I didn’t like the way the daytime staff in the souvenir shop followed me around asking repeatedly if I wanted to buy something. I was clearly only there to make a purchase however I was simply browsing. It caused me to leave without buying anything. I did come back in the evening shift and they were much more pleasant.

Amazing trip as usual everyone is so kind and helpful amazing rooms pool and beach. Addition of kids water slides since our last visit - our kids had so much fun!!!!!!!! The main beach accessibility to pool and buffet etc but sunset cove is the hidden gem if you can find it. The entertainment team is amazing special shout out to Asheen who loved my kids and took such great care of them they are still talking about him!!!! Ashley at front desk obsessed with her she brought my kids little trinkets and jamaican coins to take home. Okeefe the bell hop our first interaction and such a great guy i could go on and on!!!

The food was incredible. So many choices of restaurants and the buffets were great. The pool was amazing. The beach areas were clean and there was plenty of shade and lounging chairs. Room we were assigned smelled damp, was dark, had stained pillows and no natural light. We woke up on day 1 to a large roach in the bathroom. The front desk was advised and Shanice from guest relations was very sympathetic and kind. An upgrade was not offered, but we were switched to a different room by the end of the day. The bellman was to come help with the relocation before dinner however, and did not show up. We waited over 2 hours, ultimately missing our dinner reservation and no one came. We went back up to the front desk as we were getting nowhere via email, phone or text and they were able to assist with getting someone to show us to our new room. They did however fail to activate our wristbands to the new room number, so back to the front desk we had to go. Overall, the day and night was wasted which was unfortunate as we were celebrating a birthday .

The grounds are kept clean, everyone was friendly and nice. The jerk hut was really good after a nice swim. They had hookah for purchase if that’s your thing. Not a party hotel like the Riu, but if you’re looking for calm, this would definitely work.

Staying at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was a great and grand experience! All of the employees were very nice, welcoming, professional, and overall the resort was simply beautiful and amazing! The food was superb, delicious, and amazingly great! I would recommend anyone to reside at the Grand Palladium if they are going to visit Jamaica!

We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property. The hotel itself is in condition, and the staff were consistently wonderful and helpful throughout our visit.

My only complaints are that the breakfast menu is repetitive and the excursion desks was problematic. Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies.\" We ended up losing about $250.USD. they refused us a refund

Wonderful staff - too many times to mention individually! The bar, restaurant and entertainment staff very helpful, accommodating and gave service with a smile.

The dedicated guest relations team for Expedia customers was excellent with booking à la carte restaurants, arranging special requests, ensuring we got a ground floor room, and resolving one small issue.

Bar in Miss Lou's coffee shop is hidden gem.

Chef Jason in Sumptuori was amazing on the hibachi table and also made us a delicious off the menu sushi platter on our second time at Sumptuori.

The landscaping staff will do their best to get you fresh coconut.

The property is on a huge site with something to do for every age group.

Yes the hotel suffered some damage from the hurricane and repairs are being undertaken but that didn't interfere or spoil our holiday.

The downsides of this hotel are as follows: Staff inconsistencies meaning every staff have something different to say, food was not so good not much varieties. Y'all need to have more jerk spot base on the size of the property. Entering the villa was smelly, they could place some nice air freshners on the stairways. We could sense that this hotel need structure, hence workers inconsistent behaviors. Overall, its a nice place but need to be re-managed.

The property on the Lady Hamilton side is very nice and there are tons of amenities and the beach is very close by. The rooms are large and a bit dated, but they do the job. The only drawback I would say with this resort is that the staff don't seem to be aware of a lot of what's happening and they don't inform you of the different amenities that are available to you so we found out a lot of things towards the end of our trip. On check-in we did not get the information regarding the hotel amenities so we had no idea about the jerk hut on the other beach and the fact that you have to make reservations before 3 o'clock. It's just really hard to navigate the hotel because it is so large and without help you kinda have to figure it out yourself. Also, the shower and cold water was not working for most of the trip, which was ridiculous and that made it very hard to get ready so I don't think that this is a five star hotel they should be a 3 1/2 or maybe 4 star and they should not be charging the price they charge because there is a lot of things that they are lacking. Overall, I do not want to stay here again because I just did not get my moneys worth.

Nothing was liked and nothing was good about this resort. Our family left the resort after 1 day due to the lack of hospitality and quality of anything on the resort. Also they did everything in their power to add additional fees room change, keeping room close together all normal request that we requested prior to check in but I would NEVER EVER visit this resort again. Supposedly we are supposed to get refunded but I highly doubt they will complete the refund process.

This resort was beautiful! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC in our building, and they were gracious enough to move rooms for the night, then back to our original room the following morning. Overall it was an amazing trip for our honeymoon/first anniversary. We will be returning to this resort in the future

Everything went pretty well. Only area for improvement is the response time to room requests and there was a bit of the run around when trying to schedule an appointment for my daughter's hair. I would recommend this resort to someone on a 4-star level, since I am not quite sure it rises to the 5-star level quality service one might expect. Likely wouldn't return.

When we arrived we were told that the room was ready. However, we get to the room and the maintenance man was Inside with the door open, the floor was wet and it reeked a mildew smell. Tried to air it out but the air wasn’t helping. Went to open the balcony room door and it had what appeared to be some type of red sauce on and near the handle so it wasn’t cleaned of the prior people’s germs. First off I'll say I understand that the island experienced a horrific ordeal with hurricane Melissa and the aftermath stoand continue to heal.... However the condition of the room cleanliness had nothing to do with the storm... There was thick dust everywhere... My roommate and I coughed and hacked the entire time we were visiting the property if we weren't out on the patio or out doors,.. the shower floors weren't clean the walls had someone else's strands of hair sure wasn't mine my hair is locs as is the other guest.... The mattress was like a hospital mattress it was plastic which made me sweat very irritating trying to get a comfortable rest... It just didn't happen the entire 3-day stay it was quite miserable.. I am happy to report that there was a great spa on the grounds that that had a very superb masseuse by the name of Stephanie and she gave the perfect dress we're leaving massage that took away so much of that anxiety that was called by the three-day stay thank you Stephanie and I enjoyed the spa offerings however there were no smoothies as advertised there was no fruit juices as advertised there was not even any lemon water offered during the wellness water experience side.... just the pools..Id ask and they kept saying \" 🇯🇲 don't worry yourself\", \" soon come\".... Never heard a blender never seen an ice cube..no fruit.... Now coffee Bristol niiccee adorable snacks must visit especially after trying to sleep on one of those beds and coughing u

I would not recommend this property. They are currently under construction in the main reception area. Our room was just ok, the sink was stopped up and it took 3 calls to the front desk to have someone come and fix it. Also a light fixture fell off the wall and almost hit my son in the head. We also lost power on our first night there-which also took several calls to the front desk before it was addressed. The food was just ok but expected more from a so called quality resort.

Ate at Mobay buffet several times while on vacation. I must compliment the chef down to the waiters and waitresses. On some of those occasions we were served by Odain and Shante and couldn’t have had any better service. Wonderful dining experiences. I stayed at Lady Hamilton room 2721 and cannot complain about the cleaning she did in my room. Satisfied the whole experience was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. Our second time staying at this property. The staff is extremely helpful and appreciative of their guests. We love having three different beach options all perfect for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling. The largest pool in the Caribbean doesn't disappoint. Fun daily activities and nightly entertainment are top notch. Food and drinks were excellent. Our first trip we stayed in a beachfront bungalow, this time we were closer to the restaurants and lobby and we were very close to the pool and beach. Nearly 6 months after the hurricane there was still alot of the construction going on but nothing that effected anything. I would highly recommend for couples,(Lady Hamilton side) and a side for families. One love.

The property is absolutely beautiful and clean. Our villa was also very tidy and lovely. The only issue within the room was that the air conditioning unit dripped a bit and there were some issues with opening the screen door because it was off track. Other than that, the room was everything I expected.

Food was delicious and there are many options for every palatte. If you love variety- you will love all of you choices. You will need to make reservations for the ala carte reservations so I recommend booking reservations as early as possible and/or offering to asisst new guest with bookings upon check in.

Amenities - there are alot of options for guests to enjoy.

The room was actually cleaner the day after we arrived than it was on the day we checked in, which was disappointing and not the standard we expected.

The television in our room also did not work the entire stay. We reported the issue to the service desk several times each day, but an IT technician didn’t come until the night before we checked out. When you book a room, you expect the amenities to work.

We were told they tried to call us, but we shouldn’t have to stay in the room all day waiting for maintenance while we’re on vacation. We should be able to enjoy the beach and the resort, not sit around waiting for someone to fix a television.

At night we like to relax and watch local shows after a long day, and unfortunately we didn’t get to do that during our stay. Overall, it was frustrating and not the experience we expected.

Even though I paid more for a beachside junior suite upon arrival to the property I was informed I would be issued a garden view and beachside does not mean you will be able to see the water just that the room faces that direction.

I also requested my two rooms be connecting or close to each other instead they booked us into two separate villas over 100 yards from each other. To correct the staff worked overnight to find us two rooms next to each other in the same villa. However, it required I move out of my room by 11am and was not able to move into the other room until 10pm. That's almost 12 hours without a room and all of us crammed into one room.

Rooms were not cleaned instead they were just tidied up. The first room we checked into still had a razor and soap in the shower. Daily our room was straightened up but not cleaned. The baby had an accident on the bed, instead of changing the cover they flipped it over. I really tried to give them grace given our stay was only 6 months following a major hurricane.

They charged us full price but only gave us half service. Property is not handicap or elderly friendly, no elevators, long walks to restaurants or rooms, golf carts seem to only run to move luggage of guests checking in/out. Food was subpar, there is a disconnect between concierge and the restaurants, 4 out of 5 days my dinner reservations were wrong. JUST A BAD TIME!! Do not waste your money.

Dear Hotel Manager,

I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The tv in the room was not working, and the refrigerator was also not working. I reported these problems, but they were not fixed.

Most importantly, I have a handicapped son, and I specifically requested an accessible room. When we arrived, we were not given an accessible room, which made our stay very difficult and uncomfortable.

There is nothing 5 star about this property. Is an old old old property that needs major renovation. It was one problem after another, rooms smell of mildew and bleach. And management expects you to stay in that. We didn’t get our room until 10 pm after checking at 3 pm.They will not compensate for all the inconvenience we experienced.
The safe didn’t work, the phone, sink drain, I could go on & on. Pay more & stay elsewhere.

I had bilateral knee surgery and to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner was too much walking. Each time we phoned for a trolly it never came so we start walking.

I apparently accidentally booked my room with just one adult and because it was all exclusive. They said we couldn’t check in. My room in a suite on the ocean front for a very reasonable rate. They said to add my husband to the room that I already paid for, he had to pay 3 times the amount since it was last minute. I understand that it is all inclusive, but the charge should have been half of what I paid, not three times the amount. It took 2 hours to check in and we had to just book another room. Then we couldn't get a reservation for dinner as they shut that off at 3:30pm and you must be check in to make a reservation. The food ended up being overcooked and took a long time. Cannot recommend this place.

1. Staff were extremely pushy about upgrading to signature level and completing their “surveys”. We were harassed daily by them about this
2. Food overall was terrible. Limited selection, challenging to get reservations. We were sick on multiple occasions from the food.
3. The pool was very cold.
4. Beach areas are not as advertised.
5. House keeping did just an OK job, multiple days they forgot to restock towels. We then waited 1+ hours for staff to deliver these.
6. Overall upkeep of resort buildings was poor.

The room was great, everything was super clean, the staff is super friendly and the hotel has some amazing beaches! All they need is more bar tenders, but that's a minor inconvenience. Overall is a great resort

We arrived first room, shower was moldy and safe was broken. We then upgraded to ocean view, but they did not receive our confirmation from Expedia, so they keep us waiting, even though I had the copy of the email. Ruined are whole day. After my wife lost it, they gave us a room. The air conditioning was broken, the safe was locked, two pillows for three guests, two toweled also, no drinks in the fridge. This went on all night, constant knocking at the door to supply these items. The AC needed to be taken apart, so it took 24 hrs to fix. Besides that are day three everything kind of got fixed. Now I lost two days of my vacation.
