Too dark throughout hotel. The bathroom door was all glass and didn’t provide any seal for privacy or noise. Far too few electrical outlets (2 in room area, zero in bathroom). No USBs anywhere. No ice machine accessible to guests, so staff had to fetch ice if needed. Toilet brush missing or not provided. Glass sink was stylish but not really practical. Tilted windows work better, and there was no window screen to prevent mosquitoes.

I needed to book a room at AC Hotel Vicenza for a friend, who is a war refugee, and needed to work with the staff on arranging payment and logistics from overseas. I was very pleased how helpful the staff was. And my friend absolutely loved this hotel. If I get to visit Vicenza myself sometime, I will book there again.

Check your promised room features.

Friendly staff, their manager didnt care to wear mask though. Our room did not have the promised bathroom or tv size. The excuse was that it was a wheelchair friendly room. And to me thats no excuse,- they could at least have notified us before the stay.
The room was ICE cold and we had to argue two days with the staff before we got to borrow a tiny stinky noisy heater. In tge meantime we had already been out to buy extra blankets ourselves.
Very disappointed to be fair.

On one occasion it appears that the cleaning staff did not complete their cleaning in my room. I arrived with the hotel toiletries strewed across the bath tub. No new towels or toiletries. I had to call the reception desk to bring me replacements.

Also, the vent above the shower is gross. It needs to be wiped. It appears to be growing mold or something

Finally when I first arrived, I found that my blanket had a foul smell. I had to call the reception desk again for replacement. The gentleman working at reception made my stay much better. If it weren't for him, I would stay somewhere else as he was able to remedy all my issues quickly and sweetly.

Short stay, but it was nice. They have a Friendly staff and a mini bar in your room. A little warm sometimes because they shut off the A/C during fall season, I think it has to do with city regulation. My overall stay was ok. i will come back again.. this hotel also offers breakfast, if you have not had euro breakfast, I highly recommend that you try them. im sure you will like them. Thank You!!

Great Hotel and Location, Friendly staff.

However there was no means to acquire any coffee from the restaurant close till shortly after 7am does not work well in a business environment....... no means to even boil water in your room for instant coffee. I recommend a coffee maker or at the very least an electric tea pot to boil water and maybe provide 1 or 2 coffee packs for the customer... i work late into the night and then get up early while i am on travel so without my coffee it makes it difficult to maintain the alert status i need to complete my work. outside of that this hotel is a good hotel but not yet at the great level.

Great place and value!

Great place to stay. Staff was very nice, room was more than adequate and very nice amenities. Rooms/lifts in Europe are always smaller than in the US but that's never a problem for me. Only downside was that there was no hotel bar - but there is a nice spot right across the street.

Stayed here For 4 Days, room rate good but over priced breakfast, dinner & bar area. The room was clean but extremely small. No dresser for clothes, we practically had to live out of our luggage. Staff was helpful but this is not a Marriott even if it has the name.

Restaurant service was horrible. Their hours were unclear but somehow it was never when I wanted them to be open. Bathroom design was awkward, and despite reading that they had a laundry room, they do not. It was very clean.

Pleasant hotel and staff but on a busy road

We had a pleasant stay of two nights. We booked the highest level room because it wasn't much more expensive than the slightly lower grade room. We were very pleased when we checked in. Despite the bed being very comfortable, because we were there in late-March, the room and hallways were much too warm. Since it was between seasons, the hotel hadn't enabled air conditioning and the built-in fan just circulated warm air. Maybe there was central heating still on. Opening the window brought cooler air, but the road in front of the hotel was quite busy and additionally, there is a nightclub next to the hotel which we could hear. The next evening, we asked if they had a fan. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. She found one and also offered to move our room to the back of the hotel where it was much quieter and where we could keep the window open. The room was a lower standard room, smaller and without some of the perks of the more expensive room, but we slept much better.

Breakfast was pleasant with several different types of meat, cheese, breads, and juices on offer. The coffee, as another review pointed out, could definitely be better though.

V Good Quality for cost

Quality and facilities what was expected from AC by Marriott. Higher end finish to rooms a and parking a plenty. Although slightly out of town it is easy to find and if you don't wish to drive into town the no 14 bus stops right outside and goes direct to the train station.

My girlfriend and I stayed two nights in a row and the first night was very peaceful and wonderful. Our second night was extremely noisey, the cleaning staff in the morning was extremely loud and very early in the morning. Other than that it was a clean safe modern stay

You can hear everything from the other rooms, staff not helpful, location terrible, taxy very expensive. Right beside a major highway, so busy that you risk your life to go accross to a nearby restaurant. I will not be back again.

This hotel was a quite nice one. It is outside of town center and the surroundings is not the best, but the hotel itself was excellent! We got a very spacious room with a huge king sized bed. The room itself was very modern, but little bit \"too grey\" for us, however it was perfect for one night.

Great hotel. Restaurant was fantastic with a 4-course menu for €29 that was fantastic (in the UK it would have cost twice as much) If i need to be critical, not having free wifi at least on the communal areas was a bit of a disappointment...

I was so disappointed with this Marriott affiliated hotel. I have stayed in many Marriott hotels and I think that any Marriott employee would be embarrassed by this place. No air conditioning made it unbearable to sleep. The Mosquitos and very loud street noise made opening the window impossible. Not one employee wore a name tag and they were never at the desk, available to help. Coffee? Not in the room, not in the lobby, this is Italy, complimentary coffee and brioche should always be available. The only positive was that the room was cleaned well.

It was my first stay at AC vicenza. The hotel is at a good location for me when I visits the vicenaoro fiera. However, for the price I paid, there were no essentials in the rooms. very disappointing. Most of the hotels I stayed are cheaper but at least have speedy kettle. I remembers my first stay at AC Arezzo 2008, the AC hotel gave me a very good impression. that is why I decided to stay this time at AC. Breakfast was not fantastic . Also WFi has to pay. Other hotels in the lobby is free . However, the service staff are very warm. The housekeeping staff are very good. Keep it up. I also realised that there is a golf course nearby the hotel. If I am there for golfing, I will definitely consider The AC. Overall, it a nice hotel,

Hotel was very clean and friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Service was excellent. Hotel parking lot is ackward and uninviting. Parking gate is not easy to understand and often clients had to get out of their car and walk in to the hotel to ask them to raise the device because instructions were unclear. It was fine once you understood operation. Very difficult to exit to the main road because of trees and bushes that create a very blind exit.

Rooms were large and very clean More variety in the breakfast selection would be nice. The women employees were very helpful and friendly. The men seemed \" too professional and not as warm\". The round soap in the bathroom in the shape and size of a golf ball was hard to use. The hotel is fine if you wanted easy access to the AutoStrada. The place is located in an industrial area and thus you are limited in restaurant selection within the area. You would need a car or bus if you wanted to get to the key tourist sites. Good food at the restaurant but a bit too pricey.

Odd location

This is clearly a business hotel. The advantage of this is that it was a high quality place, and very reasonably priced for our weekend stay. Our room was excellent. However, the location is not good. It's around 4km from the city centre, and not in a great area. However, if you have a car (as we did) you can drive into town quite easily, and the parking is not expensive. There didn't seem to be any restaurants within walking distance, so we stuck to the hotel restaurant, which was of a good standard.

Free coffeebar was closed during opening hours restaurant. No bar in hotel. Overall the coffeebar was not supplied enough during opening hours (no cups etc.). The bed was terrific, never slept better, and the rooms were very clean and kept clean during our stay.

Great Hotel in Vicenza

We stayed here for three nights to attend a conference and we were extremely pleased and suprised by the hotel. I have stayed in Vicenza several times and have come to expect not so nice hotels. The AC Vicenza is definately an exception. Great rooms, great staff and some unbelievably good Trattoria's within 5 KM.

The AC Hotel Vincenza is a new built modern hotel. The hotel serve food in the evenings, and breakfast is of good quality. The rooms are comfortable with individually controlled a/c. the hotel is not in the centre of Vincenza so a car is necessary

Als besonders gut habe ich den Spa Bereich empfunden.

Das Essen war nicht so toll und gerade der Kaffee beim Frühstück war ekelhaft.
Das Abendessen ist bis 21.00 Uhr möglich. 19.30 Uhr gab es bereits die ersten Speisen nicht mehr und die Kellner haben laut für das Frühstück umgeräumt. Nicht sehr gastfreundlich.

Das Zimmer hat komisch gerochen.

Marriott égal à eux même.

Chambre moderne, propre.
Mais impossible de régler la température. Il faisait vraiment trop chaud dans la chambre et cette habitude de surchauffer est désagréable (économie d’énergie à l’heure de l’urgence climatique).
Paroi de la baignoire assez fine.
Et comme ds tous les Marriott : le livre des mormons déposé dans la chambre. Inacceptable.
