I wish I had booked my entire 10 day stay here. It was clean and quiet and lovely staff. Sadly I only booked it for 1 night. Next time for sure! Highly recommended

Room felt like a soulless cell, room was like a sauna, mattress was very uncomfortable and sagged, one very small and flat pillow. Skybar advertised was closed, breakfast was pretty pitiful, staff pleasant. Good location for old town.

Not suitable for business travellers

The room was somewhat tired. The desk space was small and bed was rock hard (the mattress was extremely worn). The mirror in the bathroom had a massive crack through it. There was no phone to call reception (and I was told that the phone system didn't work anyway). I had a load of mosquitos in my room which was rather uncomfortable. Also, the air conditioning didn't adjust to temperature meaning that it ended up running all night making the room rather cold.

Breakfast wasn't great either. No hot options and the cold food was not good quality. All in all, it was not appropriate for a business trip.

Wonderful stay at Filitti Boutique Hotel! The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with nice toiletries provided. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

The room was really nice but the bed was really uncomfortable and hard. The bathroom and walk in shower were spacious. Thd location was walkable from all the main sites. Overall was good value for money as was cheaper than other hotels in the same area.

Overall, property was clean and comfortable. Some aspects could have been slightly better maintained (tiles missing in the shower), but there was an included breakfast and the view from the breakfast room was pleasant. One aspect that would improve stays is if the elevator did not ding 3 times each time it left a floor - it was quite loud and could be heard in bedrooms.

I really enjoyed my stay this weekend. Everything about the hotel was great. My room was very comfortable and I wasn’t disturbed by the sound of other guests or street noise. The room/bathroom were nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The gentleman serving breakfast was very attentive and professional. The breakfast was enough for me and I enjoyed the views of the rooftops. My whole stay was very easy and stress free so I would definitely recommend the hotel if you want a very simple, stress free experience. Very good value for your money! Great location in the old town, lots of walkable things to do. I think a kettle/coffee maker in the room would be a nice added touch - that’s the only suggestion I could make!

A lovely hotel, friendly staff, small selection for breakfast, and unfortunately Water isn’t provided, although it is in the minibar, but I think a bottle of water in the room should be standard. They also don’t provide you with tea or coffee or anything edible in the room, apart from the minibar which you have to pay for.

The hotel looks really nice superficially, fairly recently done and quite modern, just feel its all been done on the cheap, especially the beds which are of low quality and very uncomfortable, the pillows are also useless, all in all couldnt sleep, also the street that it is in is a bit off putting, almost derelict, however its very close to the old town

What a gorgeous and clean hotel!! My room/bathroom was so clean, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The only thing that wasn’t clean was the remote for the tv, but other than that I would definitely stay at the hotel. It’s in the best location too! Staff were really friendly! The breakfast isn't all that, so didn’t spend the money on it. However , the view from the rooftop dining area is gorgeous. Check out nomad bar!

The young lady with the glasses at the reception was amazing and very helpful. Other staff not so friendly not willing to speak to you.
The tall guy at the breakfast was rude to me but when a man in a suit came he gave him full service and attention because he got tips from the gentleman.

Staff were nice, but we had a few issues with door’s wifi not working, air conditioning wasn’t cooling enough and the mini bar fridge was not working on hot summer days. Also, breakfast pictures on their website need an update as the breakfast selection is very poor. Other than that, hotel’s location was great and very close to the Metro station and to Old Town area.

The best part of staying at the hotel were the front desk people . They were friendly and professional. Marius, Sorin, Anda, and Jonas were all very kind to me. I like them very much.

Booked a single room but happy to find an extra big single bed . Room was spacious also was a very modern spacious bathroom , with walk-in shower. Hotel is walkable to all things of interest. Near bars and restaurants. The desk staff especially Marius were very friendly and helpful . I would stay again .

Fabulous, my new go to in Bucharest

It’s been a fantastic stay, the staff were great Marius in particular very helpful in setting me up for internet. He offered his own hotspot even, just fabulous service. The rooms are clean, the hotel is perfectly positioned in the old town close to bars, museums, restaurants. The views from the room were amazing. I’ll definitely be back

Walls too thin, difficult to sleep

The walls are as thick as paper sheets. I literally had to sleep in the bathroom due to people in the next room making noise at ridiculous hours of the night. So if you are a light sleeper this hotel is definitely not an options for you. There should also be a rule on how many people can stay in a room, as in could hear more than 2-3 people next door having a party.

Amazing getaway in the heart of the action

Amazing staff, the hotel is brand new so you can enjoy a nice new room. Location is SUPER safe and a 3 minute walk to the old town, shops, bars, nightlife. Really friendly and down to earth staff.

The hotel is super modern,location ,breakfast just the people working there should be careful what are saying in romanian because for example i am romanian i hear everthing was not nice to hear how many times you gone fill your plate maybe u start with a little bitte and just add something i mean :)) isn’t nice
As well we didn’t have glasses in the room will be nice to have at least two
We enjoy our stay walking to street of Bucharest

staff were exceptional, the view from the sky lounge spectacular. If you want to improve then management need to train the reception staff to be more proactive, informative and accomodating instead of sitting on their phones all shift or outside smoking. Location is great, this boutique hotel provides great comfort.

Great location to walk around the Old Town, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly & helpful staff.

However, parking is tough - you need to park a few blocks away and if you go to the lot across the street and up a block or so just know hat yo do NOT have to pay on the weekends. I didn't know that and paid some guy for 2 nights parking who basically just pocketed my money and then had to pay the right people on Monday morning when I was leaving. Not the world and all to lose $50 on a vacation for my own ignorance. The hotel itself is AWESOME, but hard to find.......

It was right in center of town close to all attractions. Breakfast on the rooftop plenty. Energy saving key card prevented the mini bar to be cool as electricity was out when not in the room. Next time a coffeepot would be anice addition. Thanks for the availability of a single person room.

Our room was a reasonable size, well lit and with good storage space. The shower was better than any other hotel we've been in. However, there was no provision for making hot drinks. The buffet breakfast was good but some things ran out early and on occasions there were no staff present, meaning a long wait for hot food or drinks.

A very clean, spacious room. Breakfast was awesome and different each day. The staff was very friendly. My husband did not like the bed but I did (it was a firm bed). A great location a few steps away from Old Town. I would recommend to anyone!

Das Frühstück war leider nur okay. Weißed Toastbrot als einzige Brot ist leider nicht 4 sterne würdig. Die Dachterrasse war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts geschlossen. Zimmer war geräumig und sehr ruhig. Matratze war leider etwas durchgelegen .

Hotel ist direkt an der Altstadt in einer nicht so schönen Nebenstraße. Dennoch sehr praktisch gelegen.

Huone sijaitsi ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja kaikki yläpuolen viemärin äänet kuului tosi selvästi. Hotellin Wi-fi ei toiminut auttavasti kuin oven vieressä, mutta onneksi löytyi toinen yleinen verkko.
Patja oli kova eikä vastanut hotellin ilmoittamaa neljän tähden luokitusta.
Aamupalan riittävyys riippui siitä kuka oli töissä tai sitä hoiti.
Jos olisin tullut kolmen tähden hotellin niin kaikki olisi ollut ihan ok, mutta neljästä tähdestä oli jo odotuksia.
Kaikki oli puhdasta ja siistiä. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava

The main picture on hotels.com is a rooftop lounge closed atm. The rest of the hotel is nothing special, rooms furnished very cold, with dirty parquet, and not comfortable mattress. The bathroom windows glass had a big crack. The breakfast was very poor, prepared by the reception in the reception itself; and the staff was very unfriendly, they were barely answering to our "good morning". Only positive thing, the hotel's position.

We liked it a lot. Although very close to the old city, it is at the end of it so you don‘t hear the noise. A great location to go anywhere on foot, via metro or by bus. From the airport take the bus 100 and get out at the Uniirii Plaza. Then you can go walking. Elevator works and AC running well. Nice coffee shop around the corner. Everything went smooth and will stay there again.
