The front desk staff were wonderful as we checked in. They were all very helpful. The breakfast staff equally inviting and took care of us. My birthday was absolutely wonderful and they brought a fantastic brownie treat for my big day. Spa is a must, great massages and lovely spa to enjoy after. Seriously Como Hilton, you knocked it out of the park with this location!! 10stars all around

The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot. However, the sidewalks in the area are quite narrow, so some caution is needed when walking. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Como!!

We stayed one night at the wonderful Hilton Lake Como. We were ending our trip in Continental Europe and after a hectic a few days in Rome, it was the perfect location to chill. The hotel view is just amazing, and the hotel itself is simply wonderful. The town is 30 min walking, but quite frankly I didn't want to leave the hotel. We had dinner at their Terrazza 241, and had the most amazing experience. We will definitely return for a bit of a longer stay.

The hotel is new and all new upgrades with USB charging. Beds, towels pillows all new and fluffy, super comfortable and this is rare in Italy. The hotel is gorgeous. The pool deck the service at the pool, away from all the noise but within walking distance to all the local restaurants to the ferry etc

The concierge function at the property is non existent. They should just have a sign saying handle it yourself. We made to requests for two transport arrangements and both were failures to different degrees.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The hotel has the most beautiful aesthetic and the rooftop view/pool is incredible. The rooms had everything we needed -- lots of bathroom space, comfortable mattresses, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, & lots of closet space. Compared to a lot of other places we've stayed in Europe the rooms were VERY spacious and we appreciated that! All the hotel workers were very helpful. The location is ideal because its only about a 15 min drive to the train/bus stations & 40 min from MXP airport. The only thing we didnt appreciate was how slow the service was at the Streetfood restaurant. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

For me this is the best hotel to stay in lake como. Is it traditional and Italian. No but then again that isn’t what I was looking for. The views from the terrace 241 bar are astonishing, along with the infinity pool and nice relaxing vibe the place had I couldn’t ask for more. Modern, clean and staff were fantastic.

Very disappointed in this Hilton. The location and rooms were wonderful. The service however seriously sucked. We utilized the hotel’s concierge services. We were mislead through the process that they only offered private car services and not taxis. Additionally, every time we booked the car services the prices increased. We called them to the carpet and immediately offered to revert back the prices. It was very disappointing and left a very sour taste in our mouth. I will never stay here again.

We loved our stay at Lake Como Hilton hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant was definitely the highlight had the most outstanding view of the lake. The cocktails were fabulous too! A couple of things that brought my rating down for this hotel was that we were requesting to pay 400 euros deposit on arrival that I was not made aware of prior to check in. I know that it is common practice to take credit card details at check in but never have I been asked to pay a deposit even though the room had been paid for in full. Also the rooftop heated swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities were available to us but there was an extra charge for nearly 40 euros per person to use the indoor spa facilities for 3 hours (indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna) which I have as a resident of a hotel I would expect this is be part of the facilities available during our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised at how elevated and beautiful Hilton Lake Como is as a property. The views from the Restaurant and Terrace are absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again. This property should be rated 2 stars and is grossly overpriced. The room was filthy (carpet looked it had never been vacuumed, scuffs all over the walls, stains on the furniture) and the vanity mirror was literally falling off the wall. We had booked 3 nights but cancelled two and spent the first looking for an alternate. The atrium next to the lobby, and the rooftop terrace are the only nice areas of this hotel.

The property is new, modern and clean. The rooftop restaurant is one of the best in Italy but the hotel is in an insustrial like area with no walk ability. You will need a car, taxi or shuttle to go anywhere. Again, the facility is awesome though and the housekeeping service are clean and attentive. I love it and will go back!

Booked a deluxe king room room 525. The room was Very plain, grout could be redone in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Although I read the reviews I didn’t realize it’s a mile to walk into town. Taxis are very limited, and just make up their own pricing.
