Only thing about this hotel is the location is convenience, everything else is just ok. Most of the stuff are friendly, except couple of them, when we asked few more questions, they becomes very inpatient, the bed is not comfortable, and not very clean, the water is strong and warm fast, with this price tag, I don’t know if I would ever stay here again. Hope to see some inprovement.

This property was very nice, the inside was modern and well cared for. It was perfect for 3 people to stay in one room. When we went there was a strong typhoon so we had to stay in the hotel for a lot of our trip so I’m glad it was comfortable. There were many restaurants nearby and the train was easy to walk to.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my sister, and unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal. On the first day, my sister experienced flea bites in her room. At first, we didn’t realize what it was, but once it became clear, we informed the staff. To their credit, they did apologize and moved her to another room. However, that was the extent of the response—no real follow-up or effort to make things right beyond that.

When I asked if there would be any compensation, the reception offered two bottles of wine, which I later found out were worth only HKD 56 total. That felt more like a token gesture than any sincere attempt at service recovery.

As for my own room, it had a strong, unpleasant funk that didn’t go away during the stay. I didn’t ask to change rooms only because I wanted to remain close to my sister.

Overall, this experience left us disappointed. While the staff was polite, the lack of proactive service and minimal compensation for a flea issue made it hard to enjoy the stay. I hope the hotel takes cleanliness and guest satisfaction more seriously in the future.

The property itself was very nice. The only negative thing I have to say is that I had to make two separate bookings because my room wasn't available for the whole stay, which means I had to pack up, and check out half way into my stay. The negative part comes when I got to the front desk to check out, and check back in, and they asked \"would you like to stay in the same room\". I had previously emailed the property after making the two bookings to see if staying in the same room was possible, and was told no. Other than that, everything was good!

The front desk staffs are all with no smile and avoid eye contacts with guests entering into the On the first night of our check in after 9 pm, we found we only had US outlet plug and not the UK outlet plug. When asked if I could borrow an outlet plug as I need to turn on my laptop for business virtual meeting. The man said they did not have any outlet plug to lend and I have to go out to buy one. It was after 9:15 pm and most of the stores had been closed. The taxi drove along Mongkok area for over 20 minutes and finally we bought an outlet. It was really not a good customer service experience.

The room is pretty small, there is not enough space to have 3 suitcases opened at the same time. we booked the room for 3 people but the hotel only supplied 2 sets of towels so we had to call the front desk to ask for more towels every day. My stay at Iclub Mong Kok Hotel was generally fine, but I encountered an unsettling issue regarding privacy. Despite placing a \"Do Not Disturb\" sign on my door, the staff—both cleaning personnel and front desk—frequently asked if I needed my room cleaned, which felt disruptive.
More concerning, on several occasions, hotel staff unexpectedly knocked on my door, requesting to inspect the fire alarm inside my room. While safety checks are important, these unannounced visits felt intrusive and lacked proper communication, making me feel disrespected as a guest.
If the hotel improves its handling of guest privacy and communicates these procedures more clearly, it could greatly enhance the overall experience. Until then, I would hesitate to return.

I didn't like many things about this hotel. Staff at reception were not as helpful. I was on level 12 and if I needwd some drinking water I had to get down to level 2. most hotels I have stayed provided a decent size fridge. This one has one that is smaller than a safe in some hotels. Luckily, I didn't have anything I needed to keep in the freezer, as I was on my way to Australia.

The website clearly stated bottle of waters but non in the room that we stayed in for 8 days. Toilet tissue was only 1 and had to ask when near finished!! The good thing about this hotel I would say is the location. For travellers who do not mind a bit of walking, it is actually situated in the middle of 3 MTR station. Around the area, there is also a lot of shopping areas which you can explore.

Friendliness wise, I would say depends on your luck. Sometimes you will encounter staff which make you feel like you owe them the world. I only had 1 staff made me feel that he is trying to help and sincere about it. It is probably the culture. If you want to visit this place just be prepared.

The facilities itself is minimal, but everything you expect from a decent hotel is available. For water, they do not provide bottled water, so be prepared to head to the L2 open air lounge to fill your own bottle. If you do not have a bottle, they do have a glass water container available in the room.

There js also a gym beside the lounge. Overall, since we only use the place for sleep, it is still decent. But do not need to expect anything beyond your norm.

Overall the hotel is good.

The room is small but big enough for two people. The room has all the basic facilities like shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, refrigerator...but in my room the refrigerator was very small and didn't work. The bed was very good. There is no carpet on this floor, it feels very clean. This is make me feel little bit disappointed, the cup has teeth paste around the cup. I try to left it in the sink letting them know, but the staff didn't see that and put it back to the counter top. The hotel provides simple breakfast, but not bad. Overall, our 21 day stay at this hotel was great.

Lovely hotel and great location!

Overall, the stay was really comfortable and the staffs were all lovely. On the 2nd day our toilet was leaking and reported to the reception and they sent maintenance and was dealt with by the time we came back to the hotel in the afternoon.
Location is close to MTR station, Langham Place, Argyle Centre and much more.
Had a really great stay and missing this place already. Will definitely come back the next time.

i chose this property because of how conveniently located it is to mongkok and everything i wanted to do and see.

there is plenty of food on the same block as the hotel so i never went hungry.

just 3 doors down is also a nice lady who does laundry same day within 2 hour and that was perfect for me on my 4 day layover in hong kong

the room is very nice and modern and had everything i needed.

Perfect location for Mongkok. It’s situated between two metros; Mongkok and Olympic.
Rooms are small but you’re not really in them long and there is luggage storage under the bed (clever idea).
They store luggage for you when you checkout and the guy at reception is just so welcoming.
You get complementary coffee/orange and some pastries which was a nice surprise.
Everyone who we interacted with was so lovely and resolved any issues we had. Will definitely be back in the future.
