Beautiful property with a tropical atmosphere. Most of the staff were ready to help with any issues. One of my complaints was service at the poolside bar. My sister and I were ignored for over an hour to see if we would like anything from the bar. Normally I would not make a big deal about it but the person on duty made sure he served the young ladies sitting NEXT to us and never once asked us if we would like anything from the bar. My sister finally went up to the bar to order us some beverages and asked the bartender why we ignored? No answer.

The room was dirty the carpet was nasty the room smelled and the sheets had brown stains on them as well as the couch had stains everywhere on it the room wasn't what I expected. I will not be going back and they only suppose to have refund me 50.00 dollars that never happened and they try to move too a regular room instead what I originally paid for not a great place to stay that's my opinion

We booked this hotel for one night at the end of our vacation because of its convenient location near the airport for our early morning flight. The property itself is beautiful, with excellent amenities and four lovely pools that made for a relaxing afternoon while we waited for our room.
Unfortunately, the check-in experience was quite stressful. We requested early check-in and were told our room wasn’t ready, but that we were welcome to use the pool facilities. We checked again at 3:00 p.m. and were still told the room was not ready. When I returned to the front desk at 4:45 p.m., I was informed they had attempted to contact us, but the phone number they had entered was incorrect—even though they had my correct number on filed.
The valet experience was also disappointing and confusing. When we asked to retrieve our luggage from the vehicle, the valet handed us the keys and told us to go find the car ourselves because he wasn’t sure where it was parked. We were then told to find a luggage trolley, but none could be located.
On the positive side, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the pools and overall property were enjoyable. The sandy beach area could use some attention and updating. Overall, the hotel has great amenities and potential, but the service and check-in process fell short of expectations.

Very nice accommodations but honestly not worth the cost. We were given a wheelchair accessible room, which we did not need. No wall or tub in the shower so every time we took a shower the entire bathroom floor got soaked. Room service always came just before 6pm. Very inconvenient.

I can to parrot key with my daughter for a quick getaway after her graduation. Arriving at parrot key, the staff was very helpful and kind. We arrived at 1 which was well before the 4pm check in time. The staff informed us that they would contact us when our room was ready (which they didn’t) and allowed us to use the pool while we waited. Our room still had some clothing from the previous guest and on one of the beds the dirty mattress protector was hanging out one side of the bed. There are 4 pools which 3 of them close very early and the other closes at 10. Other than those things we had a great stay and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The waitstaff at the hotel was were very attentive The housekeeping staff was absolutely horrible. Our room wasn’t cleaned one night and the days they cleaned it, it wasn’t done until 6:00PM. The reception people were so unfriendly and not accommodating. We asked for late check out which they gave us until 12:30 and told us to check in the morning and speak to a manager however there was no manager on site for the entire day. At 11:45 they locked us out of our room. When asked about a later checkout they could not give it to us as they said they were sold out. I proceeded to look online and found multiple rooms available. A big shout out goes to the shuttle driver she was terrific.

I loved this place. It was a hidden gem!! It was clean, staff were wonderful, food was delish, and property was beautiful. The only complaint I have is I kept smelling cigarette smoke and saw a couple of people smoking. It was posted as a nonsmoking hotel all throughout the hotel and there was a smoking area for those who needed to smoke. I would definitely return!!

Great secluded vacation respite. Oceanside property with four individual pools for guest use that are secluded within lush native landscape. Restaurant was ‘serviceable’ and certainly convenient. Many excellent restaurant choices in Key West. Bar was fun. Shuttle service is available to activities and ride share is viable and reliable and you can be any where on the island within 15 minutes.

We loved our stay at Parrot Key! This was our first time to Key West, and we would recommended staying here again! We enjoyed being outside Old Town, but still easy access to it when we wanted to go out. We rented a scooter and Parrot Key has free scooter parking! We loved having the convenience of the grocery store across the street, and LOVED Goldman across the street for breakfast.

Very little storage because refrigerator, microwave and safe took up all the room for drawers. Floor had nails popping through. Hurt my foot coming out of bed stepping on one. The floors were also sagging in some spots. The room had one small desk and only one chair. The lamp over the table had wires showing on the cord. So we were afraid to use it. The bathroom had a hot faucet that was loose in the sink and the shower was very hard to use too. Last, the mattress was absolutely awful. Needs to be replaced.

There were definitely some highlights—valet service and the Excursion Desk staff were both incredibly helpful and friendly, which made parts of the stay more enjoyable.

I was also given two complimentary drink vouchers, but when I tried to redeem them at the pool during breakfast, there was confusion. After waiting for service, I was told the vouchers were only valid for sangria, which contradicted what the front desk had explained earlier.
Considering the price, I would likely choose to stay elsewhere on my next visit to the Keys.
On a positive note, Goldman’s Deli across the street was a standout—great service and a delicious breakfast.

Pools were great! We ate lunch and breakfast poolside. Water front room on the 1st floor was amazing! You walk out to almost a private beach that overlooks the water. They offer shuttles downtown but we missed them each day and ended up ubering back and forth. The ride is short but $40 round trip uber a day adds up.

We really enjoyed staying here. Our room was nice and spacious and we enjoyed the little patio outside. We only went to the one pool that is by the bar so I can't speak on how the others were but this one was nice. The bartenders and staff were very nice. I was surprised that not only did the resort supply towels but also sunscreen that you can help yourself to. There are also water fill stations around the property that came in handy for us.
The resort also offers shuttle service into town and to the beach. We only utilized it to go to the beach. They provide you with a towel and the use of a beach chair. We weren't expecting that. That was a great service!

This was a very nice higher end resort. It has a friendly staff, is very clean, is well kept and maintained, and has good food and drinks. The four pools with one designated for adults only is also a plus.We had an ocean view Villa, and the view off our back porch was beautiful and usually quiet and tranquil. The downsides, however, were 1) uncomfortable mattress, 2) housekeeping cleaning the rooms up to 6:00 p.m., and 3) being a fair distance away from the high traveled tourist area, like Duval Street. As to the latter, they do offer a shuttle, but it leaves and picks up only at certain times, which leads to a lot of Ubering.
