No sleep! Not recommended :/

Very loud Disco on Saturday evening in July inside hotel on Floor 1, just next to our Family room. So nobody could sleep that evening until when DJ stopped after midnight! We complained but no other triple room available to switch to. Complaint at check-out yielded in free parking (EUR 10) and free water bottle (EUR 2.20) - plus the 2 ladies at reception told me that I should normally pay extra for the 45 minutes of late check-out, but they will not charge!!! So, thanks for the EUR 12.20 compensation and the free 45 minutes...!!!

Hotel is clean. Swimming pool and terrace is great. Restaurant is quite OK for the low price they charge on buffet. But of course when you order red wine, the only 3 bottles they have on stock are the 3 most expensive ones...

Will not go there again - except if other hotels are fully booked and the hotel confirms a room only on 3rd (top) floor.

Certainly not 4 star, more like 3 - it was just ok.

The accommodation was clean and the pool was ok, but the food in the evening was cold and the glasses dirty - we asked the waiter to change our glasses due to the dirt on all 4 of them and he took them away but didn't return so we went and helped ourself from another table, only for the waiter to return and shake his head with laughter.

The other thing they don't mention is that it is directly opposite a nightclub and we were woken in the early hours by some noisey antics by club gooers and local boy racers who decided to use the precint opposite as a mini kart track.

In summary, it's 'ok', but not 4 star and certainly not worth over £115 a night in our opinion.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. A little bit outside the town, 15 min walk. Beach 5 min walk. Hot breakfast not great but plenty on the cold side that's good. Didn't get to use the pool area but it looks great. Good value for money.

Kamer was wel wat verouderd. Met name het langwerpig bureau daarvan was de voorzijde de bekleding bijna helemaal eraf, de grote fauteuil zag er versleten eruit.
De zitstoelen buiten op het balkon zitten allesbehalve comfortabel.
Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het ontbijtbuffet is voortreffelijk.

Genügend gratis Parkplätze vor und hinter dem Hotel. Leider existieren keine Doppelbetten nur in den Suiten. Ansonsten sind es zusammen geschobene Betten. Strände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und erbenso mit konstenfreie Parkplätzen, egal ob in der Bucht oder beim wetläufigen Strand, direkt am Beach Palace Hotel. Wir hatten einen 22kg Hund welcher ohne Gebühren mit Reisen durfte. Beim Frühstück findet man alles was es braucht. Die Sauberkeit ist etwas bedenklich für ein 4Sterne Hotel, teils wurde das Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt.Direkt vor dem Hotel sind Einkaufssmöglichkeiten. Ansonsten c.a. 5min mit dem Auto die nächst grössere Stadt.

Salle de bain mal nettoyée(Presence de cheveux et poussiere).
Odeur de tabac froid.
Il restait une bouteille d'eau entamee dans le mini bar qui d'ailleurs n'est qu'un simple frigo vide.
Personnel peu aimable à l'exception de l'accueil.
Au petit dejeuner les assiettes et les verres etaient sales!!
Le jus d'orange imbuvable et le café limite.

Côté literie :revoir les matelas pas très confortables et manque d oreillers, ceux présents en chambre sont plutôt mous, pas de couette ds la chambre.

La habitación triple reservada no tenía el sofá preparado ni había ropa de cama para la 3a persona. El camarero del hotel muy agradable y profesional así como la recepción. En el comedor nos dirigían a una zona oscura y sórdida en vez de dejarnos elegir libremente la mesa en la zona de más luz (surrealista). La habitación cómoda y moderna. Comida y ubicación bien.

Inadmissible en étant en tout compris, on est obligé de payer sa bouteille d'eau aux repas. C'était toujours la même chose aux repas.Le soir c'était froid. On a fini par aller manger à l'extérieur. Je ne recommende pas cet établissement.

És un hotel correcte que millorant detalls de neteja i manteniment podria ser un gran hotel. Ja hi vaig estar quan era Fergus Style i continuen els mateixos defectes i virtuts ara amb Rosa dels Vents (RV).
Pros: Habitacions grans, silencioses i ben climatitzades. Aparcament fàcil.
A millorar: Neteja del WC i manteniment de l'habitació. Funcionament dels ascensors.
Negatiu: La pica del lavabo estava pràcticament obstruïda. La caixa fort no funcionava. Plats del menjador mal esbandits durant els 3 dies que hi vaig estar (segurament algun problema del rentavaixelles).

les couloirs sont très bruyants, le seuil de la salle de bain de la chambre 4009 est très endommagé, le réfrigérateur à boissons est fermé à clé et inutilisable. Enfin, le prix de 10 euros pou stationner le véhicule est prohibitif.
