Great hotel - ideal location close to the beach and amenities, beautiful view of the beach and sea, very nice food with a range of options, clean and tidy hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Allows dogs and cats for an extra fee. Outdoor parking by the hotel under a car port. We have stayed in this hotel before and we will be coming back again.

The hotel is OK.

Good: Overall we had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The pool area is very comfortable.
Bad: The hotel is dated, should be a 3 star instead of the advertised 4. Breakfast should be improved, the coffee machines are terrible.

Even though the hotel was mostly empty we were denied an upgrade to a room with a view. I have stayed there before and was was very disappointed that they would dare to ask for an extra $10 fir sea view. We stayed the one night that was booked and moved to another hotel with a better appreciation of its repeat customers!

Wonderful location! Close to beach & restaurants. Super comfortable beds. Nice room. Helpful staff. The air conditioning & 'black out' drapes helped us get a wonderful night's sleep. Appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. Also, loved the spacious balcony! Shower & bath was very nice too. Highly recommend this hotel! 😀

Good hotel for its money

Let's start with positives. Really good and convenient hotel placement. The whole beach area is nice, actually. Also food was really good - one of better ones in hotels I stayed in all over Spain. Good variety, and well cooked in most cases. If I need to be really picky, then no salt in some dishes (felt like it at least) and poor desert selection, but later one is actual for Spain in general - looks like they prefer meat and whine...which suits me just fine. Room itself was on a small side, but with good enough bathroom and great view from the balcony. AC was acting weird - living it's own life almost (and my friends from another room said the same), but it was some unknown brand, so I assume it's not there on the same level with best ones. But it worked and was placed well on the wall minimizing risks of getting sick. Also pool is rather nice - maybe not so nice if your kids don't know how to swim as it starts from 1 meter and it's already 2.1 meter deep when you get to the center. Not many people are using it though (which is a good thing usually) - probably because the beach is so close. But one thing really annoyed me - staff. There was a German guy on reception who seemed to be one the most unfriendly people I have ever met. And that's a default setting - you don't need to ask anything, so even saying \"hello\" is enough to trigger his angriness. Other staff like restaurant waiters are also not the best - getting the wine cart was always hard. But in general - it's good.

Short Break for Older Couple

Chose this hotel due to its prime location, it has fantastic views as long as you dont get a room overlooking the car park. Weather was great, just what we needed although it did rain one of the days. Nice housekeepers who brought us extra pillows on request, my husband loved the breakfast selection on offer, stone throw away from the beach and a short walk to the main high street with all the bars, restaurants and shops. Reception staff very helpful many languages spoken.

Really nice hotel, extremely well located, clean, spacious, nice staff, and room view a lovely view. Because the hotel wasn’t busy, they upgraded us to room with a sea view (Sant Pol beach), which was a pleasant surprise and really made our stay. We didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on that. We stayed during a quiet period, and were able to park outside, but it’s a bit fiddly trying to get to the hotel by car as our sat nav got the one way system wrong. My key card stopped working after one day for some strange reason but reception dealt with it quickly. All in all we can’t fault this lovely hotel which is very inclusive.

We had a room at the back of the hotel but realised that we wanted to be at the front with a sea view. We asked the guy at reception and he was very abliging and gave us a room at the front straight away.

The view was lovely. The food was great, with a large choice.

Quiet hotel - only about 20% capacity at end of April. Great location for walking to the beach aswell as beautiful views over the bay. Staff all friendly. Breakfasts were good, lunch and evening meals - not a great choice but what was there was adequate. Rooms not large but again adequate. Beds comfortable. Balcony view beautiful. Would go back for another short break. Talking to other guests, it is best to fly from Girona airport as pretty quiet and convenient.

Comfortable friendly hotel very close to the beach

What a lovely place, great view. Staff helpful, food lovely. Tricky to get transfers to S'Agaro but worth it if you want away from the heaving masses. The majority of the people on the beach were Spanish. Everything much more modern, clean and tidy than I imagined from my research. With a two year old some sort of kids high tea at 5-6 oclockish would help. Waiting until 8pm for dinner was hard with a little one.

Friendly staff, horrible bed, excellent breakfast

The bed is absolutely horrible! Had no sleep because of how uncomfortable and painful it was to lay on the bed. Room was clean, had a good view to the sea. Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Not much choice of food at dinner- mainly two mains (1 fish and 1 meat) and vegetables/salad. Choice at breakfast was very good- with plenty of cheese, breads, fruit, eggs and cakes.

A great hotel for a relaxing break. Good location right on the beach. Local restaurants and bars nearby although quite expensive. Very few shops nearby but plenty of long sea-front walks on the door step. Easy 30 minute drive from Barcelona-Girona Airport. Hotel quiet - no entertainment - but clean and tidy. Buffet good with additional choice of the chef on hand to cook your personal choice of meat/fish each night. Pool freezing cold and in the shade most of the day. A good comfortable hotel.

My year old daughter and myself stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is set in a beautiful bay it is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. The resort was a little too quiet for us but it may be because we went at the end of May. There is only one local shop which is expensive although there are a few good restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felt the resort lacked character.

This hotel was very disappointing. There is no way I would rank it 4 stars. We stayed in 3 hotels in Spain during this trip and this hotel was by far the worst. Our room was a family adjoining room . Both faced the parking lot (we were told at time of booking we could get a sea view. This was false). The room for my 2 kids (ages 12 & 14) was more of a closet. There was one twin bed and a cot pressed up against it. You could barely walk around. In general the hotel was dingy and worn looking. Not nice at all. Best described as adequate. Location was good though. And pool is fine.

Wonderful place to chill out!

We stayed in San Feliu de Guixols, about an hour north of Barcelona, to basically chill out on the beach for a couple of days after a hectic, grueling sightseeing trip all over Spain! We also had friends who owned a summer place in S'Agaro so it was in the perfect location, 5 mins. walk to their place! We got seaview rooms and what a wonderful view it was to wake up to and go to sleep to! Lots of little restaurants all along the beach, which was right below the hotel! It was lovely and we would definitely return! We had breakfast buffet there and dinner buffet one night; both were excellent value and great variety of food! On-site hotel parking (which can be an issue in Spain) was cheap! This was a bargain, trust me!!! Hotel also had a lovely pool although I didn't use it with the Mediterranean right in front of us! Definitely a great hotel to relax in!

The Hotel was very good. We were a bit disappointed that it was not located in the towns center as was suggeted by the adds on the web. But it was 5-10 min. drive. The view to the ocean was very nice. it was stormy when we were there so we did not enjoy the pool and beach but all seemed very nice. Breahfast was very good and plentiful. Since I was not on high season there was parking available outside the hotel.

Just had 3 nights at this hotel, enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. The location is great just a minutes walk down to the beach, the beach was good and not to busy. The only negative point would be that there is only a limited number restaurants to choose from within walking distance and no bars as such.
Just ideal for seating on the beach.
The hotel did have a pool which we used just one afternoon but didn't see it used much at all, I guess the beach being so close most people went to the beach.

Hotel is extreamly confortable if you've car. If not, the nearest train station in Girona - about 60 km and will take you abou 1 hour to go there.

Hotel is clean with good kitchen and staff except the reception, that was terrible - I re- reserved the room few times, every time they gave one price then bille another. Just ask them to print out the proforma ibvoice each ime and then compare ...

Over all rating is 4 coz it's only 1 minute to the beatch and affordable prices for food.

Recommended for the families and couples.

This resort is a delightful little bay with a sandy beach, no over development and the Caleta Park has a great location. Stroll along the boardwalk to the end of the bay and walk around the headland for breathtaking views and swanky houses. Food in restaurant Villa Mas on the front is excellent
Hotel is very clean with delightful staff. Pool area when we were there was under used by guests. We will go back later this summer. Great value.

Gemütliches Hotel für Strand Ferien & Sightseeing

Das Hotel war sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten zwei nebeneinander liegende Zimmer mit atemberaubenden Meerblick.Der Sonnenaufgang kann direkt vom Balkon beobachtet werden. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern und gemütlich aber nicht sehr geräumig. Uns hat dies nicht gestört, weil alles andere sehr gut war. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben einen spontanen Trip nach Spanien gemacht und das Hotel zufällig gefunden. Falls wir wieder in die Gegend kommen werden wir dieses Hotel sicher wieder wählen.

Een mooi hotel, dicht bij het strand. Eigen zwembad, maar met koud water in september.
Heel vriendelijk personeel. Alles wordt goed schoon bijgehouden. Ook de tuinen. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt-buffet! Mooi uitzicht over de baai. In september erg rustig wat geluid betreft met toch veel mensen op het strand. We hebben er 3 weken erg genoten.

Queríamos compartir nuestra experiencia tras nuestra reciente estancia en su hotel. En general, fue una estancia agradable: las zonas comunes son espaciosas y acogedoras, y las vistas realmente bonitas, lo cual agradecimos mucho.

Sin embargo, hay algunos aspectos que creemos que podrían mejorar. Estuvimos en la habitación 106, y aunque era cómoda, el baño nos pareció demasiado pequeño para una habitación de esta categoría. Además, el hecho de que la puerta del baño abra hacia la bañera resulta poco práctico e incluso incómodo, ya que es necesario coordinarse para evitar golpes al entrar o salir.

También nos sorprendió la falta de amenities en la habitación. Entendemos la iniciativa ecológica, pero consideramos que tener que solicitarlos en recepción no es lo más cómodo para el huésped, especialmente en un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Por último, el precio de 196 € por noche sin incluir desayuno nos pareció elevado en relación con los servicios ofrecidos.

Agradecemos la atención recibida durante la estancia y esperamos que estas sugerencias les sean útiles para seguir mejorando.

Magnifique vue sur la mer, chambre simple mais propre et spacieuse.

Personnel professionnel et sympathique. Particulièrement, Alicia a la réception qui nous a accueilli avec une gentillesse hors norme. Merci!

L’hôtel est près de merveilleux sentiers pour balades le long des côtes et à 2 pas de la plage. Magnifique!

Petit-déjeuner buffet assez bien pour 13-16 euros/personne.

Seul bémol, pas de cafetière dans la chambre et 10 euros par tranche de 1h pour late check-out.

Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

Het hotel ligt fantastisch aan het einde van het strand van Sant Pol. Je steekt de weg over en bent op het strand. Het is er fijn zwemmen. Ook in het zwembad van het hotel is het aangenaam. Het bad is ruim en er zijn altijd ligbedden beschikbaar. Wij hadden kamer 212 met mooi uitzicht over het zwembad en de baai. Parkeren is handig, kamers zijn niet groot maar wel stil. Ontbijt is uitgebreid genoeg.

Ontvangst aan de receptie was heel professioneel en supervriendelijk. Spijtig genoeg heb ik de naam niet genoteerd van de jonge heer :(
We zijn in mei 2024 ook reeds daar geweest.
Het restaurant was toen in het kelderverdiep maar er was een heel uitgebreide keuze van alle gangen.
Nu is het restaurant op het gelijkvloers verhuisd en volledig nieuw bemeubeld, heel mooi...maar de keuze uit de verschillende gangen is gehalvaard tegenover enkele maanden geleden.
Het ontbijt was nog steeds zeer goed.

Bel hôtel pas trop grand, jolie chambre confortable mais nous avions pris la demi-pension et le repas du soir était en dessous de tout. Pas beaucoup de choix et les plats chauds étaient réchauffés et en plus froids !!! La nourriture n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel.
Par contre le petit déjeuner était très bien mais nous avons dû insister pour pouvoir manger sur la terrasse (une partie est réservée au bar....à 8h de matin ???)
Ne prenez pas la demi-pension si vous aimez manger !

A hotel worth every dime.

Hvis man vælger dette hotel, kan det varmt anbefales at man lejer en bil. Dog er det lidt tricky at finde gratis parkeringssteder. De første 3dage parkerede jeg i hotellets parkeringsområde til 12€ pr. dag. Hvis man vælger et værelse med udsigt til havet, så bliver man ikke skuffet. Deres morgenmads buffet er ikke meget at råbe hurra for, men det tror jeg er en generel ting i Spanien.
Eneste reele minus jeg kan bringe op, er deres wifi ikke er det stærkeste, men ret skal være ret, så var netværket heller ikke det bedste, når jeg ikke benyttede deres wifi.

Og stort ros skal gives til 2 af deres personale, i Hector og Pilar. De var SÅ fantastiske. Altid smilende, hjælpsome og utrolig gavmilde. Dem glemmer jeg ikke :)

Si bé inicialment vam tenir un problema amb l'habitació demanada i la que ens van donar, posteriorment, a l'endemà ho van arreglar. Molt bona atenció de tot el personal. Molt bona cuina I excel.lent menjar, preparat en racions individuals, per complir amb els protocols de la covid.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. Es ideal para pasar un fin de semana de desconexión. Tienes al lado la playa de Sant Pol con una preciosas vistas. Recomiendo este hotel.

Me gustan mucho las habitaciones pero tiene un grave problema: no hay persianas y las cortnas no cierran bien, por la noche entra la luz de la terraza y por el dia el sol, lo que no nos ha permitido dormir las horas que hubiesemos deseado. Para mi ese tema es muy importante
