Clean room and amazing breakfast and local staff and smooth check in/out. However they have the swimming pool is not under rework. Also rooms open on construction site starting 7am. No smoking area except outside the hotel in driving unsafe area.

The staff makes the place a 5 star rating. Each staff i encountered are some best professionally trained. They are friendly and helpful. One of the front desk staff even go out of his way to take me to a nearby store to find an item that i needed.
Love the breakfast selections.

A 4-storey low-rise hotel with two floors of rooms.

Internet was stable and room was clean. Charging ports are not well distributed and not so well positioned, so when I am charging my laptop at the work desk I cannot boil water on the same desk.

Staff are generally polite.
Breakfast variety is almost the same every day. The pool/roof was under renovations during my stay, which was disappointing considering the price point. There was some construction near my room but the acoustics were good enough for the sound to be light.

Excellent clean and modern hotel in good location and extremely friendly staff. There is a metro station within a couple of minutes walk allowing you to travel all around the city. Thalia Street is also within a short walk. I arrived at 9am for a 3pm check in and they had a room for me within an hour and also gave me a complimentary breakfast for the duration of my stay because I was travelling for pleasure and it was my first time in the country.

Nice modern 4-star hotel with comfortable rooms, a nice-looking outdoor pool deck (not that I got to use it) and a good breakfast. Looks quite central on the map but it wasn't, in fact, quite as close to the areas I needed to be in as I'd hoped because Riyadh is a deceptively vast city but it was easy enough and not too expensive to get an Uber wherever I needed to go. All in all, I would definitely recommend this property.

First time in the city and was undecided where to stay so thought we’d try this out and we were very impressed!
We booked a bigger room type due to my daughter and the room was certainly big. As a hotel, it just did everything well which you’d expect, it’s not on the high end of the market price and star rating however it does everything you need from a hotel really well. Comfortable bed, nice clean shower and amenities.
Please note we stayed during Ramadan so the hotel was on the quiet side, also due to this we didn’t get a chance to try out the pool. The surrounding area has a lot of food option which are short walking distance away.

This isn’t my first time and all the experience of the rooms with bathtubs the water leaks out from the ceramic in all rooms, I always request bathtub because i prefer it, and always say maybe this room is different but its not, i hope the engineers would fix all the room

The property was great overall. The room was clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast buffet has a variety of food. The location is great, there’s quite a good options of cafes and restaurants, and shopping within a walking distance. I love this place and I would definitely come back again in the future!

The bathtub was leaking all water to the floor but i got an upgrade since it’s their mistake in this condition, the hotel overall is nice I would come back if there’s no other option in the north side, the location was far of my destinations but there are a lot of good spots around and close by. The airport is far compared to other hotels I stayed in.

The hotel is good and the receptionists are very friendly, BUT there is a construction front of the hotel that causes lots of noise, and difficulties to enter the hotel and go out, and it seems that it will take a very long time to finish the construction.

Das Personal beim Check Inn/Out sowie beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Leider hat der Airport Transfer vom Flughafen nicht funktioniert (trotz zweimaliger Anfrage) Mit dem Zimmer hatte ich auch wenig Glück. Es war Teil einer Suite und hatte leider kein Ausblick. Er beschränkte sich auf die Hotel Mauer und war zudem sehr dunklel! Das Hotel ist aber sehr ruhig gelegen und die Metro ist nicht weit entfernt. Für alles andere benötigt man schon ein Taxi. Negativ empfand ich die Tatsache, daß ich keine relativ neuen US Dollar Noten tauschen konnte, da sie (warum auch immer) zu alt waren. Obwohl druckfrisch (und am Flughafen ohne Schwierigkeiten) wurden sie nicht akzeptiert. Über Kreditkarte wurde das Problem gelöst. Trotzdem sehr merkwürdig!
