Wonderful property, large 1 bedroom apartment on ground floor, with kitchen, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine & clothes rack.
2 minutes walk to Hutt St, for lots of bars and restaurants, also on Hutt St buses for the loop route. Free parking on Hume St (weekend only).
Hume St is a nice quiet street.
Perfect for long or short stays.
I will definitely recommend to others.

Nice area of the city and easy to get round . Good communication from staff before we arrived .
Apartment is nice but need updating all fiixtures and decor tired needs painting and good clean in bathroom area .
When we came out of lift there was a rug on floor that stinks this needs a good clean or replacing .
Could be really nice but it need attention .
Staff was ok but not realky interested in you .

Our stay at Hume Serviced Apartments was “fine” - no more and no less. The location is walkable which is good. Street parking is tricky if you have a vehicle. The apartment had an odour which only dissipated if the A/C was run continuously or the windows were left open. The cooktop and cookware is okay for very simple food prep but it is challenging to cook properly. We had very noisy neighbors. For the price, we were satisfied as we wanted to stay in the CBD, but I don’t think we would stay again.

A cosy retreat in winter in a cool suburb

Hume Service Apartments are situated in a great area of Adelaide which is very easy to access using the free bus circuit. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious and all the amenities were modern and very clean. I had a wonderful stay over two chilly days in winter feeling well looked after. The manager helped me solve a problem before I even checked in. I will be recommending this accommodation to friends.

Had a great stay! Apartment was big, incredibly comfy beds and a nice sized balcony to enjoy a morning cup of tea. The only thing is the shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor but apart from this, it was perfect.

Hume apartments, whilst located in a wonderful neighbourhood with many available dining options and the free regular bus to take you into the city is getting a bit tired. Skimping on soap for the shower and providing a few instant coffee sachets doesn’t cut it these days. When I return in a few months, the provision of a coffee machine and a more thoughtful approach to bathroom accoutrements would be appreciated.

A comfortable apartment with all the necessities for an extended stay. There are plenty of great restaurants and pubs nearby, as well as a small supermarket. Underground parking can be booked in an adjacent building at additional cost $25 per night. Moving luggage from car park required some effort.

A bit let down :(

We arrived and was told where our room was only to find it was still being cleaned, so was sent away for half hour. Came back to be told they were moving us.The
bed was comfortable, great shower close to bus stops and awesome dining. Unfortunately it's let down by cleanliness, kitchen had such little utensils for a family, I had to go and buy a frying pan so we could cook something decent. I don't know if it depends on the room your booking but it said oven, nope not in our family room, coffee maker nope. 1 wine glass, 2 teaspoons, not a serving bowl in site. We loved location and can see so much potential for this property but sadly also after reading reviews the same things are said and not improved on.

Found the male staff member at reception to be incredibly personable and professional. He was helpful and unlike most other front desk hotel staff in Adelaide, he didn’t make us feel like we were being an inconvenience. 10/10 for customer service! The only negative regarding this establishment, rooms do not have smart tvs. Overall a very reasonable stay for the price we paid.

Nice Apparent with 2 bedrooms and keep kitchen I. Quite area of Adelaide away from the city centre. Little shopping and dining out are in Hutt street close by. Tram is a bit of a walk easier to walk into city centre which takes about 20 min. Down side is short resection hours. I never saw them once because they were closed when I started my days activity's and closed.bexire 5pm . Otherwise a nice place to stay if you don't.want to be in city centre

Hi , our unit was on the first floor so no views like in the advertisement which was a little disappointing. I think you'd have to be on third floor or above for the views. Parking in carpark is extra at $25 a day I think it was. No parking on street as really it is a laneway. Unit was nice, modern, beds were comfortable but the unit lacked warmth or appeal. No Netflix etc. Kitchen had only a 2 hotplate and microwave but was very poorly stocked with NO microwave or plastic dishes and no saucepans, Just one frypan. You are however walking distance to some restaurants.

Spacious well situated apartment but needs TLC

This is a large apartment with good views and is conveniently situated, close to the free bus stops and within walking distance of Adelaide centre. There are a number of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
Our apartment(602) did have some problems however and although we reported them none had been resolved by the end of our 4 night stay. We also think that the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better.
On arrival I couldn't switch the air conditioning on as the remote control did not work. I got it going by using the batteries from the TV remote. The clock on the kitchen wall had stopped(I got that working as well) and the picture above the TV was very lopsided. This gave the impression that things had not been checked prior to our arrival. We were required to report any problems so we reportred the remote control batteries, one of the extractor lights wasn't working,there was a dustpan but no brush and the balcony table only had one chair and not two. None of these problems were addressed during our stay.
While we were out on day 2 the painting over the bed dropped off the wall onto where we would have been sleeping. It was heavy and could have really hurt one of us if it had happened during the night. I put the painting by the side of the bed and reported it. Nothing was done.
The top of the fridge was dirty with a layer of dust on top of the dirtand the shower walls were in need of a good clean. Sorting these issues would make the apartment much better.

Location is perfect and the apartment was clean. The communication was great. We were grateful to be able to check in earlier as it was a 40C day. However we never got an onsite parking spot which was quite limited. We had to park on the street or nearby parking area. We had to ask for a remote control for the air-conditioning from the reception as it was missing from the apartment. The washing machine was broken and only when we reported it we were allowed to use the one in unoccupied apartment. With those conditions, it's not a very pleasant experience of staying at an serviced apartment especially when we were with a child. I would recommend the property owner to do a regular check and maintenance.

The apartment was somewhat disappointing

We booked the standard two bedroom and received apartment G03. While the apartment was spacious and met our needs there were a number of issues with the apartment. First problem was there was a glass door that led to a small service area that was unlocked and none of the site management had keys. They claimed that they did not even know there was a door there. This is a major security issue. The kitchen mixer tap was no secure. The comforter was stained and needed a clean. Secondly there were no opening windows and as such the apartment was very stuffy despite the airconditioning. While this apartment was close to everything we were visiting and only 15 minutes from the airport we would probably not use this property again.

the only thing I didn't like was the procedure for paying for an out of hours arrival. I was asked to provide via email front and back pics of a credit card and drivers licence when I indicated to staff that this was not very secure and asked/offered to make payment over the phone and present myself promptly at reception the next day I was told this is hotel policy and if I didn't like it I could cancel and book elsewhere. for this reason alone I would not choose to stay here again, despite it being a great facility and an enjoyable stay

The deposit being asked for should be done at time of payment - then we wouldn't have nearly missed the email. Late arrival check in details were good.
The cleaners knocking on your door at 9.15 on check out day could be left till 10am - they must have a list of who has checked out already & do them first !
