Great hotel, but very uncomfortable getting a reservation at the hotel restaurants. I asked for a 7-7:30 pm reservation at the Chinese one, but they only offered 11:00 pm (explained to them that I was waking up at 5:00 am the next day). Was impossible. After that, I asked for an Italian table, and I was told it was fully booked. I was not happy, and I spoke to the manager. They offer me at 7:00 as long as I leave at 8:15pm…. unbelievable. Finally, they say yes… worse: see the video at my arrival. When I left, 30% of the tables were empty (I did not visit the Chinese one), but I bet you had a few open tables. Maybe they have blocked tables in case a prince arrives. The rest, excellent

The housekeeping staff was excellent.

But i lost a shwal in the lobby restaurant and i asked to see the camera footageand they refused to show it to me, saying that i walked out of the lobby with the shawl.

I am pretty sure i did not. But we will never know.

Also, the package deal for the room i was offered as part of a group was a lot more expensive than the prices on every booking website. I called the reservation team to tell them this. This has never happened to me in any hotel in the world. The group discount is always a bit lower

As always, this stay was such a treat. The property is lovely, expansive, and very central, with a large variety of dining options. I was in town for two nights before traveling to their Sharm property for a weeklong stay.

The real highlight of the stay is, unsurprisingly, the amazing staff. Our drop off and in-room check-in were well-coreographed and well-executed. The thoughtful touches from housekeeping are always delightful too (e.g., bookmarks in my books, a Four Seasons-branded cloth for my glasses, etc.). The concierge was magnificent and endlessly helpful. We mentioned in passing that my traveling companion had some stomach issues (the kind you dread getting abroad), and the concierge had the pharmacy deliver medicine for my friend, and later called the room to offer complimentary chicken soup and chamomile tea. The next night, we dined at Byblos, and the staff there were standouts too. My companion was still dealing with stomach issues and couldn't finish his dinner, so the manager took the plate off our check and gave my friend a complimentary pot of chamomile tea (all without being asked). Everyone knew or quickly memorized our names and every member of the staff was all smiles at all times. It was the same standard of excellence all across the board.

Overall another strong showing by the Four Seasons (most recently I spent a week at their property in Florence, if that's helpful context for my standard of comparison here). Thank you to the Nile Plaza team.

I have been to great hotels all around the world but this one stands out. First, it is beautifully decorated and designed. Second, the service is better than any I have seen in 10 countries. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable gift at the end of a tiring day of sight seeing. The bathroom is elegant and beautiful. Even the toilet has a water jet. The cleaning staff cleans twice a day and are so considerate.
There 9 restaurants and lounges in the hotel and all are wonderful. We chose to eat exclusively at the hotel.
Security is very tight and one feels very safe there.
The sashimi was incredibly fresh and the fusion dishes of Bullona restaurant was delicious. The prices are expensive but in comparison to New York and Miami or Europe, it is much cheaper.
All in all, it was one of the finest stays I have had, and I have been to 5 star hotels in Dubai, Paris, Rome, New York, Venice. This is truly a memorable hotel.

Simply perfect! Every single staff member is friendly, accomodating and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and quality of the service provided exceptional. Restaurant options are wonderful! I also highly recommend their breakfast - the buffet offers absolutely anything you'd need. The The gym is also very well equipped. The only point for the ladies is that I do not recommend the beauty salon in Beyman (attached to the hotel). The manicurist was rude, their nail polish collection does not seem to be of good quality and the hygiene was poor.

We were so impressed by the service. The staff never says no to any request. Our daughter was not well, and they sent a doctor immediately. We had some problem with smoke in our room, they immediately sent an air purifier. The concierge gave excellent recommendation for a rooftop bar and restaurant. The restaurant’s in the hotel are also very good. We ate at the Asian and the Italian restaurant and had a very good experience.

I like the name and legacy. I didn’t like the furniture that needs upgrading within 2-3 years, I didn’t like room service that needed a new menu and chef, I didn’t like the relative lack of training of staff at concierge and overall. I didn’t like being told all restaurants open until 1 am when only two were open. I didn’t like the smell of the cigar room reception. I didn’t like the Lebanese restaurant Zaitouni; it should be replaced immediately.

The rooms and service is outstanding as you will expect from a four seasons hotel. The views from the balcony was breathtaking. However the Christmas lunch had no entertainment and was a dull experience for us as we chose the hotel for this reason .

Staff was very attentive to all our needs. Very courteous staff. Airlines lost our bags so we had to wait two days to get the bags. The hotel gave us a duffel bag with all the essentials we would need while waiting for our luggage to arrive. Included toiletries, t shirt (different sizes), shorts , hat, socks, deodorant etc. Will definately stay here again.

My first time at a Four Seasons and it did not disappoint! However, if you're going now (April 2023) beware that the pool is NOT OPEN and under renovation. I was devastated when I got there because we had booked an extra few days just to relax by the pool. But, the staff was amazing and arranged for me to have a pool day at the other Four Seasons in Cairo that was only 7 minutes away. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

This is the priciest hotel in Cairo; but you have no where to relax outside of your hotel room. We actually went to Ritz Carlton on our final day to enjoy it pool. On the 2nd day at Four Seasons, we smelled cigarette seeping from the hallway. We called and was assured we were on a non-smoking floor. On the 3rd day, we found cigarette butt on the hallway and took a photo to show to the manager; on the 4th day, the cigarette butt was still there; we took another photo. We are very disappointed with this property.

The Fours Seasons Nile Plaza team is impeccable and outstanding and absolutely out of this world.

The The Pool Grill and Upper Deck lounge led by Medhat Ibrahim was out of this world, the food, drinks and everything was super amazing the professionalism and the organization of the teams was really impressive, we really could not ask for more, he and his team exceeded expectations!

Ahmed Karam the front desk manager is an example of a gentleman and excellent customer excellence and is super dedicated to his job and the Four Seasons team!

The restaurant for breakfast Zitouni is great and the food was another example of exceeding expectations.

The Riviera Italian restaurant was another example of outstanding cuisine, the team there was also exceeding expectations.

Overall it was a great unique experience and we look forward to repeating it many many times!

While the leisure walking is not an option at all, for those who're interested in learning about the life of the majority of people in a metropolis of 25 million people, it provides such a walking option. Four Season luxury and a really nice hotel
To consider if you’re visiting the city. Our king suite was perfect with a view of the Nile. Staff and service was too notch. Several restaurants and food option within the hotel, room service was great too. This hotel is right on a main road which is very busy and traffic congested. Also be aware you will need to go through a metal detector every time you come back inside. And Ubers or taxis need to pass a security check as well to Ensure the premises, so it’s pretty safe.

Amazing property and service. Many of the other 4-5 star owned hotels were very old and dated with extrerior that were worn. Not the Four Seasons, the inside and out were beautiful and extremely well kept. We used their shuttle service and while a tad pricey for the area, was very efficent with amazing drivers. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The Nile Plaza location was walking discatance to a lot of things while the other Four Seasons location was located on an extremely loud and busy street. The Garden City location was very pretty around the hotel with many buildings and houses dating from 1820-1850 and was filled with trees and lush growth.

The property overall was fantastic- location was great and central in the city across from the Nile River. Our only issue was the cost of the Covid PCR test- These guys charged us $170/person for the test and we later discovered other neighboring hotels that offered the test for around $65/person. I felt a little taken advantage of on this.

Rooms are very species and very clean , house keeping so polite get their job done
Regardless how much the property very well maintained but who ever beyond that deserve all appreciations
