The staff were unhelpful to me when asked how to get to my room. No guidance were given and told me to take the lift to your room. I had never been to the hotel before and I was a complete new guest who has never been to the area before. On leaving the hotel on last day, the taxi booking to the airport was not helpful and asked for tips to the taxi driver even no service was offered. I eventually pick up a taxi on the street to the airport express train.. It was the worse experience I had for a holiday.

The room was clean and as requested, we got a pretty quiet room. However, to our surprise, the room was smaller that during our first stay there. It was barely space for our luggage. We felt remembered on our hotel in Tokyo.
Very good was that the airport bus has a stop in front of the hotel.
The work at the reception was much more efficient that the first time we stood there.
The lunch buffet was ok; not really great but acceptable.

The check in goes smoothly and fast. The staff's professionalism and friendliness makes the first impression of the hotel positive. The room is overall clean but the carpet is dued for a change. Everything from the staff to the service and buffet were what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The food was incredible, and everyone was so polite and helpful. On several occassions, the front desk helped with my ipad and navigating the MTR and buslines. The coffee was beyond belief, and I felt more at home at Metro Park than anywhere else in the world
