Perfect stay ... Our room blew us away. We had two balconies and saw an amazing sunrise each morning. The swimming pool was also very nice.

The reception desk is as usual, a disaster. with uncoordinated people with a calculator instead of head. Their unique worry is to invoice even if everything has been previously paid. We belong to a group and I can affirm that all spend at least half an hour to check on and out. Rooms need a touch up paint. Very noisy conference room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aromar. To start, the parking lot was very conveniently located (there is a charge for it). I would suggest reserving in advance of your stay. The balconies and views from our room were incredible. We could see both the mountains and the sea. The family room provided two separate spaces for us and our children which was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We appreciated the gluten free options, the coffee machine, delicious pastries, eggs, and drink options. The hotel is right on the beach and close to the Main Street of town with shops and dining. The pool area was very nice with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling at a nearby excursion provider. We also loved the walking on the trail along the coast that has amazing views and coves to swim in. I wish the hotel provided lounge chairs for the beach as an amenity (they are rentable for $9/day). As other reviews state, our shower drain emitted a very bad smell. Additionally, the lights in our bathroom flicked on and off and sometimes the shower would turn very hot unexpectedly. The rooms would benefit from a luggage rack or something to put a suitcase on. That being said, the positives of the property outweighed the negatives. I do hope that the hotel continues to look into finding solutions for the bathroom issues. We really did love our stay at the Hotel Aromar. The appreciated the staff who were friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel right on the beach. I booked the junior suite and it was nice and clean. 2 balconies one with a beautiful partial sea view and the other of mountains in the distance.
The service was excellent from the moment we checked in to the time we left.
We stayed there for my mother’s birthday, when we arrived all receptionist ladies and hotel manager greeted her happy birthday which made her feel extra special. The best added touch was a lovely birthday greeting left in the room with a bottle of bubbles and chocolates. I highly recommend this hotel, thank you Aromar Hotel.

Generally a lovely stay with friendly staff. Worth paying extra for sea view room, beautiful location Advise going for buffet dinner by 8.30pm we went 9pm. We felt rushed and choices were limited! So not worth 22€ each really!

Reserve parking if you'll be driving here

The bed and bed linens were very comfortable. The room was clean. We had a beach view room with a balcony. It was nice to sit out there in the evening, watch the sunset.
Parking was a nightmare, and we lost our car. We spent well over an hour trying to find it. if you do stay here, reserve a parking spot ahead of time.
Breakfast was good but our last morning there, i noticed a hair sitting on a plate of lemon slices. when I told the waitress, she proceeded to reach over and remove the hair then walked away leaving the plate of lemon slices out. In addition there was a large group of people staying there, that seemed to know each other and to all be sick with coughs, without masks and touching the serving utensils at breakfast.
The internet was really bad in our room, pretty much unusable. But worked well in the lobby.
The beach isn't really sand its tiny littly rocks that hurt to walk on. I wouldn't recomend this area if you want to relax on the beach. The hotel doesn't have lounge chairs on the beach. These need to be rented from a man on the beach.

Good hotel, some rooms dated and tired, so make sure when you book you ask for a refurbished room. Service is very good and restaurant is excellent.
The hotel is by the beach and very close to shopping area, ideal to enjoy restaurants and nice shops.

The hotel is very nice and right on the beach front. We have stayed both in a non refurb room and a room upgraded. Both were lovely. Only thing we struggled both times with parking. You cannot book hotel parking spaces (maybe only 8- 10 max) However there is parking on surrounding streets where no yellow lines are shown. You may be lucky and park near!! The main resort street itself is full of shops and cafe bars/restaurants and is great. Beach promenade in summer season is also full of bars/restaurants. Its a lovely resort and we will return.

Absolutely brilliant location, sparking, modern and clean hotel. Gorgeous view over the Mediterranean! Room was compact but the space was used really creatively. As just me and my two littlish ones (9 and 12) the space was fine had we been bigger humans we may have struggled ; )
This place really needs to think about it’s customer service though, reception staff were not quite rude but far from welcoming and helpful...a bit of customer service training would make this place a 10 out of ten!

Hôtel oú il y’a beaucoup de choses à dire la chambre était sale à notre arrivée,les communs sont dans un état sale les ascenseurs pareils , la piscine n’est jamais nettoyée, le seul plus de l’hôtel est la restauration oú le personnel est agréable et serviable pas comme à l’accueil.

Chambre familiale (1 lit double + 2 lits simples) décevante par rapport aux autres chambres standard, pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles, aucune décoration, pas de tête de lit magnifique comme dans les autres chambres. Plusieurs choses de cassées ou usées. Mais le pire a été l'odeur d'égout omniprésente dans la salle de bains qui se répandait dans toute la chambre. Une odeur tenace et écœurante qui nous a gâché le séjour. Nous l'avons signalé mais rien n'a été fait.
Le point positif est la restauration le soir : salle magnifique avec vue mer et buffet de grande qualité avec uniquement des produits frais. Pour résumer gros décalage entre la chambre familiale médiocre et la restauration haut de gamme.

Ottima posizione fronte mare, acqua cristallina e spiaggia enorme. Ottima colazione, bella piscina, garage sotterraneo. Purtroppo non siamo contenti del resto, ovvero check-in tardissimo -verso le ore 16:30-, non abbiamo mai trovato disponibili teli mare, due soli piccoli ascensori sempre pieni, camera non sporca, ma non pulita. Quindi in generale lo consiglierei, ma con qualche accorgimento in più per lo staff.

L'hôtel nous a offert une bouteille de champagne a l'occasion de notre anniversaire nous avons apprecié cette attention de leur part.
Beaucoup de bons restos au alentours , nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant de l'hotel.
Parking sous terrain 25€ par nuit/ extérieur 18€ par nuit
Piscine plus grande qu'en photo et beaucoup de transat, piscine surveillée par un maitre nageur.
Tous les employeurs sont très sympthiques et soucieux de leur client
Les nuits étaient difficiles a cause du manque d'insonorisation des chambres (murs et fenêtre), plusieurs nuits un groupe de personnes sur la plage en face de la chambre criait ou mettait la musiques certains voisins de chambres ont parlé fort sur la terrasse voisine et nous avons été reveillé par le bruit des machines à café ou douches des voisins (pourtant nous avons le sommeil lourd) car les murs sont tres fins.
Notre porte ne se fermait pas correctement et malgré l'intervention du personnel, du directeur de l'hôtel et du technicien elle ne fermait toujours pas correctement a notre départ (obligés de claquer la porte de toute ma force pour etre sereins de savoir que nos affaires étaient en sécurité)
La luminosité est tres forte quand on est face a la mer les rideaux occultants ne suffisent pas , un masque de nuit est a prevoir si vous etes sensible a la lumiere et des boules quiès si vous êtes sensible au bruit.

Great location on the beach and clean rooms. Not much space for your clothes.
Check In was 30 min late and parking was moved to 1 km from the hotel.
Our room smelled from sewerage probably because of the rain and only in random periods.
Breakfast was really bad - Omelet and croissants was very dry.
The staff wanted our kids to pay as adults (10 and 12 years) so we did. All other days we went out for breakfast.

We checked out off the hotel one day before time without them even asking why. Service was really not good.

La cama es un poco pequeña pero cómoda. Teníamos habitación lateral vista a mar con ducha de cristal. Muy bonita la verdad. Pero una cosa que nos ha sorprendido es que solo daban “tissues” en la habitación. Que estos hoteles suelen dar más cosillas, pero evidentemente no es obligatorio.
Teníamos media pensión, las bebidas de la cena no estaban incluidas. Variedad de comida tanto en cena como desayuno y muy buena.

Salle de bain pas propre, la baignoire pleine de cheveux coincés dans le cyphon et dans les jets de la baignoire balneo, le sol de la salle de bain et sol de la chambre pleins de cheveux. La nourriture pas terrible pourtant le buffet avait du choix...
Sinon la chambre est spacieuse, un mini frigo c'est pratique, la vue du 6 eme etages est jolie.
Oreillers pas confortable mais le matelas est bon.
Pas bien insonorisé ont entend toutes les personnes dans leurs chambres.

Un séjour qui aurait pu être parfait

La chambre était très bien dans l’ensemble, une belle vue, les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour étaient là. Cependant le lit avait un pied cassé, la literie était très inconfortable, nous avons passé des nuits compliquées. Pour le lit parental il y avait une couette mais pour le lit d’appoint (pour notre fils) il n’y avait qu’un drap ce qui était complètement insuffisant… C’est vraiment dommage de ne pas soigner ces point qui font la différence sur la qualité du sommeil.
Côté salle de bains, elle était bien agencée mais la température de l’eau était instable donc c’était chaud/froid/brulant/glacé

No puedo poner la nota maxima por un par de cosas pequenas como : la oferta del bar - el de si mismo es muy guapo pero le faltan bebidas. Habitaciones limpias, aun que un pelin anticuadas. para un hotel de 4estrellas faltan cosas de aseo- y soy de los que se llevan chamu del hotel pero....solo cuando me gusta y en casa al ducharme tiempo dispues- me encanta reacordase del hotel, de su aroma particular. EL personal muy profesional , amable. Parquing correcto, el precio en este mes- muy atractivo.

Points positifs: vue sur la mer, très bonne literie, restaurant, personnel à l'écoute, décoration très design.
Points negatifs: la douche comporte des joints abîmés et sur certains éléments de la rouille, l'ensemble donne une impression de saleté peu digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Pas de place pour ranger le nécessaire de toilette, pas de bouilloire.
Attention pas de tête de lit, on se cogne facilement la tête en se couchant contre du marbre qui est très joli d' ailleurs!

Der Strand ist weitläufig und sieht sauber aus. Noch nicht sehr überlaufen, sowohl die Strandpromenade als auch der Strand. Das Zimmer sehr einfach, aber gute Betten, großes Bad, wenn auch die Nachhaltigkeit nur teilweise gegeben ist (Becher aus Papier in Plastik eingewickelt, Handtücher werden täglich (auch ungewollt) getauscht, Frühstück sehr gut, Pool leider durch Vogeldreck nicht besonders appetitlich - Parkplatz sehr teuer

Week-end au top, bien accueilli, l'hotel est tres beau, dommage que la piscine soit encore en travaux. Buffet petit déjeuner et midi très bon, du choix. Chambre spacieuses.

Un belle hôtel

Super hôtel, avec un très bon emplacement, très bien rénové, la réception super chic personnel sympathique et très accueillant et professionnel. Même une petite attention pour le chien. Par contre chambre mal insonorisé. Pour le prix hors-saison c’est un hôtel très bien situé. Les animaux sont la bienvenue ce qui est rare prix 12€ part nuits.

Merci à Ismaël pour sont accueil parle très bien le français et c’est collègue aussi.

Nous recommandons cette hôtel.

C'est la 2ème fois que l'on vient.
Hôtel rapport qualité / prix plus que raisonnable.
Très propre, très élégant, très bien situé.
Nous sommes venus en fin juin et cette ci en mars.

Nous recommandons vivement l'hôtel Aromar .

Séjour sur un week-end en famille avec enfant. L'hôtel accepte les chiens. Possibilité de manger en terrasse avec les animaux.
La chambre déco marbre était très propre, la literie extra, la salle de bain trop petite composé d'un WC et de la douche. Le lavabo est dans la chambre mais n'est pas gênant.
Le petit déjeuner est super. Il y en a pour tout les goûts et toutes les envies (beaucoup de choix).
Hôtel à recommander. Personnel agréable.

Everything was great. They let me park the motorbike in front of the hotel for free. Excellent room, dinner and breakfast. Great position in front of the beach.

Hôtel tres bien situé avec des chambres rénovées mais pas toutes, verifiez! Chambres petites mais fonctionnelles, et comme souvent un peu bruyantes. Petit déjeuner a 28 euros, c'est assez cher pour l'offre. Personnel peu souriant, dommage.
