Uncomfortable, run down motel

I paid around 300 euros a night and for that I should have the whole floor of this antique motel. It’s a rundown place with temporary, make-shift furniture and extremely bad furnishings. The management is exploitative. The breakfast spread is very limited. It’s very far from the city centre and other places of interest.

Alfa Stay

The hotel is pretty far from the train station and there isn't anything nearby, as far as restaurants and such. Ok if you have a car but not if you are vacationing without. Concierge was excellent but the location wasn't desirable.

Clean and super basic

Stayed here for over a week on business. The hotel pictures are true to the hotel but the pictures do look much better than the actual hotel as it has aged and needs an update. This hotel is also used for Asian bus company tours. So get used to very large crowds arriving late and leaving early - noise! One night I counted 5 tour buses in the parking lot. The rooms are clean as is the bathroom...just not anything to get excited about. Had to ask for the AC to be turned on and it did not work. Asked for help and was told to stay the night and see in the morning if it was ok. Then they would have it checked out by a tech. The next day it was fixed. I think a new room would have made more sense instead of making me wait.

If you are dependent on Internet and electricity this is not a hotel for you. For five nights the internet stopped working and for two nights there were power failures. The hotel staff advised they are looking for new internet but who knows when or if that will happen.

Breakfast was a little under the international standard. Cold boiled eggs, cold cuts, fresh and canned fruit, one cheers (Swiss) toast and rolls. Luckily the coffee was great!

Oh lastly there's a strip club and disco next door. I guess that can be either a good thing or a bad.

Honestry speaking, when I got to the Alfa Fiea Hotel, the first staff we met, wasn't nice and doesn't have a customer service attitude in him to welcome customers making them to have good impression on the hotel.
When we got into the hotel room, OMG it wasn't what I expected or bargain for. I personally requested queen size and single bed. No I didn't get that. Secondly, went into the bathroom, no the so called jett tub that really attracted me to choose Alfa Fiera, not even functioning. I informed the staff about it. Though tried but when I came back from a nite out, I couldn't use the jett tub.Cos, it's gone bad again. I gave up the fight constantly asking to fix one thing or another. I just waited for my four nite to finish.So, I will not recommend Alfa Fiera Hotel for anyone. Cos it's a very bad experience for me and my Son.

Great staff, clean hotel

The hotel is in a more industrial area of Vicenza. The staff was wonderful and even helped us order dinner to be delivered because we do not speak Italian. The room was clean, but the beds were a little hard. I liked that breakfast was included. There was a nice selection. Overall it was a good stay and accessible to everything.

The hotel is in some sort of an industrial suburb. However, if all you need is to spend the night and drive on (which is just what we needed), then you might as well take advantage of a very reasonable rate.

Not next to town, but certainly not too far.

I was hesitant about booking the hotel based on reviews regarding the noise that can sometimes hinder your sleep at night. We had no such problems and much enjoyed our stay. The hotel isn't located quite in the heart of Salzburg, but so long as you have some good walking shoes and are up for a 45 minute walk, you can see all the sites. We would stay there again.

Good Hotel, bad location.

Good hotel with great service, customer service was outstanding.
Only negative is that it is in the convention area, there is nothing within walking distance except businesses, no restaurants, shops or anything remotely tourist oriented. If you're going to a Convention in Vicenza, or you want to stay far away from the town center this your place to stay at.

L'albergo appare moderno e ristrutturato in ogni sua parte. Le camere sono pulite con bagno autonomo e completo di tutto. Il bagno era pulitissimo, spazioso, con doccia e sanitari modernamente rifatti. Il parcheggio è gratuito. Una sola pecca: il letto matrimoniale era alla francese e, quindi, maledettamente inadeguato per una coppia con un bimbo di 6 mesi al seguito. Infatti, il piccolo ha trovato posto al centro del letto e noi genitori siamo stati costretti a dormire ai margini del letto. Eppure, alla reception era ben evidente che fossimo una coppia con bimbo al seguito. Forse in tutta la struttura non vi era un letto matrimoniale all'italiana? Morale della favola: abbiamo dormito male e addirittura io stesso sono caduto dal letto rivelatosi di dimensioni insufficienti per contenere 3 persone.

pratico ,pulito, personale gentile, colazione buona, a due passi dalla zona fiera.unica pecca è stata la cena un disastro il servizio è stato passato come catering in realtà era roba scongelata in micronde al momento, il problema che pur avendo ordinato la cena via mail due giorni prima ,al nostro arrivo non avevano nemmeno quanto prenotato e nemmeno le alternative ,non eravamo stati avvisati se non appena seduti del mancato ordine,cosi siamo stati costretti a mangiare quello che era rimasto .tempi d attesa lunghissimi imbarazzo da parte del personale quando viene a mancare il servizio offerto.non consiglio assolutamente la cena e spero non la consiglino nemmeno loro.

Comodo perché vicino alla fiera

Molto bello l'ingresso, in reception molto gentili, anche servizio bar la mattina persone gentili e pazienti. L'unica pecca è stata la stanza con spazi stretti, tipo tra il letto e scrivania c'erano 30 cm. Il comando a parete del clima,un po' vecchio e se lo giravo faceva strani rumori all'interno, il bagno pulito e carino con doccia grande, Il letto era formato da 2 materassi singoli di cui uno letteralmente sfondato. L'ho comunicato in reception è al mio ritorno ho trovato un altro materasso singolo sopra a l'altro, finale mia moglie ha dormito malissimo 2 notti. Ho visto una camera tripla di un mio amico ed era molto più bella e moderna. Sono sicuro che avranno camere doppie rimodernate, ma la mia di certo no. 80,00€ a notte x la mia stanza? Troppi!!.

Il personale molto gentile, la struttura un po' obsoleta, a differenza delle foto sul sito dell'hotel la camera era piccola e con moquette fin sopra i muri, doccia mal funzionante, alcune luci e prese non funzionanti. Ci tornerei solo per la vicinanza alla fiera!

Buon aHotel di bello aspetto, abbastanza elegante, camera buona non molto grande per tre persone, comunque pulita, ordinata e ben tenuta. Prima colazione abbastanza completa. Ristorante non utilizzato. La zona in cui è situato è facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada, ma è abbastanza lontano dal centro. Si tratta della zona Fiera. Soggiorno comunque piacevole e giudizio complessivo positivo a un prezzo adeguato e soddisfacente.

O hotel está muito bem localizado , proximo à rodovia e ao centro de convenções , a equipe e bastante simpática e solícita , o quarto é de bom padrão , o wi-fi deixou a desejar , sinal ruim , mal dava para abrir e-mails. Cafe da manhã padrão.

Hotel adiacente Vicenza Fiere con parcheggio privato il tutto facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada. Personale cortese. Buona struttura che con piccoli accorgimenti di design potrebbe risultare più accogliente.

grazioso albergo vicino al casello autostradale

siamo stati subito accolti al nostro arrivo ed accompagnati in camera..eravamo in quattro ma la stanza era ampia e spaziosa con un angolo con specchio e lavandino oltre a quelli in bagno che risultava solo un po' piccolo anche se avendo pernottato una sola notte andava benissimo!colazione abbondante e varia...prezzo ottimo!quindi esperienza più che positiva

stanza non insonorizzata e quindi molto rumorosa, dalle 06,30 di mattina impossibile dormire....
Forse sono stato sfortunato perche c'erano un paio di pulman di turisti cinesi, abbastanza chiassosi, (anche se i numerosi cartelli affissi, anche in lingua cinese, lasciano intendere che non sia un caso isolato).

Breve soggiorno (2 notti). Camera confortevole, molto pulita e adeguata alle nostre necessità. Colazione con discreta varietà di alternative, dal dolce al salato. Torte e brioche fresche e buone.
Piccola pecca, abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di fare colazione 10 minuti prima dell'apertura e ci è stata negata. Peccato!

Hotel perfetto per visitare Vicenza

Situato nella zona fieristica questo hotel è perfetto per visitare Vicenza. A 15 minuti di macchina dal centro storico, è un hotel pulito e confortevole. Le camere sono grandi e perfettamente illuminat. Il bagno è ampio e pulito. Molto consigliata anche la colazione, costituita da un ottima selezione di cibi dolci e salati.
Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile.
L’unico piccolo inconveniente il wi-fi un po’ lento.
Davvero molto consigliato!
