My whole family is very judgmental when it comes to hotels, its location, cleanness, and service. I can comfortably state that this hotel exceeded our expectations. Location was at a perfect spot. It was almost on the lake with great views and 10 min walk to the town centers. We loved the rooftop restaurant for its fun ambiance, food quality and service. Book without hesitation! Thank you

It was a perfect stay made special by the Hilton staff, we were celebrating a very special day for my lady and I and upon arrival we were treated with love and compassion. From the friendly checkin team to the knowledgeable concierge. I appreciate the great lengths they went to to make us feel comfortable. We used the gym everyday which was everything we needed. Had an opportunity to have breakfast at their restaurant downstairs, and most places we visited are walkable (:

This was our first vacation in a long time because my wife has a brain tumor and can't fly, but we finally took the time to go to Lake Como because it was a place she always wanted to visit.

It starts off with us booking a handicap room by accident, and to DOWNGRADE to a cheaper room, reception asked for 150 euroes. We politely declined after a long battle over why we are paying for a downgraded room and went to our room. Inside this room, the A/C is dripping loudly, and the Concierge told us this is a known issue with this room, so we then asked the reception for a different room. In this different room, there is a loud clicking noise since we enter the room every 5-10 seconds. I again call the reception and ask for a different room because now it is just a joke. They send concierge to \"check\" the problem, he walks in for 10sec and walk around and say he will get us a new room. The next room we are put in (still handicapped room despite us visiting a normal room that had no issues whatsoever) where the concierge visited prior to us to confirm this room is okay so we don't move a 4th time, and surprising to no one this room has the same clicking noise. I then call the reception for the 4th time asking for a new room and I told the lady it is extremely offensive that she sends someone to check if I am lying to her about the noise. She then starts to argue with me and lost her temper, which in the moment felt extremely professional of the hotel staff. The next time I called, I

The front desk staff were wonderful as we checked in. They were all very helpful. The breakfast staff equally inviting and took care of us. My birthday was absolutely wonderful and they brought a fantastic brownie treat for my big day. Spa is a must, great massages and lovely spa to enjoy after. Seriously Como Hilton, you knocked it out of the park with this location!! 10stars all around

The hotel was excellent—clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot. However, the sidewalks in the area are quite narrow, so some caution is needed when walking. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Como!!

Gorgeous modern hotel. 30min walk from central area where you can get on the ferry. Restaurants are also in that area. Lovely outdoor heated pool with Mountain View’s. Can’t fault the hotel. Staff are nice. Defo recommend

We stayed one night at the wonderful Hilton Lake Como. We were ending our trip in Continental Europe and after a hectic a few days in Rome, it was the perfect location to chill. The hotel view is just amazing, and the hotel itself is simply wonderful. The town is 30 min walking, but quite frankly I didn't want to leave the hotel. We had dinner at their Terrazza 241, and had the most amazing experience. We will definitely return for a bit of a longer stay.

Worth every penny

The hotel is new and all new upgrades with USB charging. Beds, towels pillows all new and fluffy, super comfortable and this is rare in Italy. The hotel is gorgeous. The pool deck the service at the pool, away from all the noise but within walking distance to all the local restaurants to the ferry etc

The concierge function at the property is non existent. They should just have a sign saying handle it yourself. We made to requests for two transport arrangements and both were failures to different degrees.

The front desk and housekeeping staff are very pleasant. Breakfast is very basic and service is again fairly poor. The pool and bar upstairs are probably the highlight of the hotel and are a nice feature and service was good.

Overall not a five or four star hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The hotel has the most beautiful aesthetic and the rooftop view/pool is incredible. The rooms had everything we needed -- lots of bathroom space, comfortable mattresses, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, & lots of closet space. Compared to a lot of other places we've stayed in Europe the rooms were VERY spacious and we appreciated that! All the hotel workers were very helpful. The location is ideal because its only about a 15 min drive to the train/bus stations & 40 min from MXP airport. The only thing we didnt appreciate was how slow the service was at the Streetfood restaurant. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

For me this is the best hotel to stay in lake como. Is it traditional and Italian. No but then again that isn’t what I was looking for. The views from the terrace 241 bar are astonishing, along with the infinity pool and nice relaxing vibe the place had I couldn’t ask for more. Modern, clean and staff were fantastic.

Very disappointed in this Hilton. The location and rooms were wonderful. The service however seriously sucked. We utilized the hotel’s concierge services. We were mislead through the process that they only offered private car services and not taxis. Additionally, every time we booked the car services the prices increased. We called them to the carpet and immediately offered to revert back the prices. It was very disappointing and left a very sour taste in our mouth. I will never stay here again.

Definitely worth it if you don’t like being right in city center or like taking a bit of a stroll. I really enjoyed walking along the lake to downtown. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is really great. As frequent hotel guest, I’m not asking for perfection, I need the hotel to be attentive as life happens. The hotel was able to fix issues without interrupting my trip which I appreciate.

We loved our stay at Lake Como Hilton hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant was definitely the highlight had the most outstanding view of the lake. The cocktails were fabulous too! A couple of things that brought my rating down for this hotel was that we were requesting to pay 400 euros deposit on arrival that I was not made aware of prior to check in. I know that it is common practice to take credit card details at check in but never have I been asked to pay a deposit even though the room had been paid for in full. Also the rooftop heated swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities were available to us but there was an extra charge for nearly 40 euros per person to use the indoor spa facilities for 3 hours (indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna) which I have as a resident of a hotel I would expect this is be part of the facilities available during our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised at how elevated and beautiful Hilton Lake Como is as a property. The views from the Restaurant and Terrace are absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again. Front Desk was amazing customer service. The food was actually very good. I ordered room service a few times and I ate at the restaurant on site which was delicious.

My wife and I loved this stay in beautiful Como. The location, the standard of the hotel and most importantly the staff contributed to a wonderful visit.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms were spacious, beds and linen are very nice. Roof top pool is so nice and has a beautiful views.

A nice 15 min walk into town. My only negative is the food options are okay I would have expected the food to be better. They still get 5 stars.

Not far from train station. Make sure to book a transfer from the hotel cabs are few at train station. We will definitely go back

This property should be rated 2 stars and is grossly overpriced. The room was filthy (carpet looked it had never been vacuumed, scuffs all over the walls, stains on the furniture) and the vanity mirror was literally falling off the wall. We had booked 3 nights but cancelled two and spent the first looking for an alternate. The atrium next to the lobby, and the rooftop terrace are the only nice areas of this hotel.

The property is new, modern and clean. The rooftop restaurant is one of the best in Italy but the hotel is in an insustrial like area with no walk ability. You will need a car, taxi or shuttle to go anywhere. Again, the facility is awesome though and the housekeeping service are clean and attentive. I love it and will go back!

Concierge, front desk, spa staff were not friendly and rude at times.

Pool was over crowded and closes early (6pm) and staff was mildly surly.

Better to splurge a bit to stay somewhere nicer or avoid the area.
