The nearest parking is 8 minutes away. You can drag your bag from the parking lot, or park illegally and hurry in and check in and hope the police have overlooked where you parked. You cannot control the AC from your room, you have to ask (I asked twice) the front desk adjust it.

It's an ok staying for a couple of days (the breakfast was absolutely excellent), but I would not stay long.
Our room was ridiculously small, the air conditioning was not working and the shower door falling apart.
I'm native from Vicenza but live abroad, so I got a room here because I needed to be in the city for a couple of days, but I think the rooms are just too small and realistically the parking is expensive in the center, so if you are planning on staying longer and use it as a Base, I would go further out...
The staff was lovely though and really accommodating, although they are not always onsite

What a great location…right on the Main Street through the old town. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a gorgeous shower room. Breakfast was a varied buffet and the breakfast room was bright and airy.

The property is in the centre of Vicenza. Most, if not all areas of interest are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel rooms are adequate, in my case, for two people, clean with coffee or tea making facilities. ( it could do with a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc.. Breakfast was abundant with a very good selection of savoury and sweet fare.

Great location. Clean and updated facilities. Was able to provide us with umbrellas in the rain. However the heat was on blast in our room and we had to ask multiple times to turn things off with no avail. Also not staff on site 24 hours.

Lovely hotel! The girl at the reception was well-prepared, nice and friendly. Location couldn’t be any better, in the city centre, close to piazza dei Signori and 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The room was spacious and very clean. To be fair the hotel is undergoing renovations. The new bathrooms are beautiful but the room is very small with a double bed in it. Not much room for a suitcase. It took me 3 tries with two different key cards to get the lights to come on. No outlets by the bed for charging. The built in lights by the bed were way too bright and the switch by the bed turned them off and the overhead light back on so not of much use. The breakfast was very nice assortment of foods. I enjoyed it. Overall a nice place to stay.

You can see what this hotel aspires to be but it did not fulfil they “hype”. Air con didn’t work well in the room. The luxury shower was a typical hotel shower. Breakfast was rather poor and overall the place needs to be improved to match the description and be called a spa hotel.

Not a spa or wellness hotel, but overall ok

The hotel is well located, has nice, relatively spacious rooms, a good breakfast and is overall good value for money. This in itself would make it worth staying there. What I cannot understand is why they advertise themselves as a spa and wellness hotel; they have no pool, massage or beautician services and the so-called “private spa” style s a small top floor apartment with a sauna, a color shower and put on a small terrace, a jacuzzi. We booked 90 minutes at EUR 29, but the sauna stopped working after 5 minutes, and the jacuzzi wasn’t clean. We tried contacting someone from the reception but as there was no answer, we simply left. We asked for a refund the next day and was told we had to write an email for the “manager to decide”. Not surprisingly, we have not heard a word until today and no refund has been received. It was a very disappointing end to an otherwise nice stay in a lovely city.

Very central, but parking is at about 10 minutes walking distance and cheap (1 euro for all the night).
You cannot stop closely to the hotel to descharge the luggage.
A very old building nicely restored.

Location is great! Rooms are clean and a nice size for 2 adults. Only had a minor issue. Housekeeping took our 2nd blankets and bath towels during the daily service. Prior to departing for the day we asked to ensure they are replaced however, upon return they were not there. Unfortunately the staff was gone for the night so, we did not have the 2nd blanket nor fresh bath towels.

An asset for Vicenza center. An amazing renovation of a palazzo. Do not book balcony rooms with city view. Balcony is a one foot ledge and overlooks the courtyard. I called hotels.com Gold line and Lance solved the issue. Hotel is very service oriented and great professional people. Even though it is a new hotel; everything worked.

Leider bekamen wir nicht das 3-Bett Zimmer mit Stadtblick, wie wir gebucht hatten. Stattdessen wollte man uns ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Zustell-Stockbett für Kinder mut Blick auf einen kleinen, unschönen Innenhof geben. Es dauerte leider 1Std, bis wir, nachdem ich mich hartnäckig beschwert hatte, ein anderes Zimmer mit einzelnen Betten bekamen. Allerdings wieder mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Als Ausgleich verlangte ich 1,5Std Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs für umsonst. Proaktiv wurde uns leider keine Entschädigung angeboten. Es war sehr stressig, vor allem für meine 73-jährige Mutter. Die Dame am Empfang war leider nicht sehr professionell und wirkte auch eher unmotiviert, die Situation zu lösen. Schade. Das Hotel an sich ist schön und ideal gelegen, das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch super. Leider entsprechen die Beschreibungen auf Expedia nur eben nicht der Realität. Für den Wellnessbereich muss man auch extra zahlen.

Otima localização, próximo ao centro histórico, mas nao distante da estacao de trem. Chuveiiro, cama , confoto otimos , meu quarto era pequeno , mas nao comprometeu nossa permanencia de 1 noite. Banheiro com bom tamanho. Cafe da manha bom , equipe do café muito atenciosa . Necessitando de yogurte sem lactose por exemplo foi imediatamemte providenciado. Espaço para guardar bagagem bom , e mesmo sem recepção 24 horas facil acesso ao hotel após horario obde portas foram fechadas.

El hotel dice que cuenta con estacionamiento disponible pero no es así, solo te recomiendan los estacionamientos públicos que están cerca. La llave del cuarto no servía y fue un relajo, al final pudimos abrir pero se atoraba cada que queríamos entrar. El día del check-out llegó la señora de limpieza a gritarnos antes de tiempo que ya nos saliéramos porque iba a limpiar.

Fuera de eso, el desayuno muy rico y completo y la persona que nos atendió en el desayuno fue muy amable.

Quizá se pueda mejorar la experiencia...

Grupo de amigos arquitectos viajando a Vicenza. Solicitamos habitaciones de un determinado rango. Nos la dieron de un standard inferior. En tanto que los turnos de servicio de habitaciones están condicionados a la disponibilidad del personal... tuvimos que quedarnos en la habitación que nos asignaron inicialmente... y cambiarnos a la noche siguiente. Cuando solicitamos una interlocución de calidad nos respondieron que lo habíamos contratado con Booking, quien a su vez lo contrataba a una gestora de alojamientos que era quien finalmente podía tener interlocución con el personal del hotel. Por cierto: personal maravilloso, y supersimpático, que debía consultar con móviles y telefonillos para poder resolver. El hecho cierto es que nuestras habitaciones, value for the money, no fueron las que disfrutamos. E incluso servicios del hotel como el spa, incluídos en el pago de la habitación, no pudimos disfrutarlo: nos ofrecían un jacuzzi exterior, a las 20:30 de la noche.
Con toda nuestra mejor predisposición hacia la belleza de Vicenza, y nuestro entusiasta estado de ánimo... una experiencia muy distinta a lo que planeamos. Creo que los gestores del hotel debieran hacer una reflexión... quizá más personal pueda optimizar su propuesta. O, quizá, deberían de tener los medios para resolver incidencias legítimas de los viajeros... Gracias.

Wij moesten bijkomen van het camping leven, en hadden erg veel behoefte aan een normaal bed en een fijne schone douche.
Dit heeft het hotel ons zeker geboden.
Het was de beste nacht van de vakantie en het stadje Vicenza is geweldig. Leuk \"nacht\"leven!
Als ik hier nog een keer heen ga dan zou ik dit hotel zeker nog een keer boeken.
Het ontbijt was wel wat minder, maar dat heeft met smaak te maken.
Een ander zou het misschien fantastisch vinden.

Wir waren mit den Rädern unterwegs und haben ein Zimmer online gebucht. Hotel sieht online besser aus als in echt. Wir konnten bzw durfte die Räder nicht aufs Zimmer nehmen. Mussten sie in einen engen Raum hinter dem Lift platzieren, wo noch Gerümpel drin stand. Es wurden noch zwei weitere Räder hinein gequetscht, die zum Glück einen Ständer hatten und nicht angelehnt werden mussten.
Zimmer wurde zwar renoviert, aber billig. Laminat hat schon Risse und Spalten. Sehr eng.
Personal freundlich, Frühstück war ok. Lage super, mitten in der Stadt.
