The location is good. Foods are average. Staff at the reception desk are not hospitable. Elevator down. Yelled by staff because of filling the water bottle at the cafeteria while having breakfast. No smart TV. outdated amentias. Treat customers differently based on their outlooks.

The rooms are a little depressing but the elevators are fast and the free breakfast was good. Great location. We did not even touch the waters in the room and were charged for them. Made a quick call to the hotel explaining the situation and I was reimbursed, however while trying to deal with rebooking cancelled flights and having to move hotel since this one was full and had to stay 1 more night…. Making a call to the hotel to have this charged removed was very irritating when in the middle of a stressful situation.

The bathroom was incredibly small and the water kept getting all over the floor from the shower. The room felt like a dorm and there wasn’t a fridge or microwave. We checked out and it was a little after 12:30pm and the front desk lady said there’s a late fee so they charged us $25. Horrible service considering how long I’ve been a Hilton honors member. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was fine, room was cleaned daily and the one issue we had for repair was dealt with right away, staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue is we weren’t aware there was to be a $50 per person deposit to be paid on arrival, we had to pay $200 at check in which is not ideal when you are only there for a short break from the UK not only did that eat in to spending money but I have now been home for 5 days and still waiting on the refund to hit my account

We were not able to check in. we left our bags and got a return ticket for the. When we came back they were still sitting in the lobby and we were told to help ourselves. We could have taken any bag we wanted and anyone could have taken ours.
The wallpaper was falling off the walls in our room. The dining area was messy. Maybe they were short staffed.
