Great service and staffing. The only thing that needs upgrade is the A/C system. Wide selection of breakfast, can last you till dinner:):). Fantastic dinner especially including all drinks. Strongly recommend to include breakfast and dinner in your booking.

perfect Holiday for a big family

I loved every single day , the staff were very kind , the service was impeccable, the food ...OMG we all loved the food so much !!! This was all a really unforgettable experience for our family. We stayed there for 6 days and we had a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed the surroundings as the park was very close , the games that they played which were organized by the hotel staff and also the walks to the sea. Perfect choice for our holiday. Thank you to the lovely girls from the reception and also to the manager. All the best from UK

Perfect mini vacation

Perfect holiday with the family. The best choice, clean rooms, helpful staff, food for all tastes, delicious desserts, it's like heaven...I definitely left with extra pounds after a 4-day stay. The children were very happy because they have the park nearby and the big beach is very easy to walk...only 5 minutes walk. We can't wait to come back.

Great hotel, will book again

Great place, plenty of staff on and really helpful. Aitor on reception was excellent. Room was big and clean. I really enjoyed it here and would come back. Other reviews are surprising. Entertainment when I was here so that was a laugh. Poolside had great music, plenty of lounge chairs.

Budget at best.

Booked a double was given a twin on arrival because apparently you're just applying for a double. No refund for the difference offered. Worn feel to the place, found far too much hair in the room to feel comfortable but as was only stopping for one night let it slide.

Nice spot close to the cost

A very cozy hotel to stay in. The size and amount of guests can be frightening at first but the excellent staff on board are ready to assist you. The room we were in was great overlooking the pool, which we couldn’t use as it was not in season. But from our room looks great. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and the chef was there to make sure all was up to standard.

Not too bad, but I won't be returning.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Staff were friendly. The whole hotel is old and needs updating. Waiters don't speak Spanish and they don't even understand you. Bedroom dirty ish. Only 15 minute free WiFi connection a week!!! h.

Nice hotel good value

This hotel is fine.
The restaurant is good lots of fish options, and good choices.
The pool area is a bit small for the number if guests though we could always get a sunbed.
The animacions team weren't great not much happening really and no sports facilities.
Bicycle hire is free for all inclusive guests and availability for this was good considering there is one large canopied family unit and 2 mountain bikes.
The hotel is a nice walk to the beach maybe 15 minutes through the shops, and is next door to the Friday market.
The town is fine, but not remarkable.
The visitors are Spanish French and Dutch, not many English at all.

Comment dire : pas terrible !
Déception déjà a l'arrivée. Peu d'informations et aucun sourire a l'accueil.
Nous en avons fait des hôtels 4 étoiles et là ca ne les merite pas. Nous avons réservé apparemment \"une chambre économique\" ,chose que nous ne connaissions pas et nous avons compris pourquoi.

En gros, chambre mal agencee, et quelle surprise lorsque nous voyons notre lit en 140x190 ! Nous n'avons pas vu ça depuis très longtemps. on a demandé à changer mais apparemment c'était impossible car complet donc nos 2 nuits ont ete très difficile !

Voici les points négatifs :
CHAMBRE :
- lit 140x190, matelas un peu raide
- acces sdb difficile (il faut pas etre gros)
- Vis a vis avec la fenêtre de la sdb (super lors de la douche !)
- Pas de bouilloire
- Tv en panne (demandé 2 fois en 12h pour que quelqu'un vienne)
- climatisation très bruyante

EXTÉRIEUR :
- Alors là, n'espérais pas etre tranquille a la piscine. Clientèle particulière (des femmes voilees toutes habillees dans la piscine, c'est pertubateur sans parler des colonies de vacances donc impossible de se baigner ou même se reposer)
- piscine petite, fontaine inutile

CHECK OUT : Un peu trop tot 10h (la queue a l'ascenseur et acceuil)

Points positifs :
RESTAURANT : nickel en tout cas pour le petit déjeuné
PARKING 15€ : mais nous avons trouvé de la place en extérieur
ANIMATION : sympa
EMPLACEMENT : tres bien situé. Proche centre ville et tous commerce. Parcontre 20mn de la mer a pied

On ne reviendra pas cest sûr...

Groot maar netjes hotel met zwembad.

Het is ons 3e verblijf in dit hotel. Alles naar wens. Deze keer hadden we een kleine kamer maar er was een balkon dus niet echt een probleem. Alles is heel netjes. Aangezien het een groot hotel is, is de eetzaal niet echt gezellig maar er is een heel uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Wij gaan er zeker nog terug!

Hôtel sympathique, chambres rénovées, mais nous sommes tombés sur une chambre communiquante et donc mal isolé avec des voisins très bruyants la nuit. Repas bien, RAS pour le diner, des petites portions individuelles pour eviter le gaspillage. Bien situé a quelques pas du centre

Een weekje op vakantie in dit hotel. Door de reacties waren we wat sceptisch over het hotel. Maar daar aangekomen werden we zwaar verrast. Hele mooie en zeer grote hotel. Met zelfs een all inclusive formule. Elke dag schone kamers en handdoeken. Hele lieve medewerkers zowel bij de recepte als de schoonmakers. Qua eten was er dagelijks veel eten en ook zeker lekker eten. Entertainment in de avond ook gezellig en super leuk gedaan. Zwembad was ook lekker. Partner en ik hebben het zo leuk gehad dat we vood volgend jaar weer geboekt hebben. Dankjewel voor onze geweldige verblijf.

Accomodatie is sterk verouderd en datbisnaan alles te zien zowel op de kamers als in de rest van het hotel.
De service is redelijk, al is all inclusive niet all inclusive. De keuze is beperkt en er kan gekozen worde voor een Goldpass, dan zit wel alles erbij. Wij waren hier 4 dag en dwt was ok. Locatie is prima, 5 minuten lopen van het strand en 2 minuten lopen vanaf de winkelstraat. Kortom, prima hotel voor paar nachtjes maar verwacht geen luxe en zeker geen 4 sterren!

Proper hotel met vriendelijke service.
Ontbijt is verzorgd maar wel elke dag hetzelfde, geen verandering in het weekend.

‘‘s avonds kan je geniet van de bar en iets lekker drinken tegen een goedkope prijs.

De kamer zijn proper verzorgd, enkel wat verouderd. Maar dit is geen probleem, is voorzien van alles.

Estuvimos en Semana Santa con la opción de todo incluido y todo fue muy bien. La habitación muy espaciosa y la cama y almohadas muy comodas.El bufet muy bueno con opción a plancha, lo que encontré es que los postres eran muy limitados, por lo demás todo perfecto. Los camareros muy amables, y el gerente muy dispuesto a ayudarnos y darnos opciones de visitar lugares de alrededor.Por la noche había animación, así que no se puede pedir más. Volveremos seguro.

L’hôtel est très bien situé mais la chambre était toute petite avec une fenêtre ridiculement petite ses rideaux qui tombent. La salle de bain sombre masquait un les cheveux des précédents vacanciers et la baignoire étaient tachée par le tartre et fermé par un vieux rideau de douche pas très net

HTOP Platja Park.

Hotel con instalaciones y habitaciones viejas pero con bastantes servicios: piscina, animación, sala de juegos, aparcamiento privado, servicio de desayuno, comida y cena.

Lo que si sería mejorable sería la calidad y la variedad de la comida ofrecida en el bufet ya que es algo limitada y normal.
También sería mejorable el hecho de poner un socorrista en la piscina para evitar posibles accidentes o ahogamientos y más personal en la piscina para controlar el tema de la hamacas ya que la gente viene por la mañana y ya deja las toallas puestas todo el día, pese a no estar presentes en la piscina y eso no es normal, lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada.

Además, sería recomendable ampliar el tiempo de salida del hotel ya que está establecido que hay que dejar la habitación a las 10h de la mañana, y me parece excesivamente pronto.

Chambre pas confortable du tout que ce soit au niveau de la literie et de l'insonorisation on entant tout qie se soit dans les chambres voisine ainsi que dans les couloirs. Le petit déjeuner sava cest simple et bon .
L'emplacement est bien , non loin du boulevard principal,

Bedden waren niet comfortabel en het was heel gehorig. Geen gordijn bij het raampje van de douche waardoor mensen naar binnen konden kijken. Ook zat de douchekop niet goed vast, waardoor die vastgehouden moest worden. De locatie was wel heel dichtbij de winkelstraat en het strand.
