This is a good quality hotel. The room cleaning goes to another level. When the cleaners have finished with your room, someone else comes along to inspect what they have done and sometimes tells them to reclean an area if necessary. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plenty of food to chose from.

A beautiful spa hotel in the centre of town and its myriad shops/restaurants and 5 minutes to the beach. Staffed by helpful, friendly people with good sized comfortable rooms and lounging areas.

This is a family owned hotel and the people who work there seem genuinely happy and invested in the hotel’s success. It’s extremely rare that I stay in a place and feel like I got every cent of my money’s worth but this was definitely such an experience. The location was great and every aspect of the interaction with staff was pleasant and helpful. The swimming pool was great and I enjoyed people watching from my balcony. We paid a little extra for a premium room to get a jacuzzi and the kids had a great time with that. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great room it was a massive room eith a jacuzzi very clean and tidy... bed was a huge double had space for about 4 people the only thing i would say is there was scaffolding up on the balcony which we werent informed about prior to booking so that spoilt the views from the balcony and prevented us using the balcony properly and the noise on a night time from the strip.

The hotel itself was good, as was the breakfast and location however for all the positives it was overshadowed by the check in experience. I was told of the city tax which was not an issue, however the hotel only takes cash and would not let me put my luggage in the room before paying. I explained I only had card but was asked to walk to a cash machine, not ideal after a 16hour day of travelling and working. As already said the hotel was good, albeit my mind was already turned due to the staff.

This Hotel is very convenient for the beach, shops, chemists Post Office, beauty/ massages, the bus station, restaurants and bars, in fact it would be hard to find fault at all really. The breakfast is excellent and varied, the coffee great and the staff pleasant but not intrusive.One niggle is the Spa was not included in our package which was a surprise to us, as it seemed to be in the sales jargon. I would particularly like to thank Monica on reception who's lovely smile, helpful manner, and command of English impressed us each time we passed reception.

This hotel is right in the heart of the town, so could be noisy if your room is the wrong side ( one side overlooks McDonalds ).
We were in the quiet bit and the room was lovely, with excellent air conditioning and a huge shower. No view, however.

The hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The air con worked perfectly. The walk-in showera bonus. The staff, courteous and helpful. The breakfast hours civilised. The position of the hotel come not have been better. Unreservedly five stars.

This hotel is located in the center of Platja d'Aro. It is a slightly older building, but still in good condition. The rooms are very clean and a are good size. It would be nice to have a coffee maker on the room, but this is not a must. The breakfast has a good selection of food and drinks, and everything looks very fresh. The parking is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel, but you can park 15 minutes in front of the building to load and unload. The wifi is free in the lobby however in the room there is a €1 charge per day per device. Although this is still very common is Spain, this is not really 21st century. Overal I would recommend this hotel

Nous avons fait une erreur dans notre réservation sur le nombre de personnes, 1 bébé au lieu de un enfant dont un bébé qui dort avec nous. Il fallait certes trouver une nouvelle chambre mais le personnel d’accueil a été très désagréable, et nous a parlé comme si nous étions des voleurs alors que nous étions prêts à payer car nous étions conscients de notre erreur. Ensuite, nous nous renseignons sur les massages d’un spa. Je prends rdv. Le rdv se passe très bien. On ne m’a jamais dit qu’il fallait que je règle à l’avance, et le lendemain, en retour de soirée la personne de l’accueil m’interpelle à haute voix et me dit vous n’avez pas réglé votre soin ! Comme si j’étais une voleuse ! Alors que rien ne m’a été dit, je comptais régler au Check out je ne suis jamais partie sans payer de ma vie ! ! Mais si le personnel m’avait prévenue évidemment que j’aurais payé sur le moment.
Le wifi ne nous a pas été donné en systèmatique, mais si encore il marchait… de plus la télé, inutilisable ! Nous avons un aquarium de veille depuis notre arrivée. La situation de l’hôtel est idéale mais l’hôtel est vieillissant. Le personnel fait triste et sont froids par rapport à tous les hôtels espagnols que nous avons pu faire auparavant. Prévoyez les boules quiesse car les goélands braillent toute la nuit. Le petit dej est dans un réfectoire avec beaucoup de produits industriels en revanche le café est bon.

Petit déjeuner fluide peu importe l'heure car nous avons testé a 09hoo a 10hoo toujours au top et très copieux avec des produits très frais. Parking a quelques mètres de l'hôtel mais facile d'accès.

On est habitué a séjourner dans cet hôtel lorsqu'on va à Platja d'Aro que nous adorons. Nouvelle chambre pour nous qui nous a semblé moins bien que celles d'habitude. Propre certe, chambre bien chauffee a notre arrivée, voire trop. Salle de bain ok, tout le petit confort. Ce qui nous a deranger est l'odeur tres forte d'un parfun d'ambiance qui m'a donné mal à la tete... peut-être sur les draps ?Agréable au debut mais persistante la nuit.
Balcon tres petit mais suffisant pour boire un petit cafe que l'on a pu ramener du petit déjeuner assez copieux d'ailleurs. Attention un peu d'attente aux machines a café.
