice, but very small, essentially just large enough to get wet and hang out, but not large enough for any swimming for exercise. Hotel lounges were very nice, with deep thick cushions. Many guests would get drinks at the end of the day and lounge by the pool before going to dinner.

Staff were extremely friendly and service-oriented, especially the hotel manager who was frequently available in the reception. The hotel was very generous with towels to take to the beach, and allowed us to shower after going to the beach on our final day, long after checkout.

My kids (16 and 21) really liked the Azur, appreciating its modern feel and friendly staff. My wife and I (mid-50s) were less happy, and would have liked larger rooms and a bigger pool.

Hotel is close to beaches, but a far walk from restaurants. Taxis are plentiful and can be used to get to the restaurant zone.

During our stay, the shower had a horrible stench coming from it. Thankfully, the shower had a door so when that was closed, the smell wasn’t spreading into the room. The fire alarm also went off close to midnight for some reason and remained on for quite a bit even though there was no fire.

Great boutique hotel in good location

A lovely boutique hotel situated a short walk from the beach and also restaurants/services of the town. It was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we required, including a delicious breakfast.

My only gripe was that breakfast is meant to end at 11am but the staff start packing things away at 10.30. Even going down before 10 there were some items not available or running low.
Staff also not pro-active with offering drinks or taking orders from the a la carte menu.

Apart from that though a delightful hotel that we would certainly enjoy staying at again.

and make sure you specify if you require an elevator since part of the hotel hasn't any; we were at the top floor with no elevator:(
they were kind enough to assign to us a small room to have a shower since we had a late flight;

Great small boutique hotel. The design is lovely and we felt good and relaxed as soon as we set foot on the property. The breakfast is great and of high quality.
The location is also great, nearby the beach and walking distance to the restaurants of Vougliameni.

The service was good. We had some small issues with the room, but got offered a new room instead. The new room was smaller, but we were happy to have a working toilet again ;) However, in the new room it was impossible to take a shower with the rain shower. The bathroom was smaller, and the design is not made well enough to let the water go trough the drain, so after a 5 min shower our bathroom and room was covered with water. We didn't feel like moving to another room again, so we just made sure to take shorter showers and to use the shower head instead.

Executive room nice and spacious, personally, I didn't like the layout of the shower, the bathroom ends up quite wet after, but slippers are provided... Staff were lovely, even during covid, breakfast was very good. Location is good, there's a beach at the bottom of the hill, and restaurants within a 10 min walk. You could even walk to Vouliagmeni Lake, it's about 25 mins on foot

The hotel is newly renovated and the service is very good. The staff are wonderful too. The only problem was the stairs to reach my room.

New building, very nice modern decor, comfortable rooms and bathrooms in a quiet street in Vouliagmeni close to the beach. Good service, good staff and good food. Will stay again. Highly recommended.
