Great location and staff!

Pleasant stay

We booked the 4-bed room, it was spacious and has 1.5 bath! The extra powder room is so nice, works perfectly for the three of us. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. We get fresh towels and bottled water everyday. The reception staff was fairly friendly. The concierge at the entrance was very nice and polite. The location of the hotel is very convenient, everything us within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is just located 5 mins from Prince Edward mtr. There is a security counter on the ground level and they give advice whether the streets or mtr are closed due to the current protest situation.

Housekeeping is also pretty neat and complimentary bottled drinks are topped up daily for the guests.

Just a note, the hotel is located pretty near to the \"popular\" protest area as Mongkok Police station is just around the corner.

The check in counter is abit inflexible thou. We had 2 rooms (1 quadruple room and 1 normal room) and requested for a late check out for one of the smaller rooms as we have elderly together with us but the request was refused citing that there is full occupancy and thus the check out time can only be delayed till 12.30pm as they need to clear the room for the next guests.

Since our flight is at 8pm, we have no choice but to linger at their lobby for almost 2 hours (they have a small area to store the luggage if you wish to go out).

During our waiting time at the lobby, there is not even more than 2 check ins and to be honest, with hotel vacancies at an all time high, i'm sure the hotel could have done better to leave a better impression on the guests.

Thus most likely, even if i were to go back hong kong, most probably i will not stay in this hotel.

The location is convenient, very close to MTR Prince Edward C2 exit. The room is quite big compared to other hotels in HK. You can put your luggage under your bed.

Full of shit!

We did not make this HK trip due to the civil unrest situation in HK, especially the airport, MTR and the streets. Our trip supposed to be from 07 Aug to 12 Aug 2019. Around 5 days before our departure date, I have called up Hotel.com to cancel the booked rooms due to above reasons. The hotel replied that the hotel area is very safe and no refund is allowed. How do you expect me to get there safely when your airport and MTR are daily having protesters intimating the ordinary people and tourists.

Good hotel in the heart of Kowloon.

The hotel was easily accessible from Kowloon station by taxi but can be reached by the MTR system too (Prince Edward station). The location in Mon Kok means you are right in the heart of an area popular with local people for dining and shopping. The harbour area and Hong Kong island cab be reach by MTR is 10-15 minutes.

The room is big with 4 separate bed which I like and 2 restrooms. The bed sheets are very clean that I didn't smell any odor. The place is very clean and only 2 minutes to the subway station. Bring enough clothes since this hotel doesn't have self laundry facility. Also to bring lotion since this hotel doesn't provide.

Clean, modern hotel near Prince Edward MTR

Just a one night stay at this property - but a return visit for me, as when I last stayed in this part of Hong Kong I found this hotel to be good value. Reasonable size room (by Hong Kong standards). Fast check-in at the property. There are a number of good local restaurants very close to the hotel and it is a very short walk from the Prince Edward MTR station.

Convenient location. MTR Prince Edward Station is like 1.5 blocks away. Good eateries within the block and some open very late (BBQ pork over rice, wonton noodle, yummy Chinese desserts, etc.). 7-11 is right there too. Extremely busy street because of all the China-bound buses pickup there. But at 12th floor we couldn’t hear any noise. Also two toilets in our room!!

This hotel has been opened since 2014. It's quite a small hotel, it only provides rooms only. It didn't really bother us. There were so many small restaurants for all day dining, with very affordable prices, around the hotel. You can truly experience what the local people experience daily. The hotel is only 50 metres away from the MTR Prince Edwards (Exit C1). A small supermarket with limited items is close by.

If you want to visit Macau, this hotel is very conveniently located next to 3 different Macau Direct Bus service operators. It cost $260 return on weekdays and $280 return on weekends (cheaper and quicker than by ferries).

The hotel was very clean in general. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a bit unusually to be greeted by the Concierge at the entrance, then had to go to the 7th floor to check in. We stayed at the (B.O.B room) which was large enough and comfortable. The bed was quite hard unfortunately. But the room didn't have an iron and ironing board. Although a quick call to the reception and they were sent to our room in just 2 minutes. Overall, this hotel is quite a good value for money place to stay in Hong Kong. Next time when we visit Hong Kong again, we may stay here again.

Its located near an MTR station and there are lots of shops and restaurants around of which some opens untill very late. No problem with late supper if your hungry. Fantastic location near Prince Edward MTR

The hotel location was fantastic. It's about 2 min walk to Prince Edward MTR Exit C, with many eateries nearby. There's also a convenience store just besides the hotel. There's always a 'security' man at the front entrance even though the check-in lobby is on 7th floor. And you need the card key to gain access to the floors where your room is so there's safety.

I booked a room with 2 king-sized beds and the room is big compared to others that I have stayed before. The room is like the picture shown on hotels.com website. The best thing is there are 2 toilets (only one comes with shower facility) which is good when you are in a family of four.

You can take A21 airport bus as the bus stop is less than 2 min walk to the hotel. However, to go to airport, you have to take A20 bus along Nathan Road which is about 5-7min away from hotel. Overall, it's very convenient. I will book this hotel again if the price is reasonable.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. We had been appointed to 12th floor of the family room. But then they didn't kept the cupboard and bed clean, and my family and I got bitten by dust mites. Got itchy bump for my overall trip. Other than that, their service was grear. But still felt terrible about the cleanliness. I won't recommend to my friends for the time being.

This hotel is pretty clean. Great location and easily to go to everywhere. It's nearby bus stop, MTR station, restaurants, and banks etc. Staffs were nice. Since I twisted my foot . when they saw me walked slowly and they always ask me if I need help. One day before I left ,they help me called a taxi to airport. If I visit H.K. next time, I'll stay here again.

The hotel location is good, being close to MTR, like 3 minutes walk. There are 7-eleven, local cafes, congee shops, dim sum shop, Hong Kong roast shop, shopping malls, local market and many more. Friendly hotel staff. Only inconvenience is that it is near some bus terminal, so there are many people along the street. The room is great as it has 2 toilets, though not that big. Overall, happy with the stay.

This hotel has one of the most spacious room you can find in Mongkok. recommend taking their Quad room and you will have all the space you need for your luggages. It is located within 5 mins walk to Prince Edward MTR station and about 15 mins walk to street shopping places like Fa Yuen St and Ladies market. Would definitely book again in my next family trip.
