Nestled on the Costa Brava's Central Coast, this beachfront hotel overlooks Palamos' charming village port, just a two-minute stroll away. Public transport is readily accessible, and Girona-Costa Brava Airport is a convenient 40 km drive.

Completely renovated in 2005, this historic hotel, originally built in 1900, offers 83 contemporary rooms equipped with modern comforts, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, such as a lobby area, safe, lift, conference facilities, a café, bar, restaurant, laundry service, and on-site parking.

Each room features two twin beds (pushed together), a well-equipped bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, internet access, a telephone, and a safe. Some rooms boast balconies or terraces with stunning sea views.

The hotel also features a swimming pool and sun deck with loungers and parasols. Guests can savor a buffet breakfast and à la carte lunch and dinner.

To reach the hotel by car, take exit 9 on the A7 motorway and follow signs for Sant Feliu de Guixols/Palamos, then the Palamos sea promenade. By train, the nearest station is Caldes de Malavella (Girona), 35 km away.

Room was clean- an old classic of a hotel- we loved the patio with the sea view. We did not eat at the hotel- we walked to an old favorite L’ Arvada.

The receptionist was initially evasive and unhelpful when asked for advice on parking. But I persisted with questions, & she offered more information and it turned out that she knew more than she had let on. E g. the parking places marked with white lines are free at certain times of the year, while the blue ones are fee-bearing.
Also, I don't remember having ordered breakfast but she informed us that all reservations come automatically with breakfast.
The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and the view that I upgraded us to was fabulous.
It was convenient to have the tourist offices close by to get info on our Costa Brava hiking routes.
We also highly recommend Can Paco for the hours, food, atmosphere, and friendly wait staff.

Disappointing

Our 3rd visit here and only stayed there as friend was having birthday lunch. The hotel is looking very tired. Nothing has been done since our visit before covid.
It is never a 4 star hotel, at best a 3 star.

Ideal location and easy parking.

Hotel is looking a bit tired. We were there 3 years ago and deckng around pool needs refurbishing. Loose boards and rough wood. Sinks in bathrooms need changing. No world service in English on television.

The Hotel & Staff we’re lovely the room size was amazing, nice big wet room shower and big bathroom.
The terrace was also a large space. The beds were very comfy.

Hotel is looking very tired. Decking area in poor condition and dangerous for children with lose boards. Telephone in room didnt work, reported but nothing done. Covid distancing didnt help matters. Idea situation for everything.

There is a very friendly feel at the hotel. The staff go out of their way to help you and provide all you need for a pleasant stay. Very comfortable room with plenty of space. Very quiet at night - and most of the daytime. Only one regret is that the eggs at breakfast were not very warm. Super Dinners though. Nice being to close to the beach and town.

Very comfortable, and overall excellent. Staff were outstanding. The only negative item to mention was that our room (112) was next to the road and we had trucks throughout the night and early morning. I think this was hands down the nicest hotel in Palamós!

2nd time back and will NOT be the last!

Staff are lovely and hotel has a great vibe to it. As already mentioned 2nd time back and will not be the last. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortably appointed. Huge comfortable bed and if you have a balcony with sea view its great. You get to see the mountains in the background, then the sea, the beach and finally the more that adequate pool set in the beautiful surroundings. Its a lovely relaxing atmosphere really well decorated with a mixture of beach and possibly Parisian chic. The breakfast is delish and a good selection,

Lovely hotel on the beach

We booked this hotel because our daughter was playing water polo across the beach. It was extremely convenient, was definitely comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Oh, and the breakfast was wonderful!!

Well located Hotel with excellent service

My wife and I as well as my brother and sister in law spend six nights at the Trias and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is next to a great beach and it has an outdoor swimming pool with very comfortable lounge chairs with a thick mattress. The bar by the pool was very convenient and we had lunch there every day.It is located next to the fish market and many wonderful restaurants. We had seafood almost at every meal.Palamos is a great place to stay for a vacation

Location, location, location

What more? On the sea front, views over the marina & med, 5 mins to the old town. With 2 kms of promenade, the GR92 to north & south and local paths inland Palamos has all you need out of season. Plenty of local restaurants open, although the Trias' restaurant was excellent. Staff wre superb & all facilities.

Sea side hotel

A beautiful hotel. The interior design really nice, white and clean but kept the feeling of the age of the building and the sense of a sea side hotel. The room was spacious and bathroom excellent with a separate door for the wc. Lovely balcony with view over the beach and harbour. There were no mini bar and the only complaint we had was that the pillows where too hard. When we told the lovely receptionist, she thanked us for this observation and would bring it to management. The breakfast was really nice too. We will definitely go back if visitin Palamos again.

Lacking attention to client experience

The hotel is ok and I consider a 3 star; however, when we checked in they omitted to tell us that breakfast was included and check out time being at 12:00. When we were checking out we mentioned this to the front desk clerk and her response was\" you should of asked us\" really , really, I was not impressed.

Prolongué mi estancia (Late check out, 15 € adicionales) hasta las 14 h, sobre la marcha, para disfrutar un buen almuerzo incluido en la media pensión.

Het hotel heeft grote kamers, maar alles is beetje gedateerd. Zwembad is oke, lekker om even af te koelen. Helaas is handdoeken leggen hier geoorloofd. Ontbijt is prima, maar ook hier geldt dat het net niet helemaal is. Voor Palamós aan de andere kant, is dit een heel goed hotel, want de rest is allemaal massa toerisme appartementen. Keuze in restaurants is oke, wel goed kijken, want Olivia is werkelijk geen aanrader

Ce n'était pas le bon moment

Je pense que la douche n'est pas faite pour une femme, pomme de douche en hauteur et presque à ras du mur, on se mouille les cheveux automatiquement. Les ferrures de volet restées dans les angles de la baie vitrées peuvent blesser si on s'accroche après(je me suis éraflé le bras); la chambre superbe de surface est toute en bois , les murs, le sol en large planches non jointées, nous a provoqué une allergie, peut être à la poussière , bien que faite tous les jours et linge changé tous les jours, à tel point que nous avons mis fin à notre séjour un jour avant.
Par contre le service restauration est superbe c'est digne du \"Grand Restaurant\", un personnel extra , un service impeccable , une propreté irréprochable et une cuisine toute en saveur et en quantité . Bravo

Het was boven verwachting een goed hotel. Vriendelijke bediening. En meteen actie op verzoek. Alleen buiten parkeren in de blauwe vakken een voete terwijl v a de 15e pas betaald parkeren is. Nou ja die 50 euro noete maar voor 4 dagen parkeergeld zien. Lekker aan boulevard en goede uitgangswefen. Alleen hotel moet hier en daar een likje verfje weer.

Depuis mon dernier séjour il y a 2 ans cet hôtel a énormément baissé dans ses prestations.Pas de kleenex, savon ou autres objets d'accueil dans la salle de bains, pas de flexible de douche, chauffage bloqué.Petits déjeuners, insipides et de médiocre qualité.Bar réduit dans les prestations.Tout est fait à l'économie, style hôtel de groupe bon marché,pas digne de ses étoiles.La direction a changé et ça se ressent fortement.

Me gustó la situación. Quitando eso no es un 4 estrellas ni de lejos. al hacer el Check-in tienes que hacer ya el check out pues te cobran en ese mismo instante la estancia. (Nunca me había pasado) Reservamos dos habitaciones con vistas a la piscina, y una de ellas daba a un ciprés y a dos toldos de tejados de restaurantes, y solo se veía una fina línea de una esquina de la piscina. Al pedir que nos cambiasen de habitación, nos dijeron que estaban completos, y que teníamos una terraza a cambio. Pero no habíamos contratado una terraza, que encima era súper indiscreta porque te veían de todas las partes, y que nos podrían cambiar a otra habitación al dia siguiente, ¡CON COSTE AÑADIDO!. ¿no saben gestionar sus stocks? Hicimos la reserva alrededor de 15 días antes.
El soporte de la ducha estaba roto y tenías que sujetarla con la mano. El buffet muy justo.
La colchoneta del sofá de terraza de habitación, ni sentarnos ¡de cómo estaba!
El hotel luce poco porque está viejísimo. Pide una reforma urgente.
En fín. Decepcionados porque nos sentimos estafados.
No lo recomiendo. Si vais, que no os vendan la 104 con vistas a piscina a ese precio.

Hôtel très bien situé à deux pas du centre et vue sur la baie en fonction des chambres. Personnel extrêmement aimable et souriant. Literie très confortable. Restaurant très correct et agréable. Seul petit bémol, le pommeau de douche est fixe. Pas grave j’ai réclamé un bonnet de bain. Très bonne qualité du linge de bain également. Bon séjour comme d’habitude
