Nothing was too much for staff. the hotel an surrounding area was constantly being cleaned.
The hotel have just opened up a lovely little restaurant which you can book over the lunchtime period and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Horrible location, far away from everything, no public transportation around, no uber, taxi only. Pool was closed. Stuff do not really understand English.

Nice and quiet place to stay. The appartement is somewhat limited in amenities. There was a lack of some essential cookware and plates for someone wanting to cook a basic meal. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for some quiet and relaxing vacations.

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Quite part of town and close to lots of other sites and beaches. The breakfast was my kids favorite food they ate everyday. The staff made this place the best. They were so helpful when we needed anything and went out of their way to translate for us on the phone when needed.

Close to the beach, this appart hotel could be really good but:
* the convertible sofa bed is not a real bed. The mattress is just some foam and it doesn’t transform into a 2 person bed but into 2 singles ‘beds’
* habitations are not sound proof, you will hear your neighbors
* there is no door between the sleeping room and the other room with the kitchen and the sofa bed, just the corridor (that give access to the bathroom too).
* reserve your parking beforehand, they will tell you you can do it later but you won’t be able to because it will be full and they won’t help you find a solution.
* no bottle opener in the kitchen!
And it is really clean and with all the facilities you can expect.

As they do not own the parking lot it was expensive, 16 euros a day. The street parking around the hotel was constantly full but I am guessing if you were persistent you could find some. The room was nice but dated. The air conditioner worked very well. The hotel is one block from the beach which is extremely convenient. We booked with the breakfast included and it was worth it.

Esperamos horas de más en el check in, veníamos cansados de un viaje muy largo y no pudimos hacer uso de la habitación hasta varias horas después del check in, fuimos a tumbarnos a una hamaca de la piscina y la caída de cristales de una ventana de una terraza que daba a la piscina nos tuvo esperando otro rato. Un despropósito de hotel, íbamos con la idea de prolongar la estancia una noche más y se nos quitaron las ganas.

Nos dieron una habitación en la planta 4 y por la noche no se podía dormir del ruido de los aparatos de los aires acondicionados.
Nos quejamos las dos noche y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Nos decían que subiría el técnico de mantenimiento y nada de nada, entre eso y que el hotel estaba completo, muy poco profesionales.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare all'Aparthotel Palamós e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole. La struttura è perfettamente situata, a soli 100 metri dal mare e a pochi passi dal centro del paese, il che rende comodo esplorare i dintorni. Inoltre, la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici rende ancora più facile spostarsi nella zona.
Il personale è davvero eccezionale: esperto, disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o esigenza. Mi hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Le stanze sono moderne, pulite e ben attrezzate, con tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole.
Se cercate una location tranquilla ma comoda per esplorare Palamós e la Costa Brava, consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Ein Hotel mit entspannter Atmosphäre, sehr günstig gelegen, in der Nähe von Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés usw. Manchmal hört man Türen zuschlagen, aber das liegt eher an den Gästen. Zum Essen würde ich sagen, gesund und für jeden Geschmack. Nichts zu frittiert oder zu gewürzt! Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat sogar unseren vorab geäußerten Wunsch erfüllt. Dafür ein besonderes Dankeschön. Insgesamt ist das Hotel empfehlenswert!

Un très bon endroit pour une famille
Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été très agréable. L'appartement très propre, le service impeccable et très discret, la piscine chauffé en hors saison est un plus indéniable mais surtout, le gentillesse et le professionnalisme de tout le personnel. Et enfin, on est très proche de la mer. Merci encore.

Bon séjour à palamos. L'hôtel est très bien situé proche de la corniche, plage, au centre ville. Très calme et sécurisé. Les chambres sont très spacieuses même sans la kitchenette, nous avions un réfrigérateur, une bouilloire et un plateau tasses et cuillères. Nous avions également une terrasse avec etandoire à linge. Les hôtesses à l'accueil très professionnelles et arrangeantes.

Hola buenas tardes. Estoy haciendo esta reclamación porque el dia de ayer pasamos una mala experiencia e este Hotel. Desde que nos entregaron La habitación tenia un problema de la Luz, pedimos cambio, pero según ellos lo solventaron con la persona de mantenimiento. Situación que reclamamos, pero ellos decían que ya estaba solucionado. Al llegar de cenar con mi familia la Habitación No tenia Luz, hasta casi las 2:00 am sin dormir, Situación que no lograron solucionar, al final Nos dieron otra habitación y el Aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pasamos calor. Realmente No logramos dormir. Quisiera solicitar reembolso, ya que considero que fuimos engañado como cliente, lo contratado con lo recibido no concuerda.

Fijn hotel, leuk personeel. Bedden waren goed, slaapbank zat niet lekker. Miste wel een salontafel, je kan nergens je glas kwijt, er staat alleen een eettafel.
Keuken is niet erg rijk voorzien van keukengerei. Wel een leuke kamer, maar zeer gehorig. Wel op tijd weer rustig waardoor je wel gewoon kon slapen. Wij hebben een leuke week gehad.
Een groot minpunt, parkeren, geen parkeerplaatsen en de betaalde parkeerplaatsen in de parkeergarage van Ona zelf zijn schreeuwend duur, 16 euro per dag!!!!

Bon sejour cependant le parking ne peut etre reservé et etait complet à notre arrivée nous avons du tourner ds la ville pour se garer. Le lendemain a 10h30 nous avons redemandé et avons eu une place.
Le restaurant est sous forme de buffet, correct cependant pas tres varié d un jour a l autre sur 2 repas seuls les plats chauds etaient différents.
